Nouhad Kassem: My experience is based on my visit at the Burberry Store inside Somerset. I was fortunate to have Greg as my SA. He is very professional, knowledgeable about the Burberry products, craftsmanship and history. He help me to select a very nice jacket and scarf. I felt as if my own father was helping me to get and look the best. I recommend Burberry at Somerset and SA Greg. Everyone at Burberry is wonderful but Greg as my SA was great. Non pushy, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I came in not dressed to impressed and I was not made to feel out of place. I was warmly greeted and treated like royalty. Greg was very patient with me and made sure that I was completely happy with my investment and that I looked good with my choice. I recommend Burberry at Saks and SA Greg.

She was very courteous and informed me on what the different types of coats offered, helped me with sizing and gave us refreshments.Although I came in not planning to buy anything and also left without buying anything, Leslie made me fall in love with the brand and a coat. Hopefully I will be back soon for that coat.

Lisa Dragan: Very quiet mall and store. Staff doesn't greet you but if you approach them they are friendly and willing to help. It's a bit annoying that the store is split in 2 seperate stores on either side of the mall from eachother. Men's Apperal and household/items on one side of the mall and women's on the other.
Nancy McAleer: The staff in the housewares, linens , and bedding area are absolutely wonderful, esp. Annie in the mattress department. They are helpful, friendly, and have a sense of humor, even after working with some very difficult people. They keep us going back for the good prices and their excellent service.
Ryan Huggins: I'll be the first to say that I am not someone who buys clothes in-person. Like, ever. So going here in person was an experience I was not prepared for, and I'm not sure if this lack of knowledge just made a good experience bad or if the store is just confusing in general.There was an impressive selection of products, from various brands. Lots of different budget options, too. But the clothes are all over the place, and I found it difficult to find exactly what I was looking for. Sure, brands were labeled, but to see exactly what products are, you need to walk right up to them to properly identify them (again, I'm not suited to this environment, so if this is not an actual problem that people have, then ignore me, please). The clothes blended into each other, making it difficult to determine if what I'm seeing in the distance is a sweater that I'm looking for or if it's just a cardigan or a long-sleeved shirt.The selection was big, but at least for me, it was difficult to find what I was looking for, so it just gets an "okay" from me.
elayne manciero: I went to pick up an order at the Lakeside store. Marianne waited on me. She was very friendly. I didn't realize when you order an item from the bedding department you have to go to the men's store. When I got to the men's store Marianne had call to let them I was picking up my item. They had it ready for me. They told me Marianne called them so my order would be ready. Thank you to Marianne for the great service!
Shirley Henry: I am disappointed at the APR of 30.99. I have a charge card and I think Macys will lose several customers due to the high APR percentage being charged on credit card customers. I also don't appreciate being charged $2.00 if not using my card within a month or so.

I was specifically told by the salesman that absolutely nothing would get denied, and when I filed a claim due to my kids staining the couch it was denied. No one came out to even look at it. This was just simply via an online claim. SCAM. This company will be out of business before we know it. Already filed with the BBB as well.
Dona Xo: I went to Macys on May 4th 2023 around 11:30-12pm I stopped by the sunglasses area to purchase some, the lady (long black hair, looks mid 40s, middle eastern I believe Chaldean) was very rude! I asked if they had anything around 50-60$ because online they had few sunglasses for that price. She said “No we only have designer here, and they start around 100$. Maybe you should try the GAS STATION OR WALMART OR MEIJERS “ I take that very offensive because I felt like I was looked down upon. Macys you need to reconsider your employees.

Local Tour Guide: This mall has many good stores. Macy's has a good selection for all members of the family. There are massage chairs available. Parking can be busy.

Every time it’s always closed how are people supposed to return something? 5:45pm isn’t even late. Apparently they told me they don’t have anyone and that the employees didn’t come in smh. Only this location has this problem

Turns out the manager left early and he is the only one with the key. Call ahead to make sure the manager didn't have higher priorities than his job that day before you head here.
Raynebeau Noir: This location is on point with selection on the items I need. The only thing I hate is their card readers are trash. Self-check usually works, but it's a pain. You all need to fix that. I had a person try to ring me up on two different registers and say my card was declined. However, I had no problem on self- check. Btw, my bank account was NOT the problem. Never a balance issue.

Finding a register is a pain, and the displays are jumbled to the point that you can easily be mistaken about what you're intending to buy as what you grab may not be what the display says.From this point forward, I'll only use this store for processing Amazon returns.

Smuggler’s Cargo Toys and Collectibles: It would really be nice to go in there and have the Amazon return being the same location. It was the month prior. In the past year the Amazon returns section has moved four times. And the kicker is that it’s never even near where the previous location was. I don’t know if someone there thinks it’s funny to mess with customers like that but parking on one side of the building because that’s where you think the Amazon returns are and then it’s all the way in the opposite corner isn’t funny one bit. Perhaps even maybe put some signs up clearly indicating in what direction it is when you come in to either entrance???

Usually I use this store for drive up orders and 9 out of 10 times they are already outside waiting for me when I get there! They are friendly, efficient and so kind! I also want to commend whoever opened the store on December 23rd. I am a known procrastinator and was out at 7am shopping, target being my first stop. Every single employee that saw me said hello, had a smile on their face and wished me a happy holiday. To show up in a snow storm, still happy and helpful made my whole morning!
