Tom Haas: I want to give this station the benefit of the doubt, since I've been coming here for a long time, and they have good quality gas, and they are very busy, but lately it's getting more and more run down, some of the pumps are missing the vapor guards on the nozzles and I even had a few instances where the autostop function on the pump handle itself didn't work, I almost overfilled my tank!,A bit worn out, and potentially dangerous if another customer overfills and gets gas on their car, not only is it bad for the paint but it's dangerous to them, even something as simple as friction when you get out of the car causing a spark igniting fuel on the paint, I hope they fix this soon.

rick wheatly: My son goes in a just buys 2 bags of chips. For $6.00 does not get any change back out of $10.00. Comes back an gets a another 2 dollars so he can get something to snack on. An than I go there an ask what's up with that I get the run around. An I been going to gas station for over a two years or less. They seem to going up on pricing everytime I go there. Ramy Elias: I have been coming to this gas station to wash my cars for 5+years and never had an issue with them until today. I paid $10 for the touchless car wash and when i was done with it I went forward for drying the car and it usually gives you 60 seconds of drying time and mine suddenly stopped at 40 seconds which was terrible cause my car was still super wet. I went inside the gas station to ask what happened and the guy said this issue has been happening to everybody that gets a car wash… if so why not fix the issue before stealing money from people for a car wash. I simply asked the guy to give me another wash so I can dry my car and he refused and said I gotta talk to the Manager in the morning. If the touchless car wash isn’t operating right you guys shouldn’t sell any until you figure it out and fix!!! This is stealing not telling people the car wash doesn’t work drying. That’s almost every reason anyone comes! I will not bring my cars or any of my friends cars to this horrible gas station again.

While I've always been an honest person, this year people's motives were brought to light, as well as the way the world is run, which I am opposed to; especially America. While I've maintained my strength and Sovereignty always, but especially this year; I just wanted to compliment this particular BP station for being extra cleanly and cheerful; especially with their tropical selection of soaps and air fresheners. I was in the area recently and remembered there bathroom and while I was in there recently, I am not sure what happened, but it's not the same; and honestly, neither am I. Blackheart Lives: Hard to say much bad about this BP station. It's really close, and in a place where there are not many gas stations. It has a really nice mural intentionally painted on the back wall to enhance the surrounding community park area. Although I don't believe they paid for the mural (at least not in full) they could have said NO to the city. The place is very well lit in the night hours and the outside is kept clean. They also have a gas pump dedicated to Stevenson High School. A portion of the profits from that pump go to the school. Overall they are an asset to the city.
Wadeea: This Gas station is great, it’s location is very convenient as it is located in the heart of downtown Sterling Heights. The staff members are always nice and they have a decent selection of products for a relatively small gas station.

So I put the creamer and sugar in my pocket. The guy behind the counter then starts yelling at me, I couldn't do that and I am a thief. And also called me a few other choice words. If I was going to steal it would not be cream and sugar. I work down the street from there and would go in 2 or 3 times a week for coffee..But now you couldn't pay me to go in there.

Ravie Xiong: Most of the time, pumps doesn’t read your card. You’ll have to go in and pay beforehand. Cost for gas is usually a tab higher compared to other gas station within a 5 mile radius. Gas pumps will need to be investigated or re-tuned. Did some basic math with my fuel tank and how much I supposedly put in, vehicle gauge/numbers doesn’t add up. I understand each car could be different, but this has happen to two of my vehicles. Unless it’s an emergency for gas, I’ll pass this location.
Kaitlin Sheets: Not plowed and horribly slippery. Tried 2 pumps and neither took my card. Went inside and paid (employee not wearing a mask) only to go outside and find that pump has problems and can’t be inserted all the way to use the lock feature. I wont be returning when a better Bp is down the road.
