Fraser Bicycle: what do users think?
Move and Shake: Roll on through, they got the goods!
Dave Manley: I just needed a screw for my fender. The guy looked at it, and 20 seconds later came out with it. He was very friendly and attentiv we.
James Hutchinson: Bought a Diverge with a defective rivnut & they warrantied it without hassle. Nice staff, no complaints, would buy again.
Rob N: If you’re looking for a Tri bike Fraser Bicycles is your best place to go. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to help you get exactly what you are looking for.
h z: Affordable prices, great service!
Jeremy Stein: I thought everyone was nice...Felt modern ,but with a personal service...Did an excellent job fixing the bike...Yes I would recommend and go there again...
Erika Andersen: Fraser bike is hands down the best bike shop around.
Da Gra: Great craftsmanship and knowledge of cycling with speedy turn-around time on repairs.
Faris Bunni: Excellent and professional service with pretty nice people for serving customers.
Jake M: I took my bike in for a tune up at the beginning of the year. It didn’t necessarily have anything wrong with it, just wasn’t shifting as snappy due cable wear and could use an inspection by someone who supposedly knows what they’re doing. Instead I got charged $200 for a bike that now will drop chains (never did before) and, more importantly, has messed up brakes. Not more than two days before I took my bike in for a tune up, I rode it around stony creek a couple of times. Again, everything was working ok, just not quite as smooth as when I purchased my bike 2 years ago (new). I dropped it off at Fraser and they had it for over a week. When I finally go to pick it up, the temperature had dropped again—this was early spring, so nice days weren’t consistent yet—so I stored it indoors; up until then it had also been stored indoors all winter. When I finally get a chance to go on a ride about a week later, my front brake did not work. Caliper feels squishy, and it doesn’t grab the rotor. So, again, timeline: bike is working, not perfect, but working - go for a ride to confirm all is working - take into Fraser for a tune up - next ride the front disc brake is completely out. They then have the audacity to tell me that I must have contaminated it and they charged me to fix it. I regret not raising my voice then! They had to refinish my rotor and sand down my pads. Now they squeal and don’t catch like they used to. I didn’t want to cause a stink because everyone at the store had been friendly enough, but I should have demanded more. They broke something and charged me to fix it. On top of that, before offering the refinishing option, they were going to charge me for new pads. This was during the L03A pad shortage, so that probably would have been another $100 plus wait times for shipping. And that’s not all. I paid them to install my new handlebars. I provided all the parts. I should have done it myself. They didn’t even try to wrap the handlebars… The bar tape is loose, the areas where they applied tape to keep it down is coming up, and I had to tighten the caps when I got it back. Also, I bought a mount for my wahoo that they didn’t install. If I hadn’t had noticed while walking out (was in a bit of a rush), they probably would have never given it to me. They also didn’t put any carbon compound between my bars and stem, so it kept slipping. Again, I figured this out and corrected it myself.Further, I had gotten a fitting prior to having the bars installed, so I asked if the new bars could be angled to reflect that position. The person doing the fitting said they would note the new angle so they were consistent with the position of the old bars post-fitting. After getting the bike back, they weren’t even close! We specifically spent time making it so my wrist wouldn’t stretch down as much to reduce strain. Instead, it was worse than before. Luckily, the person doing the fitting explained the position we were looking for so I was able to correct that.I don’t know… maybe they treat triathletes or people who bought their bikes there differently, but I feel cheated out of my money. I’m only writing this now because the sound of my front brake was really getting to me today, and I had dropped a chain.
GOforBROKE: All I can say is WOW that was such a pleasant experience and the staff, especially Steve, were just amazing. Even though they couldn't fix my problem steve gave me his time and expert advice for how to move forward with my project bike. Steve is Probably the most genuine person i have dealt with in a long time to be honest. This is now the place that I use to get bike stuff! Love it
William Bejin: Took my bike in for some minor repairs that turned out to be a bit more than I anticipated. They couldn't fix it on the spot because the rear derailleur was shot. They found a replacement and got everything working great again. Great service and at very reasonable price. Highly recommend Fraser Bike.
Peter Babby: excellent service, went in there just to fix a flat on a bike i didn’t even buy from them… very knowledgeable and kind ppl… go see rick
Keith Stone: Was in for a gear adjustment on the front pedal. Ok only took a few minutes and I we was on my way. Great job!
John Piwonski: Went in with my son and daughter to get a tricycle and two person child carrier/jogger. After waiting for ten minutes with two other customers in the shop I still wasn't helped so I decided to leave. Somewhat annoying when with the prices was most likely going to be spending $750-$1000 and the workers could care less about helping me.
pongomich pongomich: Went to Fraser Bicycle shop today. Staff was very kind, helpful and honest. They have such a large selection of bikes to choose from and many accessories as well. Would highly recommend.
asectre: Very rude and disrespectful along as unprofessional at one point I called and they said they didn’t have my bike when I dropped it off a week before as well as having no stock
Mark Dixon: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Super nice staff, very knowledgeable.
Steve Wenzel: Staff is ALWAYS. courteous, helpful & knowledgeable
David Zuber: Great place for any of your bike needs.
Valerie Howse: Great as always!

East Side Bike Shop: what do users think?
Penny Miller: The owner was so kind from the time we came in there n chose my bike until yesterday when we picked the bike up he showed nothing but kindness to my husband n me thanks again for the bike it rides great.
Jake Ripp: Great selection of bikes and knowable people. Highly recommend.
