Ap G: This place does not know how to estimate time. I did a carry out order 3 hours in advance, went to the store to pick it up and they didn’t even have my order ready or started. Even tho they were busy, the lack of customer service this place has. I use to go here all the time but after this incident I refuse to go back. This isn’t the only occurrence. They have screwed up orders 3 times before that. I do not recommend this place.

Alex Gobar: I showed up for a Grubhub pick up accidentally told the owner the wrong order name and instead of him just saying no I don’t have that one he told me ‘You need to learn how to read before you to Grubhub’.Heaven for bid A fellow human makes a mistake he didn’t have to be rude to me. Don’t ever eat here I don’t care how good the food is if they don’t treat you right you deserve better*It has been 2 years since this incident. I wrote this the day it happened. If it wasn’t the owner it was someone in authority as he was counting money and/paperwork off to the side. I have still never been treated so rudely and have made a report to GrubHub. I hope no one else will ever have to experience something this horrible.

Lauren Bauer: I was in the area for the first time in a few years and wanted to order carryout from my old favorite lunch spot. I ordered online mistakenly thinking it was A-1 Kabob and when I put it in my GPS I realized it wasn't (and that A-1 Kabob is out of business now). However, I was definitely NOT disappointed upon opening my fattoush salad, which was huge and covered with perfectly cooked chicken. So good!

Frank LiBretto: The food here was absolutely delicious. The combo plates offer food true to the estimate amount of people they will serve. We ordered a combo for 3 people and it was more than enough food for 2 people. A little bit of tea at the end of our meal helped selttle the food in our stomachs. The place was very busy and loud which makes it hard to hear your company talking but who cares if you are stuffing your mouth with delicious food. They also offer takeout if you prefer to eat at home and skip the wait.

This standout dish offered a tantalizing glimpse into the potential of this restaurant, making the overall disappointment even more poignant.What further marred the experience was the service. Despite being generally attentive, there was an unsettling rush attached to it. It felt as if there was an invisible clock, pushing us towards the exit a bit too soon, stripping away the leisurely enjoyment of the meal.Given these experiences, this restaurant doesn't make the cut for my future dining choices in the city. Michael: What used to be a fantastic place to go to has become a place to be forgotten. Service is slow and inconsistent. It's empty now. Even on the weekends. The food has suffered terribly as they don't really use seasoning anymore. Not sure if it was the waitresses first day, but she made us aware that we were not her highest priority. (Only two other tables seated in the entire restaurant)Based on what we saw and experienced, they're not going to be around much longer.
Rasha: There was no one at the restaurant when we were there. The place was so cold. After I mentioned it to our waitress they did turn the heat on. It’s a nice and clean restaurant. The food was delicious. Our waitress was kind and caring. Will be back again.
