Harry Joseph: Employee locked the door as we were walking up. Eventually she cracked the door open and told us the lobby was closed at 3pm on a sunday. She said she was too busy and we could go through the drive thru. There was 2 cars in the drive thru and one inside. We ended up going to Jommy johns. I called the manager the next day who basicalkybsaid oh well...I'll tall to her.

Nina Botros: Worst place ever. Got a ham and Turkey sandwich the other day and ended up at the emergency room for two days for food poisoning. That place is not clean at all and I’m sure their meat is old and outdated. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you want to end up at the ER then you’ll go there. Their meat tasted like a dead animal, I’ll never ever go there again, they need to do a better job at keeping their ingredients fresh and safe for people to eat.

JW: Holly is very rude. Argued with me about a missing item in my order. After I asked to speak with a manager because of how rude she was, she sat the phone down and I could hear her still being disrespectful about the issue. I also asked for light sweet onion but the sub was drenched with it.

I asked if the drive- thru was open and was told that they only have flat bread. Which lie is it? The truck is there with the stock or nothing is in stock??

He put the whole card reader out the window and I went ahead and just tapped my card and he asked if I wanted to receive I said yes he automatically charged me $1.98 tip it's not like I could see if there was that option to pay a tip or not. I don't know if he pressed it before you put the card reader out the window. I won't be going back there. 80% of the time I tip at Subway. The pride wasn't even fresh my whole toasted sub was crumbling all over the place

Funny that we don’t have this problem at any other subway. Only when we lived in Georgia this was a common occurrence. The guy with the prison tattoos helped my son and was very pleasant and helpful. IF we go back we will ask for him to take care of us. The sandwiches were made well and tasted good. That is the only reason I can stretch to give three stars.

Their prices are at least $2 more per sandwich than every other local franchise. Their customer service is non existent and their food is below average( hard to do when running a FRANCHISE)! Selena: I come here almost everyday because this subway is on my way home from work and never have a problem. I always have Polo or this other sweet guy I forgot his name but he said he was Romanian. Tonight however me and my sister come in after church, and two ladies come to help us one of them was helping me and the other one was helping my sister. My sister simply asked for the chicken to be heated and then the sandwich to be toasted. The worker repeated what my sister said and my sister repeated herself just to make sure there was an understanding. The worker than responded with rudely stating “that’s what I said” and started mumbling under her breath. I then told her we didn’t want her to make the sandwich and that we wanted the lady that was making mine to make hers. I honestly thought she was going to spit in it because she was so rude. Then she said NO NO ONE IS GOING TO MAKE ANYTHING FOR YOU. I was astounded. I asked to speak to the manager and she said SHE WAS THE MANAGER. I asked for her name and she didn’t give it to me. I asked for corporate and she didn’t give it to me. I was so confused as to how they could have someone so rude as their manager. It makes sense because every-time I come in everyone working seems so unhappy and complain about mistreatment.I don’t understand why this establishment gets rid of the good hardworking ones and keeps the lazy, rude ones. I’m very disheartened because I would come here all the time with no problem and now I will never come here again nor let anybody I know support this establishment as long as people like her are working there.

As he was about to cut it, he noticed something was wrong with the bread and said “I hate when that happens”. He then proceeded to wrap it and served it to me anyways so I thought it was fine. When I got home 20 minutes later I saw what he was talking about, the bread (toasted) was extremely wet and soggy, even leaking through the paper. We decided to split the one sub that was good before I drove back up there to have it remade. John Kusmierz: Nice outdoor mall with smaller stores and very pleasant environment to walk around. Sort of like a small town atmosphere in the heart of a large metropolis area. Plenty of good places to eat and/or drink. If you are a business traveler or casually travelling through the area looking for a place to spend 2-5 hours during the evening or afternoon, I suggest you visit Partridge Creek. There is also a very large fireplace gathering area and free entertainment on some evenings during the summer months. I am guess Fri's and Sat's but I suggest you check their website.Last but not least, Partridge Creek is on M59 which has many, many, many stores, restaurants, and bars. If you don't find someplace to eat and/or drink you like there after a nice stroll through the mall you are guaranteed to find something on the stretch of M59 the mall is on.

The employee apologized and said that she has to do it because the boss said she had to. Seems to me that when the boss goes against what the customer wants the customer doesn’t come back. Jessica Oden: Very disappointed in the service. Got 2 subs one we weren't asked if we wanted it toasted at all, the chicken was very cold. The other one a trainee made it and all the cheese melted right off it and the trainer didnt correct it at all.
snack time: Horrible! if I could give it no stars, I would! waiting 30 minutes in line for a pretzel and for her to tell me there was none after she knew what I was in line for. She spent all that time talking and laughing with the two customers in front of me before she even took my order! Super unprofessional. I think I'll call corporate or the owner of the store.

Smone: Hello so I'm an employee at this location and it's crazy how upset you are at the employees if the owner doesn't give us product to sale how are we going to serve you we don't own the place it's literally myself and one more person who have to prep and bake bread everyday when it is a day process of preparing bread anyway we close at 5 because there are only AGAIN two employees and we still come to this location when we could just let them close it and go to another location stop blaming us when we work everyday to serve you and we open at 10 but if the previous day we didnt have no one to prep or the bred isn't finished being prepped you hsbe to wait like it's disgusting and if we run out of product for the day we close because common since what are we going to sale..........it's ok because the location is closing so you all womt have anything to complain about anymore it's not an excuse we have been waiting for a truck to come for 3 weeks and still have been getting products from other stores near by just to serve anyone for the days we come in we try and for the simple fact you all can just go home and cook or go to another location it's mean and rude to blame the employees that come to work to try and provide as best as they can just for everybody to get upset at them and go off on them or some onto a website like this one amd.comolain we try our best we work everyday with no break ee have to clean the store maintain a store cook and prep and sale to you guys all with us complaing to our boss for you ebcuae we don't have product consider the employees being frustrated because I will say whenever someone comes in we are polite ascan be and we try our best to serve you and we do appreciate the customers who actually understands what it's like to work in a establishment such as this one

The last time I was in before cutting my sandwich with a knife they wiped it off on the hole we’re all the scraps goes in, I was pretty disgusted. This location was usually out of the first two or three things you ask for, even though there is a Kroger in the same plaza. This location also seem to only have one person working at a time.
Scot LaNear: The owner of this subway really needs to do better. Half the time the store is closed because they can't get staff to be there. When they are actually open it's typically just one poor overwhelmed employee who hasn't had time to prep anything. They don't have bread baked, out of toppings, or even meat for the sandwiches. A positive experience is very rare when visiting this establishment.
Aliecia Zygadlo: They scratched the hours off of their door. They close whenever they want and open whenever they want. We showed up at 6 PM, when people typically eat dinner and they were closed. The employees typically do not care about anything. This is probably why they had to close months ago. Nothing was ever kept in stock and being closed during peak times is definitely how your business will go under. They always said it’s because they are less important than other locations and the more important locations always got the shipments before they did. It sounds like they never placed an order and made up excuses.On the plus side, whenever you can find them to be open, since the employees don’t care about anything… your sandwich is always loaded up with enough stuff to fill two sandwiches. A little messy though.

There was no information on the app about the location, and that it’s made only for FCA employees.This Subway has to change the access to the app so people who aren’t employees won’t do the same mistake.I received a refund because it was prepaid online.
