We originally got ourselves into a pickle bc we had a quote sent to us from another company that was within our price range. We demoed our shower and then found out they sent us the wrong quote. Our quote was thousands more. We didn’t know what to do bc we couldn’t really afford the new quote so we asked around and called the gas guys… they saved our project! The prices were so much better, and everyone at the gas guys was so helpful and reasonable with pricing. They quoted us per item and even helped with a few issues we didn’t foresee. The shower was completed and works perfectly- thanks to Brian and Brett. This week, our laundry room tub pump stopped working. They came out a day and a half later, on time, called on their way, and were very helpful, reasonable and professional. This time we had Jon and Devon to fix it. My conclusion is that everyone at The Gas Guys are professional, helpful, reasonable, and just great people. I’m a young homeowner and it’s nice to have a go-to plumber that is so wonderful. Blackheart Lives: Saw this company when looking for the best in my city. i have him a call and explained that I was trying to get ky mom's plumbing looked at but not as an emergency. We made an appointment for a week later early. He was there between the half hour window he stated. Here's the kicker. He looked at everything I asked for and additional items. He told me that nothing needed to be fixed, and explained what was happening and why. He explained how to work with the issues, which really weren't issues at all. When it was all said and done, he didn't recommend doing anything. He charged a minimal $59 fee for coming out and nothing needed to be fixed. He easily could have told me a bunch of things needed to be fixed, and I wouldn't have known any better, but he didn't. That's honestly and integrity. He will be getting all of my future business, and my recommendation to friends.
