Drew Review: This is the 2nd time I’ve been here and the return area is so disappointing. The girl with the high pitched voice was texting while the line was long and then walked away and went to the check out register and started ringing people out even though the return line was much longer. The lady behind me gave up and walked out. Saw it happen the last time too. Not worth the hassle to come here. Save yourself the time and go to Marshalls. I am.

The sad part about it was I was putting my mess back before leaving, I should’ve been rude like others and left a stack of shoes out.

Only 30 days and they won't even give an exchange for the unworn, unused with tags, for different size of the exact same item even with a receipt. This used to be one of my favorite stores, but I won't be coming back and will be warning my friends. Even TJ Maxx, homegoods, Target, Macy's don't have stringent policies like this. Waste of over $100

Michael Ostrander: This location isn't as well stocked as the Novi location but I like to come here occasionally.
Paul Houle: A very dirty location. Decent selection if you don't mind digging through piles of unfolded clothes or misplaced merchandise. There is no one working on the floor to offer help and, despite a line, there were only two cashier's. They didn't seem too interested in moving quickly or being friendly.

CeeJay: Nordstrom Rack has some of the worst customer experience I have ever had to deal with. From a store manager not honoring what her floor associates tell customers to their phone number for the Nordy club being about as useless as a pen without ink. I don't know how a company can possibly function like this. It's nothing short of a disaster. Maybe that's why they're constantly having sales... are they trying to save as much as possible before they don't have any customers left and go bankrupt?

S KHATCHADOURIAN: Beware: new strict return policy: 30 days. No returns, credit, or exchange after that. They changed the policy on January 1, 2023, (right after the Holidays) and refused to exchange sizes for my 3 kids gifts they received (I had gift receipts and tags). Just AWFUL and very DISAPPOINTING! Terrible customer service. Management doesn't care. And to top it off, i asked to see their return policy and it was not posted anywhere, and legally the back of my receipt shows 45 day return policy! I was at 40 days. SHAME ON YOU NORDSTROM RACK! Didn't realize you stopped caring for customer service! I would discourage people from shopping at such an establishment that doesn't care about its customers.

D'Chris Christopher: Very limited styles to choose from. What they did have, the sizes were limited. Used to be able to go in NR and find whatever I needed. Been to two in 2 days and nothing. I have it 3 stars because it was clean and shoppable.

One item was opened. Noah went above and beyond and was very pleasant. Their spa services are excellent and I love the variety of items they always are in stock or will offer to order it and get it shipped to your front door. I've even had someone leave that location and drive to my house for a make up item. I'm definitely Team Nordstrom❤️

Christine Brackel: I'm sure the store itself is lovely but I had a very poor experience doing an online pickup order.I placed an order online for two items on Friday. Their website said it'd be ready that day. I got an email a couple hours later stating that one item from the order was canceled (presumably due to lack of inventory).On Sunday I contacted customer service to cancel the other item since it was still not ready for pickup. They wouldn't cancel it and said I'd have to call the store because the order was "processing."The other item didn't end up being ready for pickup until Tuesday. When I called the store to cancel the item, the only reason they could give me for the extended timeline was "management?" No apology. Just a shrug.I would expect better from Nordstrom. I purchased through them because I thought I could get the items in a day in one easy pickup vs. two separate online orders. Instead, I got the headache of extra phone calls and refunds, and ended up ordering from Amazon anyways (with one-day shipping to my door).Basically, don't waste your time with their pickup service.

Smuggler’s Cargo Toys and Collectibles: It would really be nice to go in there and have the Amazon return being the same location. It was the month prior. In the past year the Amazon returns section has moved four times. And the kicker is that it’s never even near where the previous location was. I don’t know if someone there thinks it’s funny to mess with customers like that but parking on one side of the building because that’s where you think the Amazon returns are and then it’s all the way in the opposite corner isn’t funny one bit. Perhaps even maybe put some signs up clearly indicating in what direction it is when you come in to either entrance???
