Told to wait while the only employee worked on the other customers order. Finally, after 10 minutes, was asked about my order. Asked for some shakes. Told there wasn't any ice cream. Aside from the lack of ice cream, the ridiculousness of being told to wait. Proper customer service would have informed me of the lack of ice cream prior to the wait. James Kehoe: Updated because of bad experience. Ordered delivery via grubhub and restaurant cancelled order 5 minutes after scheduled delivery time (out of ordered item, did not say what item). Other restaurants have called me when out of an item and refunded just part or offered a substitution. The way they handled it was very poor customer service. They could have at least cancelled immediatly rather than after scheduled delivery time. Love the chicken thighs. Also the coorndogs are great even if they sound weird with thebsugar.

A Z: First time here and was an overall decent experience. The wings were crispy but the spicy sauce was nowhere as spicy as compared to other Korean chicken places like Bonchon, so if you like less spicy then you'll probably like it here, otherwise stick to somewhere else. They also ran out of the potato corndog which was what I was looking forward to the most, and I ended up getting just the normal cheese one instead. There was also a fly buzzing around the window, so that was kind of icky. The kimchi fries were okay, nothing special really. Kinda overpriced too...not sure if $40 was worth it for the 3 things I got.

The girl repeated my order twice at the speaker and got it right. Then I got to the window and the guy got my order wrong. K Osmond: I have been getting my orders from here through DoorDash for over a year because of the inability to drive because I broke my back. I order every 2 days the exact same iced decafs with the exact same flavor shots and flavor swirls (except when the actually post a new flavor). Sometimes you get an employee who nails it but often, either the milk isn’t in it or flavor shots but mainly they always don’t put in the flavor swirl! DoorDash can’t even call them because the number they list is disconnected to try to help me! I’m not using this location ever again! They have the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Are they just intentionally leaving out the flavor swirl to save costs for them? Well that just loses customers. When done right, Dunkin has the best coffee out there without added oils and chemicals. Just not this location and when you call yourself….they just don’t care and there’s never a manager around. Selena: I come here almost everyday because this subway is on my way home from work and never have a problem. I always have Polo or this other sweet guy I forgot his name but he said he was Romanian. Tonight however me and my sister come in after church, and two ladies come to help us one of them was helping me and the other one was helping my sister. My sister simply asked for the chicken to be heated and then the sandwich to be toasted. The worker repeated what my sister said and my sister repeated herself just to make sure there was an understanding. The worker than responded with rudely stating “that’s what I said” and started mumbling under her breath. I then told her we didn’t want her to make the sandwich and that we wanted the lady that was making mine to make hers. I honestly thought she was going to spit in it because she was so rude. Then she said NO NO ONE IS GOING TO MAKE ANYTHING FOR YOU. I was astounded. I asked to speak to the manager and she said SHE WAS THE MANAGER. I asked for her name and she didn’t give it to me. I asked for corporate and she didn’t give it to me. I was so confused as to how they could have someone so rude as their manager. It makes sense because every-time I come in everyone working seems so unhappy and complain about mistreatment.I don’t understand why this establishment gets rid of the good hardworking ones and keeps the lazy, rude ones. I’m very disheartened because I would come here all the time with no problem and now I will never come here again nor let anybody I know support this establishment as long as people like her are working there.

Austin Kosmatin: John, whose name tag says “sub” was extremely rude after I asked him to warm the meat before putting it on my sub. As he was about to cut it, he noticed something was wrong with the bread and said “I hate when that happens”. He then proceeded to wrap it and served it to me anyways so I thought it was fine. When I got home 20 minutes later I saw what he was talking about, the bread (toasted) was extremely wet and soggy, even leaking through the paper. We decided to split the one sub that was good before I drove back up there to have it remade. He then refused to remake it because it took me “almost an hour” to bring it back. $15 sub in the garbage plus my gas at $4.50 a gallon…

Candy Droplets: Is my first time at this portillo's and I'm happy that I went because the other portillo's that I've gone to has guitars all over the ceiling it's like matches the theme of the Rockstar and this portillo's looks like a factory like car factory it's very cool. The food was amazing in the people were very friendly and very helpful 10/10!!Parking: A lot of parking spot so don't worryWheelchair accessibility: Yes it has but the front door has a revolving door. You may have to go through the outside dinning area because that one has a normal door.

They took 15 mins to take our order despite just 2 cars being before us and then when it was out turn to pick up they made us stand for 20 mins while delivering food to the cars after us. Couldn't even pick it up without toppings falling all over me. Beside that I was given old thick broccoli and cheese soup. Did I mention it was also COLD! Aside from everything else I couldn't even enjoy a cold drink. The fresh made tea tasted like dawn dish soap! Not ever eating here again! TRAIN YOUR STAFF. Shane Morris: They didn't cook the food long enough didn't put on as much meat and shorted me a slice of cheese, was not fully cooked and then proceeded to rush me while I was the only person there. On top of that they didn't cut the sanwhich in half and when wrapping it didn't close the sandwich or seal the wrapper very dissatisfied with my visit.

Stephanie: Came here a few days ago after grocery shopping for a few subs. First things first. There was a new employee working (bless his heart) all by himself... didnt know where things were, didn't know what came in a kids meal, took about 25 minutes to make 2 footlongs and a kids sub. Didnt include milk or applesauce or the kids activity book for our kids meal... hardly put any meat on our subs and the bread was dry. I paid $23 for mediocre subs. Now, I understand this employee was new and it can take a while to learn everything at a new job, that is totally okay! What is not okay is that he was left alone to do this. What kind of poor management would allow a new employee to work on their own?

Car Go: Subway pride themselves on neatly, freshly made sandwiches, but the workers don't think so. I paid $7 for a sloppily made sandwich. Mayo was stick to the wrap and the cheese was placed on second to last. She was like: "What? You want cheese...?" I don't know anyone who orders a sandwich without it. When she was finish sliding my sandwich through the grime, it did not look tasty and took away my appetite. What bothers me more is the service. The people act like they don't want to work. I feel like I am at their house, asking them to fix me a sandwich. And when they get out that old bread, that's been sitting there forever, my inner thought is: I gotta stop eating at Subways. I have contact Subway Corp, however, they seem to give in to unprofessionalism.
