S. G.: Macomb County seems to be THE ONLY county in the ENTIRE state of Michigan who does not do autism evaluations. Instead, I spent 45 minutes on the phone through their "access" line, answering a bunch of questions only to find out that they were absolutely irrelevant considering the service I needed for my son, they don't provide! So why waste my time?! I was referred to Easter Seals, which ended up being a joke in iteself. With my other two children, obtaining their autism diagnoses was painless and easy IN MONROE COUNTY. Here? Good luck getting ANY useful help!!!

beth womenhater town: can not wait. these people constantly ridicule women. non stop rage and hate. workers are lazy do not do their job. also do not do their job. workers sit and do nothing while women are attacked by crazy school workers. workers force women to set up appointment during day time work hours so that they have to miss work. I lost at least 5 jobs thanks to miss jk she is a nasty rude person who insults women. has a husband to support her. just stay home chick.

Faith was very thorough in explaining the process and how the injections work to lessen hair loss. I had my first treatment, to my surprise it was simple, fast and pain free. I will definitely be returning for further treatments.

I quickly brought myself and my daughter here and we were there less than an hour, both of us seen and everyone there to help should my baby start to fuss. Keyera Lee: Sterling Medical was not receptive to what I was asking for. They debated with me on certain test. Two women doctors came into the room asked me a couple of questions and told me to take ibuprofen and sent me home. I scheduled an appointment for my primary obgyn and they figured out the problem and found a solution. If you want inaccurate information and don’t want to be listened to go to Sterling Medical. The two women at the front desk were nice though. That’s the only reason why I gave one star.Edit to the response from owner: Your doctors did not advise me to schedule or follow up with my primary care physician or obgyn, and if I would have taken your Doctors medical advise which was to take ibuprofen my condition would have worsen. If you think that the advise that was given to me from your doctors was great then you need to rethink and rehire new doctors that examine patients and have empathy. Thank you.

Karen Osbron: My daughter went in for a Covid test two days before she had to have surgery and because it was a weekend she was charged $50 and then another hundred dollars apparently to see a doctor that she never saw. I have called several times and nobody will return my phone call. And I’m editing my review. If I could put zero, I would talk to staff members. Absolutely rude. Cut you off when you’re talking to them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Luis Landois: One year later asked for a COVID test bill that was already covered by my insurance, they recognize the billing error in person but still billing due a to an error in their system. Terrible, waste of time due their poor billing system. Be carefully with charges from this clinic!

Please update your website to reflect that you are not really open until 10pm, very misleading, so parents don’t drive 30 mins to be turned away with their sick child. Unacceptable.

It’s very nasty inside they don’t even clean the place I went like 2 months before and I went back today it’s still dirty how it was. I did a rapid test at home and I waited 3 hours just to do a rapid test first then view minutes later another women came in and goes you need to do a PCR test bc that’s what the doctor said. He just need money to do business and he can’t even clean his own place. Like he needs to do a better job. He doesn’t even care about his patients. He lies too much.