Milcah: Owner was very helpful in finding me a bike for work. Pricing in shop is very affordable for nice bike. Gave me very good information about the features of the bike
a i: Denny the owner is a super cool guy. I came in with low expectations of finding a quality bike but I found an awesome Giant Boulder for a super great price! There were Alot of other bikes ranging from economy to high end. He's been in the business for decades and his knowledge shows. I had a great experience here so it's 5 stars from me! I will be there again for tune ups and some gear. Great to see a long lasting neighborhood bike shop still around.
Vincent Visual: Walk in ride out...@ your price
Dane Andrews: I brought my bike in for a tune-up, very reasonable price. He also noticed I had a mismatched back rim and replaced it. Great service and a joy to visit.
J: If I remember his name correctly Denny was top notch. small little place that seems constantly busy . Hell the time we were there 10 ,15 people came in. Anyways lots of older bikes for sale that were built to last.not like today's bikes. After a few minutes we walked out with two bikes . Again a old school bike shop that cares about their customers
Patrick McDonald: They had exactly what I needed for the right price. I wanted a cheap used bike rack and then bike tube, the gentleman working there helped me pick out the right tube even though I didn't know what size my tires were. Awesome selection of old Schwinn bikes, really quaint shop.
Christine Dover: AMAZINGLY helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Brought my bike in for a seat adjustment which Steve happily did. He then adjusted my handlebars and checked my tire pressures. Wasn't even going to charge me. Service like this is hard to come by. So pleased. Great experience. Love my bike.
Bill Bollinger: Denny and team are the best, most honorable and reasonably priced bike shop in SE Michigan... if you're not bringing your bike here for service (regardless of distance) you're being overcharged and under-served.
Anne Torre: Very nice owner. He answers all your questions and help you as much as he can. very nice bikes 😁😍
B FLetcher: I broke a seat binder bolt on my 98' Bianchi road bike and wanted the hard to find part quick....so, I drove up to East Side Bike Shop as it looked from the pics that they might be a old school bike shop with parts. I did not expect him to have a Campagnolo part, but he did have the 19mm hard to find bolt I needed...yah !!He had me back riding. I live near Belle Isle and it was well worth it coming here....thank you Sir !!
Steve Synowiec: Called bout a quick tube fix cause was on the road biking. Said it will take 24 hours. Doesn’t take long for a quick tube fix.
Darell “Big d” Kube: Had a few things I needed not the main thing I went there for though but very friendly service
Darrin Belcher: Very good service and very good prices
Doug Holden: Nice older man owns the place. Gives you that small town vibe.
Jesse Duncan: nice reasonable price
Jeffrey Badalow: Denny is one of the best in the bicycle business!
Robert Grider: Eastside Cycle is your go- to place for all your bicycle needs, parts, service, new or used bike, Eastside is your Mom & Pop old school type of place👍🇺🇸
Earl Bond: Super nice will be going back for my bike needs
Bill Hardy: Knowledgeable, friend, affordable and fun. A great guy to go see!

Macomb Bike: what do users think?
Benjamin Wilson: This place is great! They couldn't help that I'm stupid but I'm gonna head back up tomorrow and fix my mistake. Great service, the place was hopping when I got there and happy customers all. THANK YOU for taking time on my weird project, I'll be steering people your way in the future. These guys are E bike friendly and carry all of the major brands I've been drooling over on the internet. Come check them out. Price wise they're competitive with Amazon but have the advantage of being both local and knowledgeable.
Jon Leszczynski: When it comes to bikes, Macomb Bike are very trustworthy. Their direct offerings in the store cover nearly every need, and any not covered there they can get by catalog quick enough and we can trust Macomb Bike staff to be able to install or build anything needed.
Bob DiTommaso: Great people, great products and wonderful service.
Pat Saoud: Great place to buy bikes. Family run. Great attention to detail. We just bought two Aventon electric bikes iand our friends did too based on how we live them so much! You still can get a workout. Use with or without assist. They have the best service. My husband and I love Macomb Bike and have been doing business with them for over 30 years.
Fred Shadko: Very knowledgeable staff, very concerned with fitting the right ebike to you. Highly recommended.
Tony Selvaggio: We did our research and do diligence at multiple stores in Macomb and Oakland counties. Macomb Bike and staff were super patient with us explaining the E Bike world and giving us multiple options for test rides which helped us decide on what was best for us. As a small business owner myself I can appreciate the work it takes to deliver the exceptional service received at Macomb Bike! Thank you Mike and the Radke family. Please support small businesses!
Davey Joseph: With how crazy prices are in general nowadays, it would really suck to have someone try to rip you off even more. This place does the exact opposite. I walked in anxious about spending an arm and a leg, and walked out giggling like a child with my wallet still intact. Also, shoutout to that dude Gabe. That dude knows his stuff
dani b: It's always a pleasure to visit the bike shop and see the SAME sales people! Alex in particular has helped me a few times. Really appreciate his advice. Also, a few friends and I have got to a Saturday workshop. Very fun and informational. :)
Clevon Sparks: Jeff, Jeff Jr, and the entire staff here are very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Their knowledge and level of service is superior to any other bike shop I have been to. They have helped me over the years with personal purchases and most recently with a bike fleet purchase. They kind of make you feel like family by the way they welcome you in the store and invite you on their various rides and other activities they have.
Tiana Oldford: They even put the rack on my car and loaded the bike for me. Friendly and knowledgeable!!
