Layla Meis: This place is honestly a joke. i got a test taken here to which they never called me with my results, i called back a week later the girl said they didn’t have the results yet and she’d call back when they did. once again they never called me back with my results and now i’m getting charged $40 by beaumont because they sent it to beaumont. honestly it’s ridiculous cause now i have to pay for a test i didn’t even get the results for.

Karen Osbron: My daughter went in for a Covid test two days before she had to have surgery and because it was a weekend she was charged $50 and then another hundred dollars apparently to see a doctor that she never saw. I have called several times and nobody will return my phone call. And I’m editing my review. If I could put zero, I would talk to staff members. Absolutely rude. Cut you off when you’re talking to them. Absolutely ridiculous.
Luis Landois: One year later asked for a COVID test bill that was already covered by my insurance, they recognize the billing error in person but still billing due a to an error in their system. Terrible, waste of time due their poor billing system. Be carefully with charges from this clinic!

Please update your website to reflect that you are not really open until 10pm, very misleading, so parents don’t drive 30 mins to be turned away with their sick child. Unacceptable.

It’s very nasty inside they don’t even clean the place I went like 2 months before and I went back today it’s still dirty how it was. I did a rapid test at home and I waited 3 hours just to do a rapid test first then view minutes later another women came in and goes you need to do a PCR test bc that’s what the doctor said. He just need money to do business and he can’t even clean his own place. Like he needs to do a better job. He doesn’t even care about his patients. He lies too much.

Tonya Sisler: Came here because it's a MINUTE CLINIC. Why then am I waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment time with my nonverbal autistic daughter, after showing up 15 minutes early. There are few and far between places that we can get into the same day to be seen, if you can't handle the appointment times that you offer, OFFER LESS APPOINTMENT TIMES.
Ji Hoon Seon: I came in 15 minutes before my appointment and was seen right on time. Cathy Polito, the nurse practitioner, was knowledgeable, timely, and had the best bedside manner I've ever experienced in the medical field. I highly recommend coming into this clinic, and will recommend all my colleagues at Ford Motor Company to head this way.
Ariana Sierra: Got tested for COVID here with my brothers. They received their test results within 2 days, and I didn’t get mine for 10 days, only because the HEALTH DEPARTMENT contacted me before CVS did. I found out they incorrectly entered my birthdate at some point. The customer service hotline was pretty much useless in trying to find out where my results went. Just go to your health department if you can, DO NOT do anything with CVS.

Allergies and ear infections are such a nuisance but she treated me with the same respect as a very sick patient. She is currently training someone and I believe that young woman is very lucky. Bri M: They are taking 14 days to get your COVID test results back. They advertise "2-4 days, 6-10 days during peak times." My mom got tested after me, at Beaumont urgent care and got results in 4 days. They need to advertise that they take 14 days so people know not to bother.

Came in because I'm sick and need a note for work and they tell me to go-to the hospital to get fluids although I've been staying hydrated all day. Unfortunately their staff is lazy and useless so I would avoid this place at all costs.

Fred Vantiem: I had a very good experience at this MinuteClinic! Signed in on a Keyosk 3 minutes. Waited 8 minutes for the nurse to call my name. The registered nurse gave me a very detailed interview about my current medical history and was very learned in her responses to all my medical questions as well. She checked all my vitals (Bp, o2, temp, pulse, eyes, ears, nose, throat and listened to lung function. Accurately assessed my problem and prescribed meds. I walked out of the private exam room and over to the drug dispensing area, waited 5 minutes for them to be ready and left. This is a one stop shop. Total time spent at this CVS Minuteclinic was 35 minutes.

