Aaron Grauert: The tackiest furniture I have ever seen! There was a very nice big gross looking stain on the carpet right when you walk in. Not sure who in their right mind would buy furniture from here. To each their own I guess. The lady was rather nice, resulting in the 2 star rating.

She was not willing to sell furniture & she was in a hurry to get rid of me & not allowing to see or feel the furniture.. she kept on saying everything is recording in camera & owner will get angry if we touch or feel the furniture. I wanted to take a picture of the sofa to show it to my husband & she said it’s not allowed owner gets angry. I wish I can give zero star. Please don’t go there.

Famous Furniture has the most unique pieces in the area by far. I've referred my friends and family to them and I'm happy to support this local family business!

Indecisive: Me and my friend were going in to look at furniture for his grandma's bday and she also cant walk, and she was being really rude and nasty to us and ended up calling the cops after he took a picture of her because she took a picture of him and pushed him out of the store. I don't recommend coming here or letting your kids/teenagers come here
Rosemary Shamoon: Went to their location in Rochester and I had the worst experience. All the bed sets I bought were broken after 1 month. The bed set she delivered to my house did not look like the one in the magazine and she refused to return it even though it wasn’t a finished piece of furniture and there were broken pieces. I would give them 0 starts if I could. WORST PLACE EVER. Save your money and go elsewhere. Rip off. They are now on hall road. stay away!!!

Viola Dawn: Well stocked shelves and competitively priced. Nice coupons. The store suffers from the common issue of not enough employees working. I removed a star due to that and the narrow aisles.
Jason Jones: If you're looking for affordable groceries and household items, check out Big Lots in Sterling Heights. The grocery section has a surprisingly good selection, and the prices are much lower than at traditional grocery stores. And the seasonal items are always fun to browse - I love picking up decorations for Halloween and Christmas.
Marian O'Higgins: Prices comparable to other stores. Low stock on sheves. Coupons bring customers.
Tam Love: Great selection for artificial plants.
William Smith: I was able to find everything that I looking for. Pretty much a one stop shop. You can find multiple items for different reasons. Dishes, screw drivers and furniture.
KB MILLER: Sadly went downhill on being big savings, it's a well I. Don't have a choice so, and watch out for the trick pricing, aka cereal buy 1 for 3.34 get one free b.s. catch is the other has to be 3.34 and it's usually the one next to the other the band for God knows where no one wants then the rest are 5 bucks or close to it, your up at register and some folks don't even do the math, you can always tell when their was a corporate takeover when they charge 5 bucks for the poly rope that cost a dollar everywhere else especially when you can get it at H.D or Lowes for 1/2 that price really sad to see this but it explains why they are having a possible close down of all stores, that's only my opinion.

Sarah Genther: Went to this location to purchase two chairs. One electronic lift chair and a recliner with heat and massage. Charlie was a delight and a wonderful sales associate. The delivery people however were not. They left the two chairs unwrapped and in the rain, refused to remove the old chairs (already paid for this) and brought wrong/broken chairs. Upon refusal of delivery they were rude and unprofessional. They also refused to bring the old chairs in.

I was looking for the perfect recliner because I no longer can sleep in a bed because of my spinal stenosis… I must have sat in at least 30 to 40 chairs before I found the perfect one! Heather was so patient and informative about the many different styles and options... I was about to have surgery and she helped me get the chair delivered within two days, she truly was a blessing for me! Plus I saved a fortune because of a sale they were having!! The salesman was very helpful, signed me up and delivered the next day. The two men who brought my table were also very nice, set my table up and gave me instructions. It's a beautiful, strong, well made piece of furniture. I strongly advise anyone to go into this store and at least inquire about what your looking for. I never did, thought they would be way to expensive. They are not!

Rob Stewart: Ordered a new master bedroom suite in June of 2022 (5 pieces) and it was delivered in January 2023, well ahead of the expected date. The furniture is really outstanding, can't say enough about the quality. The delivery charge was reasonable given the furniture traveled from Michigan to Florida and the delivery itself was a greats experience. Very pleased with the entire transaction from beginning to end. I would most definitely buy from Amish Direct again!!

I remembered I was dealing with Devon the store manager over the phone for my first purchase so I went in to see what he can do so we can get a replacement. Devon was the best man for the job, we picked out the new mattress, paid the difference and we’re told a delivery date to pick up the old one and place the new one - all in under 20 minutes!!! We were approached by Asha which she was very friendly, professional well spoken and very knowledgeable about the mattresses, bed frames and other accessories in the building. Usually I use this store for drive up orders and 9 out of 10 times they are already outside waiting for me when I get there! They are friendly, efficient and so kind! I also want to commend whoever opened the store on December 23rd. I am a known procrastinator and was out at 7am shopping, target being my first stop. Every single employee that saw me said hello, had a smile on their face and wished me a happy holiday. To show up in a snow storm, still happy and helpful made my whole morning!

Stephen Krease: The Target has everything you can expect but there are clear staffing issues. I'm writing this review as I stand in a checkout line that goes down a third of the store after having already waited a while in line. There is nobody at any of the 8 registers and everyone is bottlenecked to the self checkout.

Becky Radloff: My husband and I went to the Ethan Allen store in Sterling Heights to look for some new living room furniture because we were remodeling our home. Katelyn was the designer that helped us. She came to our home, got an idea of the style that we liked, took measurements and pictures, and put together a whole design idea. We went back a couple weeks later for our follow-up consultation to see what she came up with. We ended up buying everything in her design (with the exception of some artwork for the wall). She did an amazing job! I highly recommend working with her. Ethan Allen provides this consultation free of charge, which makes it even better! We are very pleased with the quality and construction of everything we purchased.

Anne Marie Cipriano: Kathlene Kennedy is the Best!She helped me pick out my living room couch and two chairs. We worked together on the fabric as well. She asked a lot of questions on what I liked and my colors. She didn't push her ideas but guided me on what I liked and how it should flow together. She also took the time with my husband to fit him properly in the recliner he liked, as far as the depth of the chair his head and shoulder position and he Loves it!She went above and beyond on her advisement on paint colors (which I was in a loss at). Then coming out to my house and showing me fabric for reupholsteing my dinning room chairs and decorating suggestions.Everyone Loves my rooms! I couldn't have done it with out her patience and most of all her expertise. Rick Billington: Ordered in March after the 72 he no refund period, after which we all were locked down from Covid19. They first called during lock Stay at Home wanted to deliver. First off they weren't supposed to. They continued to call, and we don't want them in our home. We asked for refund, and they said no. I would not get involved with this company. All greed, no compassion. We will loose a couple grand, and I will see if I can cost them 10 times that in lost revenue... Buyer beware