Chad M: Very kind and welcoming. They helped with everything from going over all of the bike features to getting the bike rack on our car. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I will go back for all of my bike needs.
Paul Perry: Staff was very helpful and patient took me a while to make up my mind they gave me there advice and stepped back and let me decide no pressure. Nothing in there is cheap so come on payday, but you’ll be happy with your purchase.
N B: Great shop but has weird hours.
Bill Fick: My experience was fantastic, Alex worked with me and really listened to my needs for a new bike. Spending time to determine the best bike for my needs, then mocking up a bike to test ride before ordering my Surly Bridge Club! Once my bike came in, Alex spent more time fitting and adding accessories to my bike to make it comfortable. I live an hour from Macomb Bike, and will happily drive back for all my biking needs. Thanks Alex!
Charisma Dozier: Customer service and bike techs are superb!!!
Laura Schier: I recently purchased e-bikes from Macomb Bike with my boyfriend and we had an excellent experience! The staff at Macomb Bike were all very knowledgeable and friendly, and the process of purchasing our bikes was incredibly easy. Unfortunately, one of the bikes did have some wiring issues, but the staff at Macomb Bike handled the issue with no problem at all. Alex worked very hard to ensure we were happy with our replacement bike. We feel very confident with our purchase because they stand behind the items they sell. I want to give a special shoutout to Jeff & Alex, who were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend Macomb Bike to anyone in the market for a new bike or e-bike. The customer service was top-notch and we couldn't be happier with our purchase! We will be repeat customers.
James Kleiner: Great people, they’ve fixed my flat tires right away. And I’ve had ten or more in the last few years. Very knowledgeable 👍🏻
Nicole Naimi: Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Got my first brand new bike as an adult and could not ask for a better experience!
LBHCreates Reading: I thoroughly enjoyed my experience shopping at Macomb Bikes! Alex was extremely knowledgeable about the bikes that we were interested in, which made me confident in my purchase! Thank you!
Micah Winkler: Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Jennifer Shields: Great place! Great staff and so helpful!

Metro Bike: what do users think?
Brendon Doran: Excellent bike shop. I bought my bike and they put it together for me within a half an hour. Don and Jonathan were awesome. Thanks guys!
AMGClass: Lots of bikes to choose from for a good price. If you do get your bike serviced with them I highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed.
Alfie TV: Joe is the man. He gets the job done promptly and professionally.
Craig: A couple of weeks ago I called about pricing for an inner tube replacement , was told $ 22 for tube and labor .Went there the next day and dropped off the tire / rim .Picked it up 2 hours later and the guy working the desk , he was there when I dropped it off , told me the cost was $ 27 .After telling him about the earlier quote he changed the price .He seemed rather arrogant about the whole process, maybe because I disturbed him eating his lunch at the checkout counter .When I got home I noticed he put the wrong valve stem on the tire , it doesn’t match the other tire and he never asked what “ style “ stem I already have on the other tire .After checking online there’s two different stem styles available.I brought my Trex bike last year ( from a different bike shop ) and paid $ 800 for it and want matching tires but no way I’m going back and dealing with this guy again .I should of went to my original bike shop but I figured nobody can screw up replacing an inner tube , so much for that thought .
David Basney: Great service, I was in a tight spot and they worked with me to get my bike back into service ASAP. I will definitely be coming back!
Kayla White: This place is so great!!!!! We had just bought my younger son a new bike from Walmart. The chain was way too long and we needed adjusted and of course Walmart wouldn't take it back or fix it. We called and asked how much it would be and the guy was super nice (Joe) and he said it wouldn't be more than $10-$15. So we took his bike up there and they told me the back wheel just needed to be adjusted. They did it like in a total of 5 minutes and didn't even charge us at all. They were wonderful and there really isn't people out there like this anymore. I would absolutely recommend them for all your bike needs.
DJ Stevenson: I love the service and kindness of employee helping me find a bike
Lisa Blum: My wife and I were on our way to Mackinac Island with a stop in Shelby Township to visit family. As I was getting our bikes to take with us, I noticed the rear tire on my bike was extremely low. In route, my wife contacted Metro Bike to ask if they would be able to repair the tire before we had to leave the area. He assured us they could. When we arrived, they immediately worked on my bike and we were good to go 30 minutes later. Thanks to the great service at Metro Bike, we didn’t lose any time with family and I had a working bike to take to Mackinac Island.
dustin varriale: Gone for a ride? Missed a sale more like it. This place is a joke! Go ride when you get home
Joanne Quaglia: Pretty sure we won't be back. Stopped in for a few accessories and felt like we were a bother. I had to remind him that we were supporting his business before his attitude changed. They had what we were looking for, but the customer service was not! East enough to just go somewhere else next time.
dan niemyjski: I'm happy I bought my bikes from here
Siri Pipat: I usually don’t write any reviews. I can’t say enough about this bike shop. Everyone is knowledgeable and care about their customers. Metro Bike is the best in their service. I’ll definitely recommend Metro bike to all my friends.
Cindy Kaminski: Went to Metro Bike to look at purchasing 2 bikes, 1 for me and 1 for my husband. Couldn’t of had any better experience. Donald is AMAZING, his knowledge of bikes and his personality is outstanding!!! Thanks so much Metro Bike & Donald for making me feel like a kid again.
Kimberly S.: The owner was rude and gave the air that I was wasting his time. The first time I went in there I chalked it up to the guy just having a bad day, but the second time I went in he was just as rude. I asked a couple of friends in the biking community and they all said the same thing. I'm sorry, I like to support small business, but there are other bike shops in the area who appreciate said business. I bought my bike elsewhere and had great experience.