STOPTHEMADNESS PEOPLE: People complain about free free free and many are capable of working. They complain cz they don't answer the phone and other complaints too maybe you should apply here instead of complaining. In the late 70s I had 2 babies I took a bus to school And got a decent payin job it was a 9 month school program I eventually got a job for the government working at the IRS I took a bus to work eventually my coworker said I can give u a ride. People are plain pathetic these days

Vicki Mach: I took my Mom to get her first COVID vaccination yesterday at the Health Department. My 87 year old Mother is compromised due to COPD and retaining Carbon Dioxide. Wearing a mask for any long period of time is impossible. The staff there understood the problem and made special arrangements to accommodate her and move her through the process quickly. Diane DeNardi: Candice is professional, knowledgeable, caring and efficient! She couldn’t have taken better care of me on 5/13/23. She throughly addressed my symptoms, prescribed appropriate medication and even went out into CVS to point out 3 more over the counter products that would help me. Michele Chirikas-Miller: Care was great. HOWEVER, billing is a mess. Can't seem to get it right and refuses to bill insurance correctly. Submitted two claims. One was received by insurance and paid. Can't seem to get them to submit the second. Such a pain. Will never go to this place or any minute clinic again specifically because of this!
Ruby Bell: Went in today because I was feeling very ill and needed a doctors note asap for my missed days of work. I was seen by Tressa Wesserling, LPN and Candice McClain, NP and they were some of the most caring and considerate healthcare workers I have encountered. They helped me figure out my issues I was having with my insurance, got me the doctors notes I needed, and most importantly they listened to me and validated what I was going through. Too often I’m anxious to go to the doctors in fear of not being taken seriously as it has happened many times in the past. These two were so amazing and you can tell they really care about their patients and their work. I would recommend anyone going to this Minute Clinic. Making an appointment and checking into the facility was also seamless and easy and I didn’t have to wait long at all.
Elise DuLong: Candice took such great care of me, so very patient with my long list of complaints. Then got me the scripts I needed sent right over to the window by the time I got over there Alan had already bagged it up and handed it to me right away. Has to be the fastest doctor's office visit experience of my life. I can't say enough good things about it. This was my first time trying the minute clinic but I will definitely be doing it again in the future. I hope Candice gets to see this, I told her I would write her a glowing review 😊
Neila: I scheduled an appointment for a COVID PCR test on March 12th. When I pulled up 30 minutes early people started getting out of there car and standing in line although the sign says to wait in your call to be called. The technician allowed five white people to get there test who were in line. When I got out of my car to stand in line other people started getting out of there car. Although I was next in line and it was past my appointment time since the white people behind me were yelling and fussing the technician decided to start calling names, which meant that I stood out in the cold like everyone else but was denied the test. Racism in Fraser, MI.
Jeanette Wasick: The young lady who took care of me was excellent, as good, if not better than my PCP office. Came in Sunday afternoon with a UTI, very thorough with everything. Prescribed me antibiotics and on my way. Definitely will not hesitate to see her again, she was excellent. 🙂

Lawrence Powell: Went in due to an upper respiratory issue for over a month. Nurse Practitioner Candace was very thorough. She sent a script to my pharmacy, and they didn’t have it in stock. My pharmacy called her to see if there was a substitute. She then called me to make a recommendation and then at my request resent the script to a different pharmacy. Very happy with the experience.

Emanuel Neculai: Went there with a bit of a lung infection and after 5 minutes of assessment was refereed to an emergency room. When I asked if I need to pay for my visit (not having insurance) I was told that there was gonna be no charge.... As per their payment policy at the time of the visit you have to pay, and I even asked if I needed to pay and I was told NO! I had my card in my hand ready to pay for the 5 minutes. After 2 weeks I just received a bill for $99 for five minutes of being told to go to the ER. I may have an accent and I may be a first generation emigrant but I know thieves when I see them. I will pay you "your" money but I will NEVER EVER make the mistake of using your "service" again. And I will make sure everyone knows about it too!

M Berisha: This was my first a last time ever going to this place. I had an appointment an was told I needed some paperwork which I was not informed before my appointment. I was followed by a rude woman that felt like she was being bothered. Than followed by the Doctor that was even more rude. Wasted my time!!! Maybe they should hire better staff!
Sarah Campbell: I was treated by NP Dominique Rommel-Neumann. If I could make her my general physician I absolutely would. She was kind, informative and really took her time listening to me and asking questions. It was easy to see she really cares about her job and each individual she treats. CVS is lucky to have her working there.

