Best Furniture Store Sterling Heights Near Me

Lubna Kareem: Bought a couch set in February didn’t move in til after Easter basically middle of April and here I am more than a month later trying to have them replace a damaged couch that I received. Is there a reason why the couch would came in with scratched that were patched with off white paint on it ? For a couch thats that much I didn’t expect it to be shipped in a poor condition and another scratch that I saw later insurance didn’t even wanted to fix. That’s a side of the cable that didn’t work and I had to get a generic cable that’s so short doesn’t even reach the wall plug. Couple weeks after use the motor broke and we are waiting on replacement. Mind you when the service guy finally came decided to drill more screws in the couch to fix it that didn’t help ended up ripping the inside lining of the couch. You guys need to inspect your product before shipping it to the customer who is paying for it and let your delivery people be aware that if the product arrive in such a bad shape to take it back regardless of how “heavy” to them seems and “hate to take it back”Very very bad customer service very very disappointed and I wish that I can have you guys take that back but what I know is that I would definitely never ever shop there again but like one of your customer service person say one customer will not put you out of business

Sarah Genther: Went to this location to purchase two chairs. One electronic lift chair and a recliner with heat and massage. Charlie was a delight and a wonderful sales associate. The delivery people however were not. They left the two chairs unwrapped and in the rain, refused to remove the old chairs (already paid for this) and brought wrong/broken chairs. Upon refusal of delivery they were rude and unprofessional. They also refused to bring the old chairs in.

Becky Radloff: My husband and I went to the Ethan Allen store in Sterling Heights to look for some new living room furniture because we were remodeling our home. Katelyn was the designer that helped us. She came to our home, got an idea of the style that we liked, took measurements and pictures, and put together a whole design idea. We went back a couple weeks later for our follow-up consultation to see what she came up with. We ended up buying everything in her design (with the exception of some artwork for the wall). She did an amazing job! I highly recommend working with her. Ethan Allen provides this consultation free of charge, which makes it even better! We are very pleased with the quality and construction of everything we purchased.

First off they weren't supposed to. They continued to call, and we don't want them in our home. We asked for refund, and they said no. I would not get involved with this company. All greed, no compassion. We will loose a couple grand, and I will see if I can cost them 10 times that in lost revenue... Buyer beware

Rob Stewart: Ordered a new master bedroom suite in June of 2022 (5 pieces) and it was delivered in January 2023, well ahead of the expected date. The furniture is really outstanding, can't say enough about the quality. The delivery charge was reasonable given the furniture traveled from Michigan to Florida and the delivery itself was a greats experience. Very pleased with the entire transaction from beginning to end. I would most definitely buy from Amish Direct again!!

The bed set she delivered to my house did not look like the one in the magazine and she refused to return it even though it wasn’t a finished piece of furniture and there were broken pieces. I Went to buy a watch …my first bad experience was at the Roseville location where I was left, standing around the counter for quite some time to the point that I just left and drove all the way to the other location . Once I arrived there was my next bad experience, The older bond lady at lakeside mall at the jewelry counter is extremely RUDE!!! I asked to try on a watch and she says me well I would have to take the box apart for you to try it on. Isn’t there one out there that you can try am I simply said no they’re all in boxes I need the box removed since I have a small rest I need to try on the watch before I buy it.. then she said the scissors are over there very rudely so I immediately followed her thinking that’s what I was supposed to do it trying to watch I wanted to buy. Then she said I’ll have to repackage everything if you don’t buy them well clearly I’m not going to buy three watches. I want to buy one and I want to try it on before I buy it to make sure if it’s my small wrist then she slammed her hand on the counter with three tapes like I’m some child in school basically telling me to get over there quickly… extremely unprofessional on her end and terrible customer service she needs to be retrained if they want to keep customers because I will never go back to that store again and deal with such a rude angry worker. I really wanted to ask for her supervisor, but I think she’s already having a bad day since she’s having a bad attitude and she’s in a bad mood and she told me she should not take it out on me whatever that supposed to mean obviously she knew she was at fault.! if you are looking for quality customer service and a pleasant experience when shopping for jewelry or watches, I recommend you go to a real jewelry store and don’t waste your time with someone that will not treat you nice as a customer . I will be calling customer service and speaking to a live agent as well as I kept my receipt which has her associate ID on it.

G F: Lots to see here, overall nice store. But they had probably 9 employees, and only 1 register working(typically like Walmart) line lines were almost wrapped down the isle. They weren't really efficiently operating. We waited in line for about 25 min. And finally went and put our items down, and went to Kohl's, in and out in 8 min. Other than that the store was clean, lots of employees floating around, but not one to help any shoppers in any way at all. I will not visit this location again. Maybe find another location(or maybe it'll be better on a different day?)

Michael Crouse: Took my wife here to buy some earrings and other pieces she had seen online. The person behind the counter asked if we needed help. We said yes. She said she was with someone and would help in a minute. We looked around and found every piece my wife was looking for. The lady got done with the couple she was helping and started walking to the other section. We asked to see the first piece she wanted, and the employee said, "I'm going to help them since you're only looking for the price." I have no clue what brought her to that conclusion. Whit no other employees there to help, I then had to drive all the way to the Oakland mall location and was able to get most of what my wife was looking for. At this point, we will be using our local jeweler.

Angela Abernathy: Erik was a great salesman. Store manager, Sharon, was great too! I went in looking for a couple living room chair tables and ended up buying a brand new Tempur-pedic bed system. Hubs and I are super excited to finally get a new bed after 20 years. I did get a great deal on one end table. My only regret is that I wish there were two of the end tables, because it is the perfect fit in my living room!
