I have called several times and nobody will return my phone call. And I’m editing my review. If I could put zero, I would talk to staff members. Absolutely rude. Cut you off when you’re talking to them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Luis Landois: One year later asked for a COVID test bill that was already covered by my insurance, they recognize the billing error in person but still billing due a to an error in their system. Terrible, waste of time due their poor billing system. Be carefully with charges from this clinic!

Vida Brocious: I hate to leave such a negative review because the front desk staff, doctors, etc they were all nice/good but my nurse who’s name is Darlene was possibly the most horrendous nurse/person I have ever met and definitely in this facility (which I have been to over 15+ times between 2017 to now). I came in with an anxiety attack and she was instantly rude and acting like she was in a hurry. However she absolutely crossed the line when she asked me to remove my arm completely out of my sweatshirt to take my blood pressure- this was completely unnecessary and a complete violation of my body/privacy since I was not wearing a bra at the time; while I was never completely exposed this did not need to be done. There was NO REASON at all and she snapped at me when I tried to question why she was doing it this way. Cherry on top was when she asked for a urine sample (which my doctor said ultimately wasn’t even needed) and I explained I had been puking all morning from the anxiety and was in need of some water. She actually had the audacity to snap “I’m not getting you any water” very rudely. I later had another nurse come into the room; he instantly gave me water when asked and when he rechecked my vitals, he checked my blood pressure the normal way it’s been taken every other time in my life. This facility is truthfully no longer in the area I live in; I was making the drive because I had liked the doctors and staff prior but this nurse is absolutely out of control & the reason I will be finding a new urgent care next time instead of risking dealing with her again.

Heather Malicco: I went to the ER last night I was in horrible pain to were I was crying and couldn't really move because I fell and hurt my back(mind you I had 2 back surgery already) and the ER doctor I had was very bad, he was so rude his behavior is so dirty and he was very unprofessional. I asked the nurse If that's all he was giving me for pain and he got so mad because I asked for pain medicine to help ease the pain and he said all I'm giving you is a lidocaine patch and you can take some Tylenol I said so what if I herniated my disc again he told me so what if you did you can follow up with your PCP then proceed to tell me I can wait in the waiting room so I told him well if I messed my back up and need another surgery and you failed to help me because that's what doctors are suppose to do help people when they are in pain,hurt or sick I will sue you then he proceeded to tell me go right ahead I don't care you can try and they gave me no discharge papers or anything the worst hospital I have ever been to ever. But I can at least say the nurses were very respectful and nice to me..but I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever go to this hospital if you hurt yourself, sick or in horrible pain because you will get treated like you are nothing and get talked to like your nothing and get kicked out because you asked for something for pain..

Went there and got in fast, had a ekg and I was fine, turns out it was just anxiety...BUT So last year my mom is turning yellow and having stomach pain. Doc saidUTI but she had so much glucose in her system they couldn't test. Turned out a week later she went to another doctor and that day she found she had cholangiocarcinoma....cancer!!!! NOT a UTI....if the urine couldn't detect it, other test should have been done, she died 6 months later in dec 2019...FF to Feb, I go there for severe stomach pain, I am told I have gastritis, no test done at all, I have gallstones and e one that is 13.5mm!!!!....I get your busy docs but people come there for care, not just because they want you to run their insurance...

They are fantastic.I went for a routine visit with my Dr. and was greeted by a waiting room full of sick children and adults. They were coughing and sneezing. The little ones without makes were coughing and screaming and without masks.It is now the Thursday before Christmas and I am sick.Thank you Henry Ford for allowing me to be sick for Christmas. Your cost cutting measures suck.I would have thought that you would know better than to mix the acutely I'll with the chronically ill.

