N D.: Haven't been happy with the way my shoes have been fitting lately and heard good things about New Balance and have been trying to stop in for some time. They close at 6 during the week -- which makes it almost impossible to stop in.Stopped in Saturday afternoon - 2 people on the floor with other customers. I wait - patiently, checking out the product. Another customer walks in....Salesman goes and helps the new customer within a few minutes - totally ignoring me. Other salesman sees this, after a few minutes he acknowledges it to me and tries his best to juggle me and his other customer.Needless to say, I got next to nothing accomplished and will be going elsewhere for shoes. I hope this is addressed and customers are treated more fairly in the future.

N K: The saleswoman was very nice and attentive. The reason I'm giving a less than perfect review is because she can't count, short changed me. The error was corrected but could have been avoided.Maybe I'll blame it on our cashless system she might not be use to handling money just card transactions. Either way when you handle cash, don't you count what you are giving the customer and compare it with the change the register tells you is owed. Maybe she just made a mistake shorting me ten whole dollars.I am so glad I checked my change in her face right when it was handed to me. Needless to say count your change and check your receipts.

As I walked in, the employees had no greeting (because they were all on their phones) but then never offered to help a customer. I like that Nike released some new items and instead of selling, I heard one of the employees complaining about something else. This saddens me because this location is inside Lakside Mall and I shop here often. I recently wrote a great review about foot locker and how attentive they are. Seems like foot locker cares more about service than their phones. This could be the reason why Lakeside Mall within itself is failing: the lack of service. I will be writing a letter to champs as this procedure was unnecessary, uncalled for and foul. There must be a really high horse that these people sit on because it wasn't just me. Other people walked in, and there was no service, no welcome, just on the phone. Check the cameras if you will. Thank you Champs but my service to you is over. I can get real results with real people at foot locker. Please update and help guide your staff as customer service is dying within some youths.Thank you.One star should be obliviated from this location.

What do you know--the employees here said it would be at least 2-3 days before anyone would be in who could do the regripping. Drove all the way around the city to multiple locations to just have them tell me to go to Golf Galaxy. I should have just gone to a small business after this boondoggle.

G “Youcan’thandleme” O: Customer service is very poor quality at Both Rosevile and lakeside jewelry counters they barely knowledge the customers that are standing around the counter, looking for help . I Went to buy a watch …my first bad experience was at the Roseville location where I was left, standing around the counter for quite some time to the point that I just left and drove all the way to the other location . Once I arrived there was my next bad experience, The older bond lady at lakeside mall at the jewelry counter is extremely RUDE!!! I asked to try on a watch and she says me well I would have to take the box apart for you to try it on. Isn’t there one out there that you can try am I simply said no they’re all in boxes I need the box removed since I have a small rest I need to try on the watch before I buy it.. then she said the scissors are over there very rudely so I immediately followed her thinking that’s what I was supposed to do it trying to watch I wanted to buy. Then she said I’ll have to repackage everything if you don’t buy them well clearly I’m not going to buy three watches. I want to buy one and I want to try it on before I buy it to make sure if it’s my small wrist then she slammed her hand on the counter with three tapes like I’m some child in school basically telling me to get over there quickly… extremely unprofessional on her end and terrible customer service she needs to be retrained if they want to keep customers because I will never go back to that store again and deal with such a rude angry worker. I really wanted to ask for her supervisor, but I think she’s already having a bad day since she’s having a bad attitude and she’s in a bad mood and she told me she should not take it out on me whatever that supposed to mean obviously she knew she was at fault.! if you are looking for quality customer service and a pleasant experience when shopping for jewelry or watches, I recommend you go to a real jewelry store and don’t waste your time with someone that will not treat you nice as a customer . I will be calling customer service and speaking to a live agent as well as I kept my receipt which has her associate ID on it.

G F: Lots to see here, overall nice store. But they had probably 9 employees, and only 1 register working(typically like Walmart) line lines were almost wrapped down the isle. They weren't really efficiently operating. We waited in line for about 25 min. And finally went and put our items down, and went to Kohl's, in and out in 8 min. Other than that the store was clean, lots of employees floating around, but not one to help any shoppers in any way at all. I will not visit this location again. Maybe find another location(or maybe it'll be better on a different day?)

Michael Crouse: Took my wife here to buy some earrings and other pieces she had seen online. The person behind the counter asked if we needed help. We said yes. She said she was with someone and would help in a minute. We looked around and found every piece my wife was looking for. The lady got done with the couple she was helping and started walking to the other section. We asked to see the first piece she wanted, and the employee said, "I'm going to help them since you're only looking for the price." I have no clue what brought her to that conclusion. Whit no other employees there to help, I then had to drive all the way to the Oakland mall location and was able to get most of what my wife was looking for. At this point, we will be using our local jeweler.

The staff was terrible I almost had to fight the one man because he thought it was ok to stare at my girlfriend. #$%# this place. Close it down. Its not a skate shop anymore.

Then on top of that my wife realized the shoe she had which was the only size supposedly considering how lost they all seemed there could have been some in the back. However they said they would do 10% or we could go to Oakland mall 15 miles away and "try" there I guess blind? I had picked out a pair of shoes and I had started stating the fact I felt we were being treated badly and the manager seemed to give me the feeling that she didn't care and that I could leave so I did when I asked the name she told me with attitude as if to say go ahead give us a bad review. We were going to spend 120 or so which isn't a lot but they missed out by not even trying to make our experience better. The stuff is cheap for a reason I suppose truly a terrible and uncomfortable experience.
