mike recca: I Want everyone to no not to go to this location. I went here a few days ago and went inside to order my food and after standing next to the register for 4 a employee that looked like she was the manager yelled to me to use the Kios to witch I told her I can't I have problems with reading. She looked at me the just ignored me and acted like I wasn't there. This store doesn't care about there customers and don't care about the community that struggles with literacy. I will never go back and sure hope all of you find a different location to go to.

Jennifer Smith: Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes after the associate told me “one moment”. After 10 minutes I said hello since I wanted to make sure she didn’t forget about me. No answer. A car pulled up to the other speaker and his order was taken immediately. So I pulled up to the window and sat for an additional 20 minutes before I was helped. Jaffrey13: Update: April 10, 2023. Increased my "review" to two stars lol, due to the fact that the manager has his hands full with that crew...the "gold star" is for him and him alone. Even from the drive through, the employees I observed are simply uninterested in the task at hand. Let me guess, McDonald's pays these clowns $15 an hour.(?). Give that money to the manager doing ALL the work this evening. I wish I knew his name to give him a shout out; he deserved it! That is all. 😉It's a SIMPLE order. ONE beverage with extra ice. Ron Gray: Store hours for dining being open to be 7AM. Get there at 8AM, to find that the doors are locked.Let’s assume there was no drive through, how do you make money during your posted store hours? Some of us want to sit inside and possibly do administrative work sitting inside. Do better.

Acrylic- Or-Dye: This is our local McDonald's. No fast food place is ever perfect, but I do find that the order accuracy here is pretty good. Nothing is ever going to perfect all of the time, but this place is most of the time. They have a fairly regular staff, no weekly turnover like some places. Everybody here is usually nice. The line can definitely be long at times, breakfast and dinner times, but the workers do a good job of keeping everything moving. I would consider this place to be better the majority of McDonald's I go to.

The fries are always hot and fresh! Everyone there is consistently polite and they're all smiles! I've probably visited this McDonald's four times within the last two weeks. Twice for breakfast and twice for lunch. Neither time was I disappointed with my meal. This review is manly to give props to the team that works there. You all are doing an excellent job! I noticed my beverage was ready and a bag was sitting there.The young lady at the window was paying attention to something else in the area . Finally noticed I was there and gave me the bag that had been sitting there along with the beverage. Seems these young people don't want to work. They want to be paid the big money but not do anything for it. WAKE UP PEOPLE......

Michael Atherton: Went at 6:10 am through the drive thru. Very poor communication skills. No politeness at all. Bag was wide open as she placed it out the window. Got to work and the hash browns were very overcooked and was like a crunchy potato chip. It was gross. Wasted 4 dollars on 2 hash browns that some unhappy employee burnt to a crisp. If people hate their job, they should quit as opposed to making customers unhappy. Will never come back to this location.

Melissa Kimlinger Lawrence: I wasn't greeted when I came in. Took awhile to get my order. My drink wasn't filled up all the way, but I thought I'll just get a refill. When I went to the counter to get a refill the worker told me that their boss said no more free refills. I asked where the sign was that said that because I have never gone to a McDonald's that didn't have free refills. She told me it was her boss's policy. It's a little thing, but I'm pretty annoyed. I would've gone to the Wendy's nearby if I'd known! On road trip, I needed the caffeine! Employee refused to tell me her name, then said she was Brittany.

L -: 3/19 2:00am...Waited 15 minutes to reach the speaker and was immediately told that it would be a few minutes before my order would be taken. What? No explanation given, no sorry for the wait, nothing. I asked what the reason was and that i was already waiting fifteen minutes. The girl was rude (putting it mildly), she said she didn't give a sh¡t that i was waiting and that i should go home and cook.You have an employee who's barely literate, incredibly rude, has zero professionalism and is telling customers to go cook instead of buying from McDonald's. Jonny Petty: I ordered a Carmel frappe online and when I got to the window I sat there for a few minutes then they told me they had to change the bag and asked me to pull up. Then forgot I was out there and sat there for almost 20 minutes before another worker almost gave me 2 bags of someone else's food and I told him all I had was a frappe and I've been waiting a ridiculous amount of time.