Dmomof2: There are a lot of places to receive medical care in Macomb-THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! Total misrepresentation of medical care! Both elderly parents visited with covid within days of each other-father (92yrs) tested positive first and was given Paxlovid. Mother (81yrs) sick 24hrs later and went to clinic, saw "Doctor" who gave her Lagevrio for no explainable reason other than $$! Lagevrio has a 30% efficacy compared with Paxlovid's 89% and is NOT rec for patients over 65yrs. Clearly the pharmacy interest is in Medicaid reimbursement for a drug they cannot get rid of! Patients Doctor told her to throw the useless and dangerous drug away and called in prescription for Paxlovid. Beware this "clinic" that purports patient care with an obvious self interest and questionable medical professionals...forgot to mention the lady at the pharmacy counter who refused to check in these elderly, ESL patients and was most annoyed they did not know how to use computer/kiosk. Lesson learned, NEVER AGAIN.
Cathleen Alexander: Dr. Dominique treated me and was the most caring, knowledgeable, kind, and thorough practitioner I have ever treated with. My wait time was zero minutes and then my medications were ready at the pharmacy within minutes...The pharmacy team was also friendly and efficient! My “Dr. Google” self-diagnosing days are over, lol 🙂

Kim White: The website would not let you make a appointment until 930. However you could walk in at 830 I got here early 815. First one here When the clinic guy got her he took another lady before me. He said she made a appt a month ago. Website will not let you make a appt that far in advance. Here it is 853 and have not been seen yet. Poor service. My time is important too. I am very discouraged about this process and will not be back

Danielle Woody: Worst experience of any doctor, hospital, etc. I checked in (not knowing there was online check in) waited a few minutes while she took a patient. I went to kroger next door for 30 minutes to kill time because there was someone else ahead of me. Got back and the pysician had no one, came out and said she had 2 patients before me. I waited another 30 minutes patiently while I watchedanother person check in and she took them aand left me sitting. After an hour and a half of waiting and being told there were patients ahead of me while she had no one in the room I went to the Fraser location and was seen in 20 minutes.
Kathy Bigs: Can't believe what a waste of time that was!It's the 4th of July weekend, I get it! You want to go home and celebrate with your family. I arrived at the CVS minute clinic at 4:30 and another gentleman had just checked in ahead of me. We both sat there waiting for about 10 minutes before I got up and got the practitioners attention. He had no idea people were waiting. He then called the first patient in the room and serviced him while I waited about 45 minutes in the lobby. When he finally got to me he asked what brought me in and I explained that I had a sore throat and was wondering if it might be strep. He then said he couldn't see me because they were now closed. I was dumfounded! seriously!!? he stated that he couldn't control how long his last patient was going to take but that he was now closed and couldn't treat me. like I said, I get it! its the 4th of July, I had places to go as well but that was poor customer service!
Ambrosia: Horrible service the physician working took her lunch break way earlier than she was supposed to my mother in law has a bad eye infection and was in so much pain. the Shelby township location is way better we were in and out fast!!
Barbara: BIG WASTE OF TIME !!!!! Waited for 45 minutes. When Cassandra called me in the room, I explained my symptoms. I told her it was probably a sinus infection, since I am prone to them.After a brief exam, she informed me there was nothing wrong and sent me on my way. After 3 miserable days, I went to a real doctor and was told I have a sinus and ear infection.
Deborah McLeod: Got there at 5:12 pm. No one in line. Signed in. No one showed up. Went to pharmacy. They said the don't take anymore people after 5:15 so they can close at 5:30. Umm it's now 5:15 and no one is there except me. Nope. Sent me away. Nice business plan and nice execution. What a joke.
Dave Jarrett: Super fast and accurate service however the staff is not super friendly. It's a great place to go for a fast check up however don't expect a warm welcome.
