Colleen Jones: We haven't actually gotten the chairs yet but from on the phone, making the appointment, and meeting Jaynessa it was a perfect experience, especially these days when you just don't expect it. My mother is so so particular and Jaynessa could not have been more patient, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and serving... she was amazing!... So we are very happy at this point and hope to see those beautiful chairs in 6-8 weeks!!

Sarah Genther: Went to this location to purchase two chairs. One electronic lift chair and a recliner with heat and massage. Charlie was a delight and a wonderful sales associate. The delivery people however were not. They left the two chairs unwrapped and in the rain, refused to remove the old chairs (already paid for this) and brought wrong/broken chairs. Upon refusal of delivery they were rude and unprofessional. They also refused to bring the old chairs in.

anne conte: If you want to experience old-fashioned one on one customer service then please see Heather at La-Z-Boy in Sterling Heights! I was looking for the perfect recliner because I no longer can sleep in a bed because of my spinal stenosis… I must have sat in at least 30 to 40 chairs before I found the perfect one! Heather was so patient and informative about the many different styles and options... I was about to have surgery and she helped me get the chair delivered within two days, she truly was a blessing for me! Plus I saved a fortune because of a sale they were having!! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and welcoming… which prompted me to visit the store. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by multiple team members that answered all of my questions and offered refreshments too. Keisha informed me of all purchasing options, then suggested that I speak with Kyle regarding a specific item I wanted. Kyle is the best!! Nicholas Kulak: I bought a sectional couch, a small breakfast nook table, an office chair and a nifty retro looking rocking chair here. Haley was the best salesperson ever.. She was heartfelt and attentive while considering what I needed every step of the way. When I came to pick up my furniture she had it wrapped and she even helped us load it in the van herself. If I find myself needing more furniture I would definitely come to Cort and talk to Haley again, and if anyone else needs furniture I would recommend they do the same.