Meggha Koshal: Picked up a GIANT MOMENTUM VIDA bike yesterday from these guys!! Loved the way we were taken care of at the store!!After checking out three stores they were the only ones who had it in stock ...! Super happy with my purchase !Highly recommend this bike shop 😊👍🏼
Stephen Natushko: Great service! Was told 3-4 weeks to repair which was normal for shops in the area. Was ready in a week and a half!! Couldn’t be happier
Mishka Happy: Refuses to accommodate curbside pickup for those with disabilities. Trying to buy from brick and mortars and keep businesses open is not a value this Colman esposes. Other shops are accommodating curbside. Try to keep up.
maurizio lentini: Bought bike but can't get tune ups as promised!! Always gives you a run around!! Many other places willing to bend over backwards to make you happy, this place just wants your money!! Choose wisely you plan on going here...
Alex V: Took my bike for repairs there. Repair was ok, but it needed another part and was told when they got it in they would call me. No one called, that was 7 months ago.
Daniel Schriedel: Just picked up a bike today, and not only was the guy there super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, but the product is amazing!! I love the bike and the accessories I added on! 1000% would recommend if your like me and don’t really know what you’re looking for, they will help you. I love this bike! Would give 6 stars if possible!
Andrew Reiter: Joe was very knowledgeable and has great customer service

American Cycle & Fitness - The Trek Bicycle Stores of Michigan: what do users think?
Bob HArdy: fast turnaround in the service department and nice that everyone there knows what they are talking about !
michaelb: Jack is awesome!! Focused on helping the customer and does great work!
Nate: Fast service , Jack in the service department was very helpful
Fred Vogler: Macomb Trek made the whole process easy and we're very knowledgeable. They answered all our questions patiently. I would recommend Macomb Trek to anyone looking for a quality bicycle.
Todd McCormick: Absolutely no customer service. Last week my wife and I came into the store at 3 pm. We were the only customers at the time. We looked at bikes, I sat on a few, and after 20 minutes, we were never helped. A guy sat behind a desk in the middle of the store, looked at us several times, and never bothered to help us. As a result we left, and I took my business to a different store. Not really sure what the motivation is in this store, but it's clear it is not sales or customer service.
Scott: Jen was very helpful with buying a new bike as a surprise for my grandpa.
Courtney Smith: I went to this store today to buy a bike for my oldest son. I was completely ignored. One associate was helping a customer but while their children were test riding, she didn’t acknowledge us at all. The other associates looked like they were working on bikes, but someone could have said something! This is the second time this has happened at the same store. Last time I went and bought TREK bikes for my twins elsewhere. This time we went to Metro Bike, was greeted, helped and took home a bike just as good as a TREK Bike before 5pm today!
Mike Murphy: Great service, knowledgeable staff and friendly environment
James Grimaudo: Outstanding service department and friendly sales department
SORIN Ratiu: Very knowledgeable store employees. A real pleasure to stop by, each time.
C Kuech: My wife and I came in the store to buy a bike for me. Jen Chapman did such a good job I ended up buying a better bike than I originally came in for and I bought a bike for my wife. We also bought a bike rack for my vehicle. Jen was not pushy in any way and helped us stay within our budget. My wife and I did a 10 mile ride together on our first time out on our new bikes. Good quality bikes made a huge difference.
Jeff Day: Bernie and Jack are great at what they do. Always willing to give you time and help with all your needs.
Anita Downing: love this place. friendly and knowledgeable.
Thomas Witrens: Customer Care is awesome!
Doug Levy: Great staff - very knowledgeable and very passionate about cycling. Totally committed to providing outstanding customer service and to ensuring the right bike is matched to each individual's need, wants and budget. Quality of all the bikes they carry is top notch, with a wide variety of types and levels - from entry to pro, they have it all. And always at a very reasonable price. Thanks a million to the entire staff at Macomb Township Trek for providing the best darn bike shop by every measure!
will: Great Staff and overall best shop in the area will only be working with trek for my cycling needs from now on
Evyeni Geno Keramaris (Geno Has Something To Say): Trek exclusive bike shop.Best bikes in the world.Personally, I love the staff at this Trek Dealer better than the other metro locations I've been to.Recently bought out by Trek, these shops are exclusively owned by Trek bikes now.
M Garcia: Knowledgeable and friendly staff that was willing to work with me on payment methods and having it paid off in a timeframe that was beneficial for them and me. Took the time to go over the bike and the extra parts I had put on it.I recently ordered a dropper lever and had it installed within 3 days. Would recommend to anyone.
Kevin Vandenbussche: Good sales personnel
Michael Lodge: Friendly employees, service department is excellent and returned my bike looking beautiful and riding great.
Bobby Bracy: Visited this bike shop on 10/3/22. A gear cable is defective bike could only be ridden in one gear. The young man who waited on me told me that the price to repair would be between $150 - $180 because there were other issues with the gears. He told me that the bike really was not worth repairing and that it would be better for me to invest the $150 - $180 into a new bike. Went to another shop the next day, they checked the gears, replaced the cable and charged me $25. This is not a review of the shop, just the young guy that waited on me. I have been riding the bike all weekend without any problems.$25 vs. a new bike, "Give me a break"

J. S. Tousley: An amazing shop where you can get honest advice for free, and everything else for a very reasonable price. Couldn't recommend Paul higher, I just wish I had a bike shop like this where I live now.
