The salesman was very helpful, signed me up and delivered the next day. The two men who brought my table were also very nice, set my table up and gave me instructions. It's a beautiful, strong, well made piece of furniture. I strongly advise anyone to go into this store and at least inquire about what your looking for. I never did, thought they would be way to expensive. They are not!

We were used to the quality of our fine old furniture and couldn't find any comparable quality anywhere else. It was time for Amish!We enjoyed a truly outstanding experience from start to finish at Amish Direct Furniture and would highly recommend them to anyone! The sales staff (Jared & Michelle) was very attentive to our every need.Our furniture arrived in perfect condition and as a bonus, earlier than expected.To make the whole experience even better, the delivery staff was exceptional and went way out of their way make the delivery and set up perfect!

Rob Stewart: Ordered a new master bedroom suite in June of 2022 (5 pieces) and it was delivered in January 2023, well ahead of the expected date. The furniture is really outstanding, can't say enough about the quality. The delivery charge was reasonable given the furniture traveled from Michigan to Florida and the delivery itself was a greats experience. Very pleased with the entire transaction from beginning to end. I would most definitely buy from Amish Direct again!!

I had looked at one other shop before I stumbled across Amish Direct on a trip to Bed, Bath & Beyond (I'm new to the eastside). I couldn't be happier with the set I picked out. It is part of their "Quick Ship" program. Even though I ordered it a couple weeks before the Christmas holiday, it was delivered to me in just over (4) weeks! The quality is excellent. Sarah Genther: Went to this location to purchase two chairs. One electronic lift chair and a recliner with heat and massage. Charlie was a delight and a wonderful sales associate. The delivery people however were not. They left the two chairs unwrapped and in the rain, refused to remove the old chairs (already paid for this) and brought wrong/broken chairs. Upon refusal of delivery they were rude and unprofessional. They also refused to bring the old chairs in.

I was looking for the perfect recliner because I no longer can sleep in a bed because of my spinal stenosis… I must have sat in at least 30 to 40 chairs before I found the perfect one! I was about to have surgery and she helped me get the chair delivered within two days, she truly was a blessing for me! Plus I saved a fortune because of a sale they were having!! Becky Radloff: My husband and I went to the Ethan Allen store in Sterling Heights to look for some new living room furniture because we were remodeling our home. Katelyn was the designer that helped us. She came to our home, got an idea of the style that we liked, took measurements and pictures, and put together a whole design idea. We went back a couple weeks later for our follow-up consultation to see what she came up with. We ended up buying everything in her design (with the exception of some artwork for the wall). She did an amazing job! I highly recommend working with her. Ethan Allen provides this consultation free of charge, which makes it even better! We are very pleased with the quality and construction of everything we purchased.

Rick Billington: Ordered in March after the 72 he no refund period, after which we all were locked down from Covid19. They first called during lock Stay at Home wanted to deliver. First off they weren't supposed to. They continued to call, and we don't want them in our home. We asked for refund, and they said no. I would not get involved with this company. All greed, no compassion. We will loose a couple grand, and I will see if I can cost them 10 times that in lost revenue... Buyer beware

Jason Jones: If you're looking for affordable groceries and household items, check out Big Lots in Sterling Heights. The grocery section has a surprisingly good selection, and the prices are much lower than at traditional grocery stores. And the seasonal items are always fun to browse - I love picking up decorations for Halloween and Christmas.

William Smith: I was able to find everything that I looking for. Pretty much a one stop shop. You can find multiple items for different reasons. Dishes, screw drivers and furniture.
KB MILLER: Sadly went downhill on being big savings, it's a well I. Don't have a choice so, and watch out for the trick pricing, aka cereal buy 1 for 3.34 get one free b.s. catch is the other has to be 3.34 and it's usually the one next to the other the band for God knows where no one wants then the rest are 5 bucks or close to it, your up at register and some folks don't even do the math, you can always tell when their was a corporate takeover when they charge 5 bucks for the poly rope that cost a dollar everywhere else especially when you can get it at H.D or Lowes for 1/2 that price really sad to see this but it explains why they are having a possible close down of all stores, that's only my opinion.

Aaron Grauert: The tackiest furniture I have ever seen! There was a very nice big gross looking stain on the carpet right when you walk in. Not sure who in their right mind would buy furniture from here. To each their own I guess. The lady was rather nice, resulting in the 2 star rating.

Lots to look at and for someone like me with ADD, makes for an interesting trip.The lady at the cash register was friendly, humorous and polite. No one was shopping or working without a mask and the overall vibe was business-as-usuall. Solid store even though sometimes disheveled. Excellent customer service too!

In the time it took to sit here I could have loaded my 8 bags myself and ate lunch. This is not "quick" when someone is being loaded with 50+ bags of something. Edmond Mui: Lowes doesn't like to give returns. Paid with PayPal and was told there was an issue with my PayPal account so they can't do the return, then called PayPal and was told there was no issue with my account or their system. Lowes clearly did not want to even try to resolve the issue until after I stood there waiting on the phone with PayPal for over 15 minutes. Then magically they said they can process it all of a sudden. Also noticed they returned less than what I paid on the original transaction. Not going back to deal with that BS. Very shady and deceiving practice. Waste of my time and horrible service. Better to shop at Home Depot.Update: Called customer service because after 3 weeks my funds still were not returned after the initial issue of the return in store. After speaking to the representative basically was told nothing could be done on their end since the transaction has been processed. Even though I gave back all the merchandise in store they did not want to return the funds and were completely rude about the situation and clearly did not want to help. Lowe's is just being a straight up crook at this point. Definitely never shopping here again.
TONE CENTRAL: The staff is very courteous
Shahid Bashir: I am a frequent shopper at this location and have a Lowes Credit Card account. The staff has always been very helpful and courteous, except for today when I had to return an item which I had purchased last week. I had the misfortune to be served by Kelara, who turned out to be the most inefficient, rude and downright stupid character. She refused to take back the item saying it was not from Lowes but some other store. I tried to explain to her a number of times but she kept interrupting and rudely repeated the same reason. When I insisted that she carefully check the item number, of course it turned out to be the correct one. She quickly credited the amount and walked away without looking back and did not have the courtesy or decency to apologize. After walking out of the store, I realized that I have to talk to the Manager and bring this staff's behaviour to the management's notice. The Manager was very courteous and assured me that she would talk to the staff. I understand that there is a shortage of staff, but Lowes should ensure that they hire someone with at least a high school diploma. This person has no business dealing with customers.
Blue Moon: The one star is for the manager of this store and assistance , Racism is everywhere in their discussions their attitude and answers. Be careful if you are not white and you having a business with lowes,Avoid this location at least
