George: My nephew was feeling under the weather. We went in less than an hour before they closed. They were incredibly patient and very kind. Emily did so well with him and we while we hope we never need to, we would gladly come back to her. The whole team was great and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and ease our anxiety.

Layla Meis: This place is honestly a joke. i got a test taken here to which they never called me with my results, i called back a week later the girl said they didn’t have the results yet and she’d call back when they did. once again they never called me back with my results and now i’m getting charged $40 by beaumont because they sent it to beaumont. honestly it’s ridiculous cause now i have to pay for a test i didn’t even get the results for.
Dre Kusarii: Took me in very quick. Nice staff. The doctor was awesome, very professional, caring and knows what he's doing. In and out less than an hour.

Karen Osbron: My daughter went in for a Covid test two days before she had to have surgery and because it was a weekend she was charged $50 and then another hundred dollars apparently to see a doctor that she never saw. I have called several times and nobody will return my phone call. And I’m editing my review. If I could put zero, I would talk to staff members. Absolutely rude. Cut you off when you’re talking to them. Absolutely ridiculous.
Luis Landois: One year later asked for a COVID test bill that was already covered by my insurance, they recognize the billing error in person but still billing due a to an error in their system. Terrible, waste of time due their poor billing system. Be carefully with charges from this clinic!
SAM: The worst receptionists, if they lack respect that's their problem; they should show respect to the patients. I will absolutely write a complaint, and I will never return to this place and don't recommend it to anyone.

Angela Slone: I arrived at 930pm with my 2 year old who has a 103 degree temperature and was turned away, told they stopped accepting patients for the day. Please update your website to reflect that you are not really open until 10pm, very misleading, so parents don’t drive 30 mins to be turned away with their sick child. Unacceptable.
tariq Ahmed: The employees are super slow I was setting in my car with my family waiting for 5 hours in line to do the Covid test 😳I will never recommend this place to anyone else in my family and my friends. It’s very nasty inside they don’t even clean the place I went like 2 months before and I went back today it’s still dirty how it was. I did a rapid test at home and I waited 3 hours just to do a rapid test first then view minutes later another women came in and goes you need to do a PCR test bc that’s what the doctor said. He just need money to do business and he can’t even clean his own place. Like he needs to do a better job. He doesn’t even care about his patients. He lies too much.

Tia Nelson: FernCare is an amazing place. I came in for my first appointment last week a bit irritated and mad at myself because I had overslept and was now late for my appointment. Not only did they still see me, but everyone was still so kind even though it was clear that I was having a difficult morning and wasn't the most pleasant person to be around at that moment. Debra Allison, NP was AMAZING! I didn't get the same half a$$ care one usually gets when they do not have health insurance and even though I was the last patient of the day, I never felt rushed. They also have an onsite lab and pharmacy, so you don't have to worry about how you will pay for labs or medications. I would recommend FernCare to anyone that doesn't have health insurance before they try anything else!
Connor Hyde: Wonderful group of providers and medical staff who care deeply about the patients they see. They are committed to connecting patients to medical resources while patients are temporarily out of health insurance. Would recommend to anyone who is in this position!

FernCare does labs, maintenance medications, insurance counseling and more. I would highly recommend anyone without insurance to check this place out. You'll find a welcoming atmosphere and compassionate providers.
Jam Dosi: Great clinic for those with little or no money! I appreciated the concern of the doctor for my well-being and his attentiveness to what I said. I was a bit annoyed that I had to call to get my blood test documents. I'm really considered that drs nowadays are not using the right guidelines though as no one can figure out what's wrong with me still even after four months.

They not only helped me when I was in so much pain from an abscess I had put off treating for too long, they made me feel at easy and comfortable in a dentist office for the first time ever in my life.Now, months later, my dental habits are almost OCD religious. I wish I would have always been this vigilant with my health but I am doing much better. And I was told my gums and teeth look so much healthier. But that isn't all!!! My healthy dental routine didn't just change for me, my dog also loves brushing her teeth with me after every meal. I got a dog toothbrush and toothpaste and it's now habit for her too.Thank you for not only saving my dental health but my dogs as well.Truly THANK YOU!!!

suzanne schueler: Went there for 15+ years. New owners & doctors. No real connection with patients. Do not put patients needs first more concerned with what they can bill insurance for. Pushing their own pharmacy, tests I am not scheduled for yet, adding medications before they receive my bloodwork back, total lack of listening to patient or explanation of what they are doing. Marlene Beck: I came to Sterling Medical Center with concerns of hair loss. Provider Faith recommended PRP injections. Faith was very thorough in explaining the process and how the injections work to lessen hair loss. I had my first treatment, to my surprise it was simple, fast and pain free. I will definitely be returning for further treatments.

Keyera Lee: Sterling Medical was not receptive to what I was asking for. They debated with me on certain test. Two women doctors came into the room asked me a couple of questions and told me to take ibuprofen and sent me home. I scheduled an appointment for my primary obgyn and they figured out the problem and found a solution. If you want inaccurate information and don’t want to be listened to go to Sterling Medical. The two women at the front desk were nice though. That’s the only reason why I gave one star.Edit to the response from owner: Your doctors did not advise me to schedule or follow up with my primary care physician or obgyn, and if I would have taken your Doctors medical advise which was to take ibuprofen my condition would have worsen. If you think that the advise that was given to me from your doctors was great then you need to rethink and rehire new doctors that examine patients and have empathy. Thank you.