Justin Ward: Excellent customer service and knowledge base on his inventory. I was not rushed and all my questions were answered. Highly recommend.
Tru Sagittarius Readings: Went in today and no one greeted us after we spoke they didn’t speak back then the guy said I’m not used to the front door being open as if he didn’t want us walking in and us being black made us feel unwelcomes we took our money to Walmart never will return
neonni: very good bike shop and repair.. i got hit by a car while on my bike and the rim of my bike was very crooked and i took it in to the shop to have it fixed and they replaced my rim for just about 30-40 dollars and even fixed my brakes! i will definitely be coming here if my bike breaks again, the service is very good and the repairs are long lasting
Crystal Dionne: I just had the MOST amazing experience ever at this bike shop. The customer service was Superb! If you are in need of a bike repair, a bike or any bike supplies this is the place to be. Ask for Paul! He will take good care of you.
Ryan Craig: Very helpful and great prices compared to places like Trek stores. Highly recommend for bike supplies.
Rick G: This place is the absolute best. You can buy new or used bikes, and the service is second to none.
SimplyMasonZero: I've been there for years, but it felt like I've been an annoyance to them. Every time I go there for a flat tire or spoke I been met with a bad attitude. Made going there felt like a dog going to a vet. More than it already is.I asked to repair a spoke. Then, 3rd time riding my bike I found the spoke to be broken still. I've barely rode it since due to the delta stuff and busy working at the time. So I didn't hit a pothole or anything.I think he didn't fix it and thought I was too dumb to notice. I will take my business elsewhere. I got the message.
Gina Telford: I found the owner and staff very friendly and helpful, every time I needed help with our bikes. Another reason I like about Roseville.
Edwin Bolds: Have not went here yet , do plan on going here soon. I will give it better rating soon .
Barry Bumgarner: Highly recommend for repairs. Friendly and professional. Definitely will be returning for any future bike needs.

Have a free bottle for buying some gear and stayed overtime to help me put on bike rack for my car.Amazing place all together!
4045 Fan: The old man gave me attitude around 1997. I didn't go back for 25 years. Well here I am. Nice store, nicer than it used to be but junior has dad's customer service skills. Too bad. I'd like to buy local but Amazon NEVER gives me attitude.
Jerry Fraeyman: Ken, Charlie and the team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get a new bike for an upcoming road trip. Thanks guys!
James Shoults: Great pricing and they treat you like family😁😎
Its Isaac: I bring my bike in to this bike shop because it needed to be fixed and they did a great job it run smoother than it ever has they had it done with an our the people that work here are actually very nice it wasn't to expensive in perspective at least
Louis Palmer: They were honest, good people and came highly recommended. They were really knowledgeable and helpful. I traveled a good distance to bring my bike for a repair and will do it again if I ever need my bike serviced.
Brian “ModernMower” Rismoen: I put ken through customer hell. I have been the worst sort of customer. Bringing parts he doesn't like. (and talked me out of), needing it done right now, today. Making extra work for him. and so far, no slaps. That right there needs a 5 star review. I own a business, and the stuff I have been doing would be super annoying if I were on the other side, and I know it.I'm a crazy person who rides long distances in extreme conditions. When you do that, you need to trust the guy working on your bicycle with your life. I had another experience where a bike i have serviced professionally every season at another shop, had the brakes fail because it was not properly serviced. When something like that happens, you lose confidence in that bike. I don't have that fear here.I Trust Ken. 5 stars.
Mike Mueller: New to the area so I took my wife here today - I prefer to shop local if I can. Ken is an awesome guy. Went in with very little knowledge and left there feeling like I know a few things. Got a great deal on a couple bikes for us. I will absolutely give them my business again. Highly, highly recommended.
Scott Alan Blanchard: Greatest bike shop in Washington!Ken,  Charlie and Nick in service will take care of you like family -- and your bike,  too. They'll make sure you're fitted for your new bike just right also.Shop for all your bike supplies and get advice from Men on local trails and more!
Ralf Maky: Ken's passion for the industry is quite obvious as soon as you enter his shop!My new Go-To for our Specialized bikes and service. We have a shop within a few miles, but his service is worth the 50 mile round trip.I need to add yesterday's visit (9/13/21).After dropping my bike it started to ghost shift. The hanger was bent. Fully expecting to leave the bike, Ken knew the distance involved and promptly put it on the rack. After restoring the original angle with his handy-dandy tool he gave the bike a few additional adjustments, including the brakes and a few software updates.Again, awesome service and very reasonable! (BTW, working on my wife with that Aqua Como LOL)Thanks Ken!
sarah bommarito: my first impression of stoney creek bike was great ken seemed excellent at customer service unfortunately we bought a bike and then the motor kit and it has never worked we he said his bikes had a 5 year warranty we didnt know the motor had only 90 days otherwise we would not have bought it when the weather was changing so i didn't really get to test it because it was beginning to get cold. it continues to break and for 1400 dollar item i think they should have stood behind the product more he had the nerve to blame me about not reading the Manuel during that time my dad was dying so granted maybe not the first thing on my mind. my 90 year old grandmother bought me the bike in total about $2600 i have a disability so i needed a 3 wheel bike so i could partcipate in the family bike rides and i feel we were taken advantage of. there are very few negative reviews on here but i would read them because they mimic our experience. if you are a person who fears you could be taken advantage of don't go here first impressions are deceiving the owner and his mother are very passive aggressive i showed him a picture of a bike with a motor on it and he said he could do that to the one i bought from him it is not what i got and 5 times more expensive. just be careful when buying a product they talk a good talk but do not walk the walki would not recommended going here but if you do just bewaremy mother tried to get them to help with a bike and the way he talked to her was demeaning, rude, and just deplorable customer service. as someone who has worked in customer service for 7 years i can't even imagine talking to a customer that way and a customer threatened to beat me up and i was still more professional then him.please be careful if you buy from here its easy to get taken advantage of
Sl1pk7n: Do you guys put brakes on bmx bikes
Larry Cojocari: Ken's Stoney Creek Bike is a business built on outstanding service, friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable communication skills and sincere understanding of customer's needs. Truly a great experience at Stoney Creek Bike.
