Allison Lincoln: I am beyond thrilled! After taking a tumble down the stairs and breaking my ankle, I am finally able to ditch my clunky boot and slip into a brand new pair of tennis shoes! And let me tell you, I couldn't be more excited about the ones (Brook's) I just bought from here - I received so many recommendations about them!The best part was the girl who helped me - she was seriously so knowledgeable and made the whole experience incredible. She brought out eight different pairs for me to try on and after measuring my feet with this amazing foot tool that also measured the curves of my feet on a gel pad, she found me the perfect pair! I ended up going with the Brooks and to top it all off, they were on sale too! I am beyond thrilled and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect pair of shoes.

She was very patient with my mom and addressed every concern! Thanks for a great experience!!Part 2 of our experience. On Saturday, my mom got a pair of shoes. Rachel was most helpful. She wore them around the house, not satisfied with the fit, we returned on Thursday. Maddie helped us out. We must have tried 8 different shoes. Unfortunately none were a good fit 😔. I’m not a consistent runner but I felt super comfortable and welcome in Hansons. I just went on my first run today with the Brooks Glycerin and a pair of Feetures socks and they were incredible! Diane Warren: In-store experience at Utica store is very good even calling them when the shoes were too tight was very good had to have a delivery and that was a nightmare from Royal oak I was given the third degree a hard time because I live in a senior low income apartment in Rochester pills and no one told me that there was stipulations to delivery etc what I went through I had to pray very hard so that God would speak to the store manager and deliver my exchange is this necessary very disappointed in the Royal oak store manager experience Utica very very good

The error was corrected but could have been avoided.Maybe I'll blame it on our cashless system she might not be use to handling money just card transactions. Either way when you handle cash, don't you count what you are giving the customer and compare it with the change the register tells you is owed. Maybe she just made a mistake shorting me ten whole dollars.I am so glad I checked my change in her face right when it was handed to me. Needless to say count your change and check your receipts.

Eric Riddle: Has the latest trendy Nike, under armor, adidas, yeti, whatever.Most expensive place to shop for clothes.Dunhams is much better.I only come here if I absolutely have to for a random item I know they might have...Not even to mention,they stopped selling guns and hunting stuff altogether and are anti 2nd amendment, which used to be the main basis of their buisness.

What do you know--the employees here said it would be at least 2-3 days before anyone would be in who could do the regripping. Why even have anyone working in the golf area if they aren't trained to do *basic* tasks in the golf field?? Drove all the way around the city to multiple locations to just have them tell me to go to Golf Galaxy. I should have just gone to a small business after this boondoggle.

Ekez Senyah: To whom this may concern,Did customer service in this new age of people disappear?! Honestly one of the worst "apparel" shopping I have had in a long time. Check the cameras. As I walked in, the employees had no greeting (because they were all on their phones) but then never offered to help a customer. I like that Nike released some new items and instead of selling, I heard one of the employees complaining about something else. This saddens me because this location is inside Lakside Mall and I shop here often. I recently wrote a great review about foot locker and how attentive they are. Seems like foot locker cares more about service than their phones. This could be the reason why Lakeside Mall within itself is failing: the lack of service. I will be writing a letter to champs as this procedure was unnecessary, uncalled for and foul. There must be a really high horse that these people sit on because it wasn't just me. Other people walked in, and there was no service, no welcome, just on the phone. Check the cameras if you will. Thank you Champs but my service to you is over. I can get real results with real people at foot locker. Please update and help guide your staff as customer service is dying within some youths.Thank you.One star should be obliviated from this location.

Hikman USA: I bought the Irish Setter work boots with the BOA lock laces from this branch few weeks ago and I put them to the real test already.I can say I’m very satisfied with the results, so far no water leaks, no holes or tears and they aren’t slippery. My work conditions are extreme because I’m stepping on oil, grease, lubricants, mud ,rocks, Ice and standing in water swamps up to 10 hours a day.I also love the Boa laces mechanism, it was the best decision!i will pass by again soon to see if i can order more comfortable soles because after 6 or 7 hours of walking/standing my foot is start hurting little bit because i do have very flat foot.It can get little cold on the inside when standing for many hours in the snow but not if wearing good thick socks.At the store I was assisted by Robert. He is very friendly, experienced and humble. I recommend you ask for him if you plan on going there! He is patient even when the store is busy and he will help you try many boots before you decide which one works best for you. Thanks Red Wing & keep up the good work guys!

