Fraser Bicycle: what do users think?
Move and Shake: Roll on through, they got the goods!
Dave Manley: I just needed a screw for my fender. The guy looked at it, and 20 seconds later came out with it. He was very friendly and attentiv we.
James Hutchinson: Bought a Diverge with a defective rivnut & they warrantied it without hassle. Nice staff, no complaints, would buy again.
Rob N: If you’re looking for a Tri bike Fraser Bicycles is your best place to go. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to help you get exactly what you are looking for.
h z: Affordable prices, great service!
Jeremy Stein: I thought everyone was nice...Felt modern ,but with a personal service...Did an excellent job fixing the bike...Yes I would recommend and go there again...
Erika Andersen: Fraser bike is hands down the best bike shop around.
Da Gra: Great craftsmanship and knowledge of cycling with speedy turn-around time on repairs.
Faris Bunni: Excellent and professional service with pretty nice people for serving customers.
Jake M: I took my bike in for a tune up at the beginning of the year. It didn’t necessarily have anything wrong with it, just wasn’t shifting as snappy due cable wear and could use an inspection by someone who supposedly knows what they’re doing. Instead I got charged $200 for a bike that now will drop chains (never did before) and, more importantly, has messed up brakes. Not more than two days before I took my bike in for a tune up, I rode it around stony creek a couple of times. Again, everything was working ok, just not quite as smooth as when I purchased my bike 2 years ago (new). I dropped it off at Fraser and they had it for over a week. When I finally go to pick it up, the temperature had dropped again—this was early spring, so nice days weren’t consistent yet—so I stored it indoors; up until then it had also been stored indoors all winter. When I finally get a chance to go on a ride about a week later, my front brake did not work. Caliper feels squishy, and it doesn’t grab the rotor. So, again, timeline: bike is working, not perfect, but working - go for a ride to confirm all is working - take into Fraser for a tune up - next ride the front disc brake is completely out. They then have the audacity to tell me that I must have contaminated it and they charged me to fix it. I regret not raising my voice then! They had to refinish my rotor and sand down my pads. Now they squeal and don’t catch like they used to. I didn’t want to cause a stink because everyone at the store had been friendly enough, but I should have demanded more. They broke something and charged me to fix it. On top of that, before offering the refinishing option, they were going to charge me for new pads. This was during the L03A pad shortage, so that probably would have been another $100 plus wait times for shipping. And that’s not all. I paid them to install my new handlebars. I provided all the parts. I should have done it myself. They didn’t even try to wrap the handlebars… The bar tape is loose, the areas where they applied tape to keep it down is coming up, and I had to tighten the caps when I got it back. Also, I bought a mount for my wahoo that they didn’t install. If I hadn’t had noticed while walking out (was in a bit of a rush), they probably would have never given it to me. They also didn’t put any carbon compound between my bars and stem, so it kept slipping. Again, I figured this out and corrected it myself.Further, I had gotten a fitting prior to having the bars installed, so I asked if the new bars could be angled to reflect that position. The person doing the fitting said they would note the new angle so they were consistent with the position of the old bars post-fitting. After getting the bike back, they weren’t even close! We specifically spent time making it so my wrist wouldn’t stretch down as much to reduce strain. Instead, it was worse than before. Luckily, the person doing the fitting explained the position we were looking for so I was able to correct that.I don’t know… maybe they treat triathletes or people who bought their bikes there differently, but I feel cheated out of my money. I’m only writing this now because the sound of my front brake was really getting to me today, and I had dropped a chain.
GOforBROKE: All I can say is WOW that was such a pleasant experience and the staff, especially Steve, were just amazing. Even though they couldn't fix my problem steve gave me his time and expert advice for how to move forward with my project bike. Steve is Probably the most genuine person i have dealt with in a long time to be honest. This is now the place that I use to get bike stuff! Love it
William Bejin: Took my bike in for some minor repairs that turned out to be a bit more than I anticipated. They couldn't fix it on the spot because the rear derailleur was shot. They found a replacement and got everything working great again. Great service and at very reasonable price. Highly recommend Fraser Bike.
Peter Babby: excellent service, went in there just to fix a flat on a bike i didn’t even buy from them… very knowledgeable and kind ppl… go see rick
Keith Stone: Was in for a gear adjustment on the front pedal. Ok only took a few minutes and I we was on my way. Great job!
John Piwonski: Went in with my son and daughter to get a tricycle and two person child carrier/jogger. After waiting for ten minutes with two other customers in the shop I still wasn't helped so I decided to leave. Somewhat annoying when with the prices was most likely going to be spending $750-$1000 and the workers could care less about helping me.
pongomich pongomich: Went to Fraser Bicycle shop today. Staff was very kind, helpful and honest. They have such a large selection of bikes to choose from and many accessories as well. Would highly recommend.
asectre: Very rude and disrespectful along as unprofessional at one point I called and they said they didn’t have my bike when I dropped it off a week before as well as having no stock
Mark Dixon: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Super nice staff, very knowledgeable.