Joe Gray: Outstanding service with friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Albe's BMX Bike & Skateboard Shop: what do users think?
Downriver Dimes: Great people great service. If you need something for a bike Albe's has it or can get it. Inside is now open for all your bmx needs.. They also carry skateboard stuff..
Allen Nickles: Recently had a $1330 dollar "Sunday Soundwave" order with Albes Shop. I had done some research before buying. Also I had called the shop a few times. Both times I called... I got live person on the other end to answer my questions i had about stock. Which means a lot to me to get a live person on customer service! Shortly after that ..I placed my order. My shipment came fast ...and I had a issue with one of the pedals threads having a flat spot on them (Which was a manufacturer issue not Albes fualt) and I was missing a pair of pegs that I ordered. I called the shop. And they quickly rectified the issues i had. By sending out new set of pedals and the missing pegs from my order. So I cant recomend Albes enough. They definitely earned my business for sure! Five star services! Thanks Guys!😉UPDATE:' I Recently have made three more purchases from Albes including another complete BMX. (WTP Trust) Within the last three months. All the other purchases including second BMX went flawlessly. I cant speak highly enough of these guys. Whatever BMX stuff you need fast? Albes will hook you up.
TJ “TJ” Gamble: Friendly staff, great service! Only place my family will shop for our bikes and accessories. Granted, my first time here, it was a little intimidating. Some of the price tags on these bikes would make you flinch, and it felt like a locals-only. You should already know what you're doing - type vibe. However, i couldn't have been more wrong!we pulled the trigger for my son's bike. Staff was super friendly, welcoming, and experienced! Feel free to look around. there's no pressure from the staff. When we got our sons bike, I truly saw where that monet went. Quality and solid bikes that they stand behind. If they don't have it in stock, they will make sure you are taken care of. 3 bikes and parts for a fourth came from here. I'm serious, nowhere else but here. To the Albe's team, thanks for getting my family ready to hit these streets this summer! You guys are rockstars!!!
Tom Anderson: Stopped in for a rare tire size 22inch and they had 4 to choose from. Cool guys cool bikes. I will definitely be back for all my bike needs they had some cool stuff.
Garret Unruh: the people there r very helpful and shipping and prices beat pretty much every other place i checked
Juan De Jesus: Customer service is 12/10. They gave me a killer deal on a custom bike and offered to build it for me free of charge 😎
r mccullough: I called on Tuesday afternoon about ordering a bike after a local bike shop gave me the runaround. The guy on the phone said it was in stock and could be here in 4-6 days. I gave him my card number and said put it in the mail. I was riding it on Thursday. I’ll definitely be ordering from albes again.
Shane Styne: Excellent service, answered the phone every time I called and my bikes are here!!! Super excited! Thank you guys!
Nick Overley: Fast Shipping & Excellent Customer Service
BuddyL: Ordered a complete 29" wheel build from Albe's online- they arrived today, and man... SOLID BUILD!! Thank you so much!! TNT Derringer hubs, SUNringlé Rhyno Lite hoops... YESSSSS!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Angie J: Very helpful ,nice ,and caring
Thomas Campbell: Communication is awesome👍🏻These guys went above and beyond and I was more than appreciative. I needed answers and more help than I thought. They know their stuff plus they're pretty Rad
Alfred Beskangy: Walked in & received the best customer service. Craig helped me choose a bike and educated me along the way. They had what I needed in the back, and put it together for me for the same price as the e-tailers. If you’re local, it’s worth a visit.
Jeff Moffit: I ordered my gt pro performer 29 yesterday and it arrived today. Got it a couple hundred cheaper than anywhere else too. You guys are awesome! Can't wait to start riding. Thank you Albe's! This was my first time buying from here but it won't be my last. 5 stars all day!
Brian Olson: Ordered online. Super fast and free shipping. Will definitely purchase from again. Thank you.
Bill Darweather: Great
Oswaldo Villanueva: Usually I don’t write reviews, I’ll take the time to write this one thoughIf you want to be attended like they are doing you a favor for spending your money here definitely come to Albe’s. You can’t walk in to compare the stuff you really want so, what’s the point to drive here if they will show you just a couple of options (when they have more) just bc a punk is moody?Nah, Go to Amazon pick your options and if they aren’t what you’re looking for just return them, WITHOUT LEAVING YOUR HOME🤷🏾‍♂️
417bikelife_luke: Very good customer service, killer products and most all, the coolest bikes on the market😅🖤
Rick Scott: Everything went fine I had 1 minor problem and they spent more time then most places would have to get it straightened out got me riding alot sooner then i expected so thanks for everything, keep up the good work and i'll be back when i need something else
Jack Svecnik: Like most 49 year old "kids" that grew up with "freestyle", I've been bitten by the BMX bug again. Albes NEVER disappoints- huge selection, quality shipments, and FAST delivery (ordered some seats and brake pads on Thursday, BOOM they're at my doorstep 2 states away on Friday). Great job, someday I'll visit in person!
