Jane Fragomeni: I understand that you can not view the ham because of Covid. We were disappointed at Christmas but decided to try again for Easter. I wish I could post the picture of the ham we got. A 5 inch piece of fat throughout the enter ham and grizzly pieces in spots. Spent 2 hours trimming a d hoping enough for 4 people. Beyond disappointed and no more forgiveness 😩 If I didn’t need it the same I I would have returned it.

I was very disappointed with my ham for 2 reasons. 1) The ham I received did not have any sugar coating. 2) They did not let me visually inspect the ham before leaving the store. I wish I would have driven down to the Troy, MI store. I paid for Honey baked quality, but got pushed out the door with an inferior product.

We took it and the receipt back to the store but they refused to give us our money back.Check the contents of what you are buying before you leave the store to make sure it smells good and tastes good.

MsMoua01: Not sure why on my imap it says the store is Permanently closed but on Google map it says it’s open. I got a fifty dollar gift card and went in to purchase what I needed for Thanksgiving. They still have some Turkey and ham left but I’m sure they will be sold out soon. Customer service was great and the employee was really helpful and friendly.

Robert Kern: My holiday ham was a total disappointment. It was burned about the first eight of an inch all the way around. It went from an eighth inch slice to a quarter inch slice after the first couple of pounds. ( like production had to be speeded up ). The sugary coating was stuck to the wrapping instead of the ham. I have been a satisfied customer for forty years, but next time I'm going to give Dearborn a chance.

Allison Dixion: Don’t come here if you plan on eating. I’ve tried to go to this location 3 times in the last week they close at 8 for starters. Trying to rush after getting off work at 730 for you to get there 15 minutes before closing for them to tell you that they are closing early. It takes 3 minutes to make a sub. Last week their rewards system was down or I’m sure that was just an excuse to seems like the people working there just don’t want to work and after reading some bad reviews seems like the manager just don’t want to use rewards or coupons so I guess they just lie and say the system is down lol

Craig: First time visit to a Firehouse Subs , placed an inside order for carry out , the wheat bun tasted really bad or strange , but I was asked if I wanted white or wheat when I placed my order inside at the counter so guess I picked wrong ??I normally get wheat or multi grain at Subway so it just seemed the right choice.Overall the Hook and Ladder medium sub ingredients were good , but definitely not loaded up , I asked for it cold and not toasted , the few items on it tasted fresh but I ate some of the sub then tossed it out , the wheat bun was just weird tasting.When I arrived the girl who took my order was friendly .Once my order was placed I took a spot among the 5 or 6 other people standing around waiting.No wait line or sense of order but everyone but me seemed to have done this before LolTook maybe 5 / 10 minutes and they called out my name , “ order ready “ .I was handed a cardboard carton container with no bag so I had to ask for a bag .Might try again but doubt it .
