mar: Ordered food, paid, yet never got the food. Horrible service, didn’t answer any of my calls. My son is sick and needed soup now I have to leave him alone at home to go get the ingredients to make him soup. Worst place, don’t eat here.

Nick Hines: As a couple other reviewers have mentioned, I am unfortunately giving up on this location due to the unacceptable frequency of incorrect orders. Three times now in the past couple months my fairly simple order of two bagels and a side of cream cheese has either been missing items or has contained the wrong items altogether. Basic order fulfillment should not be this difficult.
Angel Love: This goes to all Panera bread. Why stop serving breakfast at 10:30AM? Do they not put in consideration that some people work late and sleep in till 11:30AM? Or 12:00PM?They should stop it at NOON. Not 10:30…!

Lovey Jones: Come in every single day to get me an oatmeal and banna and my charged lemonade. The friendly guy in the morning takes my order suggest good options and make me feel comfortable. The people greet me with a smile and I absolutely blove the atmosphere. The people making the food are also delightful and I just can't thank them enough with my social anxiety I forget and have so many questions and they ease my mind . Even when they forgotten my petite cookies they realized and remembered that I didn't cause they ruined my order than fixed it . Kaptain202: Perpetual slow service due to under staffing. Tonight, sat in line as one of two customers waiting at the drive thru. Told to wait while the only employee worked on the other customers order. Finally, after 10 minutes, was asked about my order. Asked for some shakes. Told there wasn't any ice cream. Aside from the lack of ice cream, the ridiculousness of being told to wait. Proper customer service would have informed me of the lack of ice cream prior to the wait. Worst Sonic location in the area.

Hutson: Edit : today's visit December 2022 ordered a county dog combo with cheese the cheese wasn't even cheddar it was like mozzarella the chili wasn't good and the hot dog looked and tasted like it happened sitting for a while I tried to get the broccoli cheddar tots with my meal but they told me that that could not be done so I had to order them separately My fries for my meal the bag wasn't even full they handed me the bag upright which meant the chili and cheese had ran to the bottom of the box for the hot dog all of which was not already stuck to the foil rapper very disappointing.Of course the cherry limeade is delicious. I ordered the pretzel twist which was warm and very soft however something didn't taste very good about the cheese I don't know if it's because it's their signature cheese sauce or what but it had a very off-putting aftertaste

Valencia Hughes: I really felt for them! Nobody wants to work anymore. I must say that the food was hot and fresh....I had a Burger and Fries, the Burger was nice and hot... too much salt on the fries and a Long Island, but I didn't complain. My friend had the Oriental Salad and a Modelo. They only had 3 waitresses/waiter. But they got people seated, and the wait wasn't long. So, Kuddles to them. The young lady we had was really nice.

MICHAEL MACIEJEWSKI: It's always a great place to go to get a meal. The waitress was nice enough we sat there. I was with a friend and we sat there and was able to split a rib and a French fries. The waitress was cool about exciting. We had a gift card for $25 that's all. I had to spend and the waitress was really cool about it and my whole meal was $25 including tip so if I get any more gift cards. I'll definitely be going back there. And I was like to eat the food there. I would love to have gotten a Blondie but I couldn't afford it and I would love to have gotten the muko mud slide but. Unfortunately. I can't drink any alcohol right now because of the medical condition. A life threatening medical condition