Put me in a room closed the curtain 40 minutes go by another nurse come ask me the same question. She said she was going to get doctor, here it is 4am still haven’t seen a doctor, so I left in pain still, I been with Henry Ford for a long time. But experience, makes me want to leave them all around 🤦🏾‍♀️👎🏾No care, No help❗️I pray that they will get some doctors, that care enough about the patient that come in that place. This leaves sick patients sitting with well patients in a crowded waiting room without any separation. Kids and adults are coughing everywhere. Priya A: I had gone to this ER several times only to be walked out with no answers, I don’t know if it has anything to do with racism but we never get proper treatment in there my husband been to this Er so many times too for headaches and throat discomfort and he’s been dealing with headaches for months now every time he goes in there they give him a painkiller and does a covid test and that’s it, you guys need to treat your patients better and get to the bottom of why their experiencing this for so long this is the worst hospital ever, I went about 2 weeks ago again for a severe headache and hard time breathing I waited 2 hours then I left and ended up in Beaumont.

Keyera Lee: Sterling Medical was not receptive to what I was asking for. They debated with me on certain test. Two women doctors came into the room asked me a couple of questions and told me to take ibuprofen and sent me home. I scheduled an appointment for my primary obgyn and they figured out the problem and found a solution. If you want inaccurate information and don’t want to be listened to go to Sterling Medical. The two women at the front desk were nice though. That’s the only reason why I gave one star.Edit to the response from owner: Your doctors did not advise me to schedule or follow up with my primary care physician or obgyn, and if I would have taken your Doctors medical advise which was to take ibuprofen my condition would have worsen. If you think that the advise that was given to me from your doctors was great then you need to rethink and rehire new doctors that examine patients and have empathy. Thank you.

Mary Shenouda: I went there to rule out if I have covid or what is going on as I was not feeling well for some days and home covid tests kept saying negative but I wanted to double check. I got tested for strep A, covid and flu and they came back all negatives. The nurse did not want to send in the covid for PCR as this was a rapid only. Shw flet it wont chabge the treatment plan. She did send the strep A for culture. Overall, I was not mad or happy. I felt they tried. However, after getting the bill from the insurance, my feelings changed into frustration. The front office girl had me pay 20 as copay before being seen and convinced me that it should be good and my insurance is a good one and it should not be anything else. Now, I get a bill for $193!!!! I mean what about the $20 that I already paid!?? What does it count towards!?

Spectacular Insanity: This place is awful I feel like I'm in a third world clinic in here. We spent over an hour in the lobby waiting with no information there was no people walking in or out just sitting in a lobby on dirty chairs that looked like they came out of a dumpster.It does not get better when you go to the back room it get far worse from there. The scale is an old school scale that is off by quite a bit. The rooms and halls all look dirty and uncleaned. The room they set us into the chairs are torn with tape.cobering them the floor looks like someone threw up on it and it was just left there. The ground is muddy and dirty the counters covered in dust. This place is disgusting. I feel like I have to go to a Dr. After this to make sure I didn't catch anything.Honestly with all the other urgent cars around to there this place is unsanitary the staff leaves much to be desired and the Dr...well I think he sleeps after after every patent he sees. There is no warning about what they are going to do they just act.If your in a room and something happens may the gods help you as the door seems to stick and will not open or close properly.Also there is alot of dirt and mud on the floor.I wish there was something positive to say but no I have nothing just avoid this place.

Listened and answered all of my questions. There were people ahead of me, I knew there would be a bit of a wait time. There was only one Dr. Working that evening. My husband and I used to go to HF walk in clinic on 15 Mile for our frequent winter respiratory infections but after a few 'not so great' trips there, including a pretty serious misdiagnosis and lots of long waits, we decided it was time for a change and I AM SO GLAD WE DID! The entire staff at Maplecrest was friendly and knowledgeable. The wait was not very long. We called ahead to make an appointment so they said they would not run it as urgent care (as does Henry Ford Walk In clinic, so our co-payment wouldn't be as high). The Dr that was working was really awesome. He had great 'bedside' manner, correctly diagnosed our problem and prescribed medicine that worked. We walked across the hall to the attached pharmacy and our medicine was ready in a matter of minutes. My husband has been back one time since then and got the same quick and efficient treatment. I am so glad we found Maplecrest! They really know there field, are super nice and most importantly, quick!

Emily did so well with him and we while we hope we never need to, we would gladly come back to her. The whole team was great and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and ease our anxiety.