Steve Wenzel: Staff is ALWAYS. courteous, helpful & knowledgeable
David Zuber: Great place for any of your bike needs.
Valerie Howse: Great as always!

Klm Bike & Fitness Rochester Hills: what do users think?
A F: Very professional Team!
Paul Williams: The Staff was very informative and a great help!
Cody Carter: They let me pick up my bike to ride on the weekend when it wasn't finished getting a tune up and I brought it back when I was done. Great service, awesome people!
Ron Carnwath: Great knowledge of the bikes they sell!
Osvaldo Menendez: KLM has always satisfied all my cycling needs. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff with the best Specialized variety of bikes. Today picks up my Stumpjumper EVO Pro and everything was fantastic, complete overview of the bike and complete setup even with the SRAM App for the AXS wireless shifter.
John Wesley: I have an E-bike which is difficulty to find service for. I needed non E-bike specific help with shifting and basic mechanical maintenance and they went above and beyond. Shifts better than when I bought the bike.
J. Ross Yuzon: Always a great experience shopping at the Rochester location. The renovated store is vast with lots of products, yet very organized. Customer service is top notch!
Steven Gibbs: Saved my bike packing trip ! Everyone was excellent and went above and beyond
Sonali Vakharia Gohil: This place is great and so are the guys who work there! They have amazing bikes at some really great prices. I needed help dismantling my own bike and they did it for me at no charge. Talk about amazing customer service.
John Radoicic: KLM takes care of all your biking needs with the best bikes!
Christian Benard: The guys there are awesome. I've been waiting to find a bike shop with good service. Tried some others in town and haven't been very impressed. Got a new bike and took my Trek in for service. They were professional, quick, and thorough.
Rich Hotea: While you guys were home in your mother's basement eating meatloaf I was in Stony Creek thanks to the help of the guys at KLM and the weather boots and back tire fender I bought... These guys are awesome... The full powered Turbo levo S works I bought from them is amazing as well
Timothy Herrick: Took my bike into Joe at KLM after a disappointing fat bike challenge ride earlier in the week. Joe was able to clean it up, straighten out my shifting, clean the chain, and fix my rear brake from rubbing. I asked him for a 5% improvement....with all the fixes I was able to get a 14.8% improvement on the same course. Joe is the magic man! I will take my bikes to no one else. Thank you KLM and Joe!
Brian Schutter: This Bike Shop is the BEST!! Joe helped me out replacing new tires / Tubes. Not only did he give me a lesson in replacing these bike items he explained in layman's terms. What a GREAT place to have your biked worked on or for that matter to buy a new bike. THE KLM in Rochester Hills are and outstanding group of bike people with lots of knowledge and know how... Thanks again Joe!!
mike dimarco: Have been in this shop twice and every time I go in with my Dad they are extremely rude. We both have decent knowledge of bikes and seem to be annoying some of the employees when asking questions. Go to RBS or shop online.
Brad Erdman: I have had nothing but good experiences with KLM!
Mathew Peruzzi: Great shop, lots of inventory, and a fantastic service area, Chris who runs that, is the man, knows his stuff for sure. And still competes in many bicycle events.
Gustavo Juarez: Great service and they are always looking for ways to help, I bought my bike and they helped making easy to find the right one, their service department is top notch!!! Really helpful and knowledgeable technicians. Shutout to Joe!!! Thanks guys
Rob Jones: Better at selling than maintaining. Turbo Vado 4 had a bent caliper, then after they replace the rotor the front brakes still made a lot of noise. No root cause. People there are pretty nice, but I don't see the attention to detail I expect for a bike that expensive.
Dean Plantrich: Talk with a few different people all very knowledgeable Let me test ride many options had what I wanted in stock great people to work with Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Bite Me: Called the day before asking if they could help me with maybe 20 minutes of work max I just don’t have the tools to take off bike axels I was told come in they’ll help me basically free of charge(I don’t mind either way if it was free I was going to tip who ever helped me), Well when I went in the next day they told me it would be 25 bucks and 3 days work(I needed a bike axel removed and a disc break adapter from my hub removed) took my wheels and left came right back in to ask the thread pitch of a bolt for my axel like you’re a bike shop you should be able to tell me anything about my bike the worker looks at the bolt laughs a little and says “probably not” terrible customer service I used to go out of my way to come here never again!!!

Stoney Creek Bike: what do users think?
K. Night: Stopped in first time -I thought it was my brakes. The owner was so kind ! Made adjustments , filled my tires , fixed my seat and handlebars !Wonderful - old fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE ! This is the kind of place I will bring our family’s bike needs to !
Karen Carl: Great information about e-bikes Appreciate the honesty!
Charles Sinnott: The service is the best. The owner is very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Great verity of accessories
Melissa Miller: Great customer service! Super friendly and knowledgeable! They gained a new customer in me!