Dakobra420: One of the best shops around. Great customer experience and they are willing to answer any questions you might have when you call. I’m comparison to danscomp or any other bmx site I’ve gone through albes is definitely at the top of the list

D&D Bicycles - Berkley: what do users think?
William Kemerer: Bought two bikes and a bunch of extras, add-ons here 3 years ago. Sales, service, questions, help, everything I could have possibly asked for. Been back every year for tuneups. They have been beyond awesome!
linck s: Bought my first bike from here and it won't be my last. Joe was awesome and definitely made the purchase enjoyable and explaind everything thoroughly. He definitely earned D&D my future business. A+
Ouma Edwards: Got a dropper post, tubeless tires, and brakes installed plus a tuneup. The work was quick, professional, and prices were reasonable. The mechanic (Joe) was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Good experience.
Kathryn Kwolek: Cheryl was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the type of bike I was I interested in and took the time to find a location that had the size I needed to try out.
Seth Canner: Top tier, honest and genuine service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Sean Thomas: I waited in line outside their store for half an hour before they opened. All I needed was a new tire tube. They wouldn't service my bike because I didn't buy it from them. When I asked why they said due to the global parts shortage from the pandemic they were only servicing customers who purchased their bikes from them. I can totally understand that for parts like frames, breaks, pedals etc. But come on how are you going to use that as an excuse when all I needed was a new tire tube? You guys lost a customer.
janario18: Had a bunch of work done! Great service, staff is amazing super friendly and very helpful with everything! Great pricing as well! Highly recommend
Shu Zhang: The repairman and other stuff are super friendly and honest. For tiny issue that it’s a big problem for me, they didn’t charge me at all! And they still help me to load the bike to my SUV after the repair. A lot of thanks for them!
Chris Griffin: Customer service has been horribleI bought a bike rack under warranty and when it broke it has taken me months to get any kind of solution and I’m still waiting to see what’s going to happen. And when I go in to talk about it with the personnel I am treated very poorly. I would never recommend this bike shop to anyone.
a i: Jeff was great. Led me in the right direction to help me find the exact bike I needed. He educated me on way more than I knew about bikes. Got me an entry level giant that fit my needs. He did a great job.
Jeremy Cionca: From my experience (I won't go into the frustrating details), the D&D Berkley team is unfortunately struggling in terms of staffing, communication, quality control, and overall customer service. This is all likely due to issue #1 (staffing) or lack thereof which is causing a strain on all other areas. D&D, overall, has a great reputation so my advice would be to utilize one of their many other locations, if at all possible, until the environment at Berkley can improve.
westside detroit: When upon arrival, I spoke with the mechanic, he insured me that I would be taken care of. After paying for my seat, water bracket and water bottle. The mechanic (Muhammad) started talking to a customer about, then as I waited, my bike was being ignored. As other customers came in he assisted them while still ignoring my bike. This by far is the worst service I ever had, and I will never return, and would not recommend this bike shop to anyone.
Josh Mcain: If I could have given them no stars I would have they were very nasty to me they tried upselling me in a few things that weren't needed and I believe they popped my tire to get more business
Heather C: D&D Cycle underwent a fantastic renovation in the last year, creating a welcoming, well-organized shop. The large, open floor space presents mostly Giant bikes in double racks, giving lots of room to browse, check out accessories and clothes, or get down the bikes themselves. This is a major improvement from their previous layout, which felt cramped and claustrophobic at times.I've used D&D Cycle for tune-ups, bikes, a child carrier seat, and accessories. They are on the more expensive side, be forewarned, but they carry solid brands. Maybe not the spendiest option, but a whole lot better than flimsy equipment that will die on you mid-ride, which no one wants. Case in point, they carry Thule bike racks and child seats, which cost a pretty penny but absolutely stand up to the elements and regular use.On my most recent visit, I purchased a bike basket. They squeezed me in on a busy weekend to install it, while likewise fixing a guy's month-old tube (purchased at another store), assembling a bike, repairing a bike, helping a girl pick out a cruiser, and more. My bike looked great, the basket was secure, and I rode out content and secure in the knowledge my new purchase was a good one for me.They're hopping but make time to greet customers, try to juggle multiple requests, and give you time to look without being smothered or pressured.D&D is a friendly neighbourhood bicycle store (sorry, no Spider-Man!) that caters to families, individuals, and expert cyclists. They've also got information on local rides and other events. I wish they did a few more cycling events for us amateurs, but that's icing on a cake. Parking is also ONLY in the back, so be advised.
Darlene (YOWBABY): Super friendly and helpful. Selection of bikes are plentiful. Don't let the fact it's on 12 Mile worry you. There's plenty of parking in the back with lots of space to load up your new bicycle for new adventures that await.
Patricia Hines-Lewis: Just a great place to purchase a bike. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff!
Ventura Ingram: I went to the Berkeley store at the suggestion of a friend and met Mohammed who is a wealth of cycling knowledge. And through his suggestions I’ve purchased 5 bikes. 2 road, 2 hybrid and a cruiser. 3 of the bikes were gifts for my family but Mohammed keeps all of the bike in perfect running condition and has become a friend through the years. So great sales and service I received from Mohammed has kept me coming back. Since COVID there has been a shortage of bikes and help but they are worth the wait.
