Ryan Huggins: I'll be the first to say that I am not someone who buys clothes in-person. Like, ever. So going here in person was an experience I was not prepared for, and I'm not sure if this lack of knowledge just made a good experience bad or if the store is just confusing in general.There was an impressive selection of products, from various brands. Lots of different budget options, too. But the clothes are all over the place, and I found it difficult to find exactly what I was looking for. Sure, brands were labeled, but to see exactly what products are, you need to walk right up to them to properly identify them (again, I'm not suited to this environment, so if this is not an actual problem that people have, then ignore me, please). The clothes blended into each other, making it difficult to determine if what I'm seeing in the distance is a sweater that I'm looking for or if it's just a cardigan or a long-sleeved shirt.The selection was big, but at least for me, it was difficult to find what I was looking for, so it just gets an "okay" from me.

elayne manciero: I went to pick up an order at the Lakeside store. Marianne waited on me. She was very friendly. I didn't realize when you order an item from the bedding department you have to go to the men's store. When I got to the men's store Marianne had call to let them I was picking up my item. They had it ready for me. They told me Marianne called them so my order would be ready. Thank you to Marianne for the great service!

Shirley Henry: I am disappointed at the APR of 30.99. I have a charge card and I think Macys will lose several customers due to the high APR percentage being charged on credit card customers. I also don't appreciate being charged $2.00 if not using my card within a month or so.

I was specifically told by the salesman that absolutely nothing would get denied, and when I filed a claim due to my kids staining the couch it was denied. No one came out to even look at it. This was just simply via an online claim. SCAM. This company will be out of business before we know it. Already filed with the BBB as well.

Dona Xo: I went to Macys on May 4th 2023 around 11:30-12pm I stopped by the sunglasses area to purchase some, the lady (long black hair, looks mid 40s, middle eastern I believe Chaldean) was very rude! I asked if they had anything around 50-60$ because online they had few sunglasses for that price. She said “No we only have designer here, and they start around 100$. Maybe you should try the GAS STATION OR WALMART OR MEIJERS “ I take that very offensive because I felt like I was looked down upon. Macys you need to reconsider your employees.

Local Tour Guide: This mall has many good stores. Macy's has a good selection for all members of the family. There are massage chairs available. Parking can be busy.

IVELISSE ROLON: Horrible shipping time and packaging was extremely sloppy. No plastic bag and the item was thrown wrinkled up into the shopping envelope. It was a Christmas present and it looks like chewed gum upon arrival. Extremely disappointed. Don't buy from any website if it's from Trevco!

Michael Tustin: I ordered thru Amazon a plate for the front of my car that was to show an image of the state of West Virginia with the word "Home" across it, silver in color with black lettering. Instead i received a plate with Oklahoma on it and in blue. Ugh! 🙄

Joseph D. Fleming III, MPA: I ordered a shirt from the business and the tracking number that I received doesn’t work on the Shop app or the official DHL e-commerce website. The only updates that I’m getting are coming from the company and I expected that it was a scam. The package allegedly arrived at a facility about 3 hours away from me, however the delivery date has been delayed to 4 more days.Update: The package arrived on time without delay and the shirt was of good quality. However the tracking system could be improved.

First tj lied to me and said I was doing a good job and had me training other people and doing my job plus other peoples .. he then start cutting my hours once I started complaining about getting compensated for my hard work ethic and consistency. And was suppose to give me a raise after I worked my 90 days and that never happend either. Not only did he not give me the raise he let me go a little before Christmas and didn’t tell me the reason for letting me go

Sheldona Camel-Pittman: I was let go from Trevco without reason on my birthday on dec 4 by a man name Ben! I was told that I was doing a great job printing and shipping and the last conversation that I had with him was about picking up extra hours. At the end of my shift which was 6:00am dec 4 I walked out the door and proceeded to my car and was stop by Ben and he ask if we could talk and I said sure what’s going on and that’s when he said Trevco ended my assignment and I am no longer working for the company and I asked why and he would t tell me. How unprofessional I never was written up or given a warning what goes around comes around evil people will not prosper!

Hillbilly Reaper: This will be my first and last purchase with this company. I ordered a Halloween II fleece throw for almost $30 and got a small, damaged Jurassic Park one. Now I have to use my ink, printer, time and gas to return this item to my local Walmart to get my money back. I don’t want this item. Of course the item I was supposed to receive is out of stock.

Ashley Arn: My significant other used to work here in late 2020. He bought merchandise from them, the money was taken out of his check & he paid some in cash. He never got a PO#, a receipt, an invoice or anything of the sort. Almost $200 down the drain because the boss (won’t say a name but it’s only 2 letters) clearly doesn’t care about his employees spending their money at the same company they work for and make money for. The “boss” says he sent it to him via 3rd party company, okay where’s the tracking number then because he NEVER got our merchandise. People work hard and they should get what they paid for. Can’t believe a big corp company like this would stiff somebody for a little less than $200. Take your business else where because the least to say, this place is a j o k e.

C 1983: TJ is the supervisor and he is a very big dishonest Lying heathen. Recently he let me go and did not tell me why. He would always tell me I was doing a good job and when I went and told someone about how Banna snatched order form out my hand then I got released for telling on someone. Robyn Baker: This business is not reliable, professional nor honest. The item I ordered was never sent though they claim it was. After 20 days and no response from Trevco to an email I sent I requested Walmart.com refund my money. I would not recommend the services of this company.