Marissa Minjares: Ken goes above and beyond for his customers. He is very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend this bike shop for any of your biking (outdoor or stationary) needs !
Pam Peterson: Emergency chain repair brought me in. Owners were courteous and kind. Time-honored shop.
Rob Wargin: Ken always takes care of my biking needs. Above and beyond the call!
Platon Slynko: Other stores sell bikes, this store sell their love for biking.Small family shop, run by amazing people who provided great help in selecting bike for myself, and even checked and adjusted my gf’s bike for free. Have a free bottle for buying some gear and stayed overtime to help me put on bike rack for my car.Amazing place all together!
4045 Fan: The old man gave me attitude around 1997. I didn't go back for 25 years. Well here I am. Nice store, nicer than it used to be but junior has dad's customer service skills. Too bad. I'd like to buy local but Amazon NEVER gives me attitude.
Jerry Fraeyman: Ken, Charlie and the team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get a new bike for an upcoming road trip. Thanks guys!
James Shoults: Great pricing and they treat you like family😁😎
Its Isaac: I bring my bike in to this bike shop because it needed to be fixed and they did a great job it run smoother than it ever has they had it done with an our the people that work here are actually very nice it wasn't to expensive in perspective at least
Louis Palmer: They were honest, good people and came highly recommended. They were really knowledgeable and helpful. I traveled a good distance to bring my bike for a repair and will do it again if I ever need my bike serviced.
Brian “ModernMower” Rismoen: I put ken through customer hell. I have been the worst sort of customer. Bringing parts he doesn't like. (and talked me out of), needing it done right now, today. Making extra work for him. and so far, no slaps. That right there needs a 5 star review. I own a business, and the stuff I have been doing would be super annoying if I were on the other side, and I know it.I'm a crazy person who rides long distances in extreme conditions. When you do that, you need to trust the guy working on your bicycle with your life. I had another experience where a bike i have serviced professionally every season at another shop, had the brakes fail because it was not properly serviced. When something like that happens, you lose confidence in that bike. I don't have that fear here.I Trust Ken. 5 stars.
Mike Mueller: New to the area so I took my wife here today - I prefer to shop local if I can. Ken is an awesome guy. Went in with very little knowledge and left there feeling like I know a few things. Got a great deal on a couple bikes for us. I will absolutely give them my business again. Highly, highly recommended.
Scott Alan Blanchard: Greatest bike shop in Washington!Ken,  Charlie and Nick in service will take care of you like family -- and your bike,  too. They'll make sure you're fitted for your new bike just right also.Shop for all your bike supplies and get advice from Men on local trails and more!
Ralf Maky: Ken's passion for the industry is quite obvious as soon as you enter his shop!My new Go-To for our Specialized bikes and service. We have a shop within a few miles, but his service is worth the 50 mile round trip.I need to add yesterday's visit (9/13/21).After dropping my bike it started to ghost shift. The hanger was bent. Fully expecting to leave the bike, Ken knew the distance involved and promptly put it on the rack. After restoring the original angle with his handy-dandy tool he gave the bike a few additional adjustments, including the brakes and a few software updates.Again, awesome service and very reasonable! (BTW, working on my wife with that Aqua Como LOL)Thanks Ken!
sarah bommarito: my first impression of stoney creek bike was great ken seemed excellent at customer service unfortunately we bought a bike and then the motor kit and it has never worked we he said his bikes had a 5 year warranty we didnt know the motor had only 90 days otherwise we would not have bought it when the weather was changing so i didn't really get to test it because it was beginning to get cold. it continues to break and for 1400 dollar item i think they should have stood behind the product more he had the nerve to blame me about not reading the Manuel during that time my dad was dying so granted maybe not the first thing on my mind. my 90 year old grandmother bought me the bike in total about $2600 i have a disability so i needed a 3 wheel bike so i could partcipate in the family bike rides and i feel we were taken advantage of. there are very few negative reviews on here but i would read them because they mimic our experience. if you are a person who fears you could be taken advantage of don't go here first impressions are deceiving the owner and his mother are very passive aggressive i showed him a picture of a bike with a motor on it and he said he could do that to the one i bought from him it is not what i got and 5 times more expensive. just be careful when buying a product they talk a good talk but do not walk the walki would not recommended going here but if you do just bewaremy mother tried to get them to help with a bike and the way he talked to her was demeaning, rude, and just deplorable customer service. as someone who has worked in customer service for 7 years i can't even imagine talking to a customer that way and a customer threatened to beat me up and i was still more professional then him.please be careful if you buy from here its easy to get taken advantage of
Sl1pk7n: Do you guys put brakes on bmx bikes
Larry Cojocari: Ken's Stoney Creek Bike is a business built on outstanding service, friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable communication skills and sincere understanding of customer's needs. Truly a great experience at Stoney Creek Bike.
Joe Gray: Outstanding service with friendly, knowledgeable staff.