Regina Horn: Great selection and great customer service!
Alec Torigian: Was not very happy with the experience of ordering/purchasing bikes here. We ordered bikes in February of 2021, kept being told “they’re coming.” We asked them to give an update so that we wouldn’t be left holding the bag when summer rolled around but the updates were few and far between and only provided with my NUMEROUS calls. Eventually it got to the point that every other store was out of stock and we had no choice but to wait…One bike FINALLY arrived roughly in May (months after it was ordered and paid in full). The second bike was continuously delayed until finally 5 months later when it arrived in July. There was nothing ever really done to accommodate the issue. Never an alternative offered unless we paid much more for higher end bikes. Some of the employees were great to work with but sadly others were extremely rude and lacked any real ability to interact with customers. Some would simply just pass the issue down the line and do nothing to help. Cool that we finally have both bikes but very sad that we have missed multiple months of good weather with them. Disappointed in the way this has been handled overall, especially given the overall investment in these bikes.
Daniel Goodman: Great experience, 1st time here and not the last time! The mechanic was very knowledgeable and fixed my 8 yr old son’s bike!! My son is happy, therefore I’m happy! Thanks Guys
Stephen Listman: They were great at getting me my new bike when they said they would. It was a little to big for me and they took care of that too. One stop shopping - purchased a new lock there also. Thanks for the superior customer service!

Bike Tech, Inc.: what do users think?
Tim Berkesch: Great customer service; quick and good quality repairs!
Curtis Palmer: The owner there was very knowledgeable and helpful and has a verity of old and new bikes for sale, i would recommend a visit there for your needs of parts or service or purchase.
Edwin Paul: Brian is a great guy. He has been very helpful.
Run Jewels: he kindly sold me a 125 dollar bike that rides but the breaks failed within 3 miles (not my fault) I called and he's taking care of me! Now i took a spin and had my first fall (scrape into a wood fence lightly didnt fall just scraped the back tire a bit.no damage anywhere but the chain is off and i am not sure why. Its not like i sent it and biffed it. lol If he says he well get the chain and i feel safe (hes not making a lot on this so i appreciate it) So long as my bike is safe Tuesday when i bring it in I'm happy
VAM vids: The owner is very knowledgeable, they have great mechanic skills and fair pricing.
Therese Nolan: Knowledgeable, friendly staff. New and used bikes. Service for bikes.
E Ash: They are very efficient, and they fixed my bike which I thought was unfixable....
Melissa Treusch: Great service and good prices for a bike tune-up. Very knowledgeable.
Cook M: Great Place! 😊 Brian, the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. He is an expert in his craft of building and repairing bikes! 😊😊
Kathy Martin: Brian was very knowledgeable and professional and the price to repair my Snowblower was reasonable.
ShAron Robinson: The Bike tech was courteous and polite. I've been coming to this location for years and have never had a bad experience here.
Doug Drawbaugh: Bought a "project" 1938 Schwinn Excelsior. It was challenging to find parts, knowledge, and skill set under one roof. Picked up the bike yesterday and it rolls like it did in 1938! ;) Thank you Bike-Tech for working with me to get the bike reliably street ready. The bike will easily make it to it's 100th anniversary in 2038... hope I can still pedal it then! Regardless, I'll remember the experience and education on old bikes I received from Brian during the process. Thank you Bike-Tech.
Marcia Spivey: The owner price gauges— I’ve been going to this bike shop since 1996..for the past 10years I just stayed b/c I am a Detroit loyalist however april 7, 2021 was the breaking point. I WAS QUOTED BY THE OWNER $100 for a bike tune up(starting at this amount). The same bike that I’ve been taking to him for the past 3years. He is overpriced and has no respect for loyalty. I was also told the return time would be 7-10days and that I should be lucky that I’m getting my bike in when I am.He believes that he is the only person in the area who can do the job so he charges based on demand. Well this isn’t true! There is an awesome bike shop on Gratiot ALLIED CYCLE SHOP. They were helpful and didn’t treat me as if They were doing me a favor. The tune up starts at $49.99 and the turn around is 2-3 days.Stay away from Bike Tech if you value your hard earned money and customer service! This guy should be ashamed of himself for price gauging..I purchased a bike basket from him last year for $40 — the same basket was at Allied bike shop for $23.99.I WILL NOT TAKE MY MONEY HERE EVER AGAIN AND ADVISE SAME.
Julieann Elliott: Amazing service & they always have the parts for my bikes. The price is more than fair. I absolutely love it there!
Joel Atallah: Fast repair and a more than fair price. Can't recommend enough
Erika Quinn: Owner has ZERO customer service skills. I always try and shop our local small businesses, don't waste your time. Apparently he doesn't need the business.
cdot earl: Kinda pricey for a flat but there pretty cool didnt get any bads vibes just good service id use them again
cordell hitchcock: BEWARE!!!! They are price gougers! Unfair with there pricing tried to charge me a car note! All i wanted was a tune up for my bike they told me $240 i went to another shop and got charged $85 i had a feeling he was trying to cheat me when we were talking asking me is $240 ok!!!!
Pharrin Cummings: Love Bike Tech,Ink. Been going there forever!
Jaclyn Standfest: Stopped in because my bike would make a clunk noise and wasn't shifting well. They fixed it within 15 minutes and it rides perfectly now! Polite people, very nice, extremely knowledgeable. I'll definitely be coming back for any future bike needs.
Victor Young: Great place. The owner has years of experience, and knowledge about Bikes.