eric krajniak: My brother was starting a job and had a $100 voucher to put towards a pair of steel toed boots. We told the store employee his situation (that the $100 was all that he had) and he went and grabbed a pair of boots that were around $150. He thought about it for a second then went to the back and got a different pair that he said we're actually, in his opinion and mine to after looking at them, better than the first pair he showed us. It was nice because these were $20 cheaper too. So after everything I only had to borrow my brother $30. The salesman could've sold us something more expensive and we'd have never known that he could've saved us some money, but he didn't care about selling us higher priced shoes/boots, he took care of us like a friend would've. If I'm ever in the market for a pair of Red Wing Shoes I'll be going back here.

Craig Boyd: If I could give negative stars I would. I took 2 pairs of boots in for a repair the one pair I took home that day the 2nd pair were less than a year and a half old and looked like they’d been put through a wood chipper and needed stitch repair and a tough toe put on them. The kid behind the counter wouldn’t even stand up from his chair to see the toe of my boot that was shredded so I had to take it off to show him. A week and a half later I called to see if my boots were in and ready to be picked up and they were. So I picked up my boots after never receiving a call letting me know they were ready to be picked up. A day later i put them on only to notice something in the toe of my boot on my drive to work. I get to work remove my boot, and had a hard time getting out what was in my boot so I reach inside and pull out a razor blade. Luckily I didn’t cut my foot, but When I called the manager, Robert, he wasn’t really interested in what happened, and he wasn’t sure what he could do other than apologize. He was very argumentative when I asked how he was going to make this right. He asked for my number and I asked for his bosses number after I gave him mine. Long story short, he refused to give me his bosses number and when I asked if he wasn’t giving me his bosses number in fear of losing his job, he hung up on me. I will never go to this location again

Canton store helped me find boot for a xmas gift at Sterling Heights store. I ordered the boot by phone pd an additional cost for shipping. Was told boot would be here Saturday at latest Monday. Wednesday came still not here. As you can imagine, I was livid!There was a in-store situation after I placed my order that I was not aware of. Even though I do not agree with how that was handled, the manager, Robert, made it right! He went above and beyond by hand delivering to my front door at 7:00pm., Sterling Heights is an hour away from me, who does that???? Certainly not the Garden City store, which is 15min from me.Thank you, Robert!!!!!!!

This could help you buy the right kind of shoes! But they don't have it anymore. Nevertheless, most of the staff is still great, knowledgeable and will help you pick out the right shoes if you mention your requirements and purpose! Have always bought all of my trail running and long distance running shoes from here!They have some good accessories (like knee support, ankle support, gloves, run wear, running socks etc) that can help with your runs too. Recommend this place if you are looking to buy the right set of shoes for your runs!

Regan May: My husband and I had a very nice experience at this shop this afternoon. He had been shopping around for a shoe for work that would offer more support due to some foot problems, and had tried a pair of Brooks shoes he liked at a big box store the day before but wanted to sleep on it and shop around a bit more. As soon as we entered Hanson’s a salesperson (I believe Zac?) asked if he could help and quickly got to work getting several pairs of shoes together for my husband to try. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable about the different types of shoe, easily answering all my husband’s questions. It’s rare to find great customer service like that anymore (at one of the chain stores we tried the previous day the employees didn’t even acknowledge us). And honestly pricewise the shoes we ended up purchasing there were selling for the same price as the big box store. We will likely be back as we live nearby and they had several pairs in stock of the Hoka OneOnes I’ve been eyeing. The cool reusable bags were also a plus!

The clerk gave me clean socks or new I tried on the shoes, Took of the socks I asked what do you want me to do with those socks? He said gave them here. I thought they were new🙄 I wondering is he throwing them away or what? I gave the shoes to the clerk he rang them up, He asked do you want a bag? I just spent $130 DOLLARS ODD QUESTION! I REPLIED I CERTAINLY DO. Quick answers for me short answer. I felt a little unwanted, thats fine I need to get out quick No mask. Hanson's people, people of color like nice bags TOO! WE ARE STILL IN A pandemic kind SIR!
