Kaptain202: Perpetual slow service due to under staffing. Tonight, sat in line as one of two customers waiting at the drive thru. Told to wait while the only employee worked on the other customers order. Finally, after 10 minutes, was asked about my order. Asked for some shakes. Told there wasn't any ice cream. Aside from the lack of ice cream, the ridiculousness of being told to wait. Proper customer service would have informed me of the lack of ice cream prior to the wait. Worst Sonic location in the area.

Hutson: Edit : today's visit December 2022 ordered a county dog combo with cheese the cheese wasn't even cheddar it was like mozzarella the chili wasn't good and the hot dog looked and tasted like it happened sitting for a while I tried to get the broccoli cheddar tots with my meal but they told me that that could not be done so I had to order them separately My fries for my meal the bag wasn't even full they handed me the bag upright which meant the chili and cheese had ran to the bottom of the box for the hot dog all of which was not already stuck to the foil rapper very disappointing.Of course the cherry limeade is delicious. I ordered the pretzel twist which was warm and very soft however something didn't taste very good about the cheese I don't know if it's because it's their signature cheese sauce or what but it had a very off-putting aftertaste

Missy Stables: I would give 0 stars if I could. They always give poor service and have an attitude about providing the survive! They ALWAYS forget items and this time I was served raw old looking chicken that was clearly microwaved in my chicken salad. DON'T recommend!!! I called multiple times to speak with a manager and they don't feel like answering the phones. Customer service is only open 8am-8pm Mon-Fri, and my issue was after 8pm in a Friday. So if you have a problem with the restaurant on the weekend you're out of luck!

When I went to the counter to get a refill the worker told me that their boss said no more free refills. The girl was rude (putting it mildly), she said she didn't give a sh¡t that i was waiting and that i should go home and cook.You have an employee who's barely literate, incredibly rude, has zero professionalism and is telling customers to go cook instead of buying from McDonald's. You may want to address that.

Jason Strong (Jay Strong): Everybody there should get fired! Every time I go there there’s a long wait. This last time I waited in drive thru for an half hr. I get up the the window a longer wait because the order was not ready and it took at least 10 mins to receive my order. I look through the window employees just standing around. I can honestly say the only person that was doing their job was the window lady. As I get home to eat the food I ordered I had to throw away the order because half of it looked like it wasn’t cooked and the other half had items on there I pacifically asked not to put on. Today, I watched a preparer grab a package from FedEx (which contains a lot of dirt) and go back to sprinkling shredded cheese on tortillas and wrapping burritos. When I asked for a refund (because she wrapped mine) she made it seem like she didnt touch the food that I seen her touch. She proceeded to say that they do not give refunds and that the food would be remade. She ended up making my items by herself which turned my stomach. Beware of this location.

I went here a few days ago and went inside to order my food and after standing next to the register for 4 a employee that looked like she was the manager yelled to me to use the Kios to witch I told her I can't I have problems with reading. She looked at me the just ignored me and acted like I wasn't there. This store doesn't care about there customers and don't care about the community that struggles with literacy. I will never go back and sure hope all of you find a different location to go to.
