Amanda Hoffman: I have a very complicated medical history (having to travel out of state even to see specialists) and I’m not very old, some pharmacies have treated me terribly because of the types of meds I’m prescribed.. During my lifetime of being sick I’ve been on all sorts of different medications and have been to a few different pharmacies; of all of them this one has always shown me compassion and helped me get issues sorted with medication changes and explained any new meds I’ve been prescribed. They really seem to go the extra mile to ensure I’m getting the things I need and in a timely matter. Thank you for the care and compassion.

Keith Tallarigo: After making several mistakes with a prescription, the lack of empathy and caring demonstrated by the employees, and then making me wait an additional fifteen minutes in person (after claiming it will be ready at my convenience) after multiple phone calls to straighten out their mistakes, I will not be returning to this pharmacy. Previously my wife was told a ten minute wait for a prescription and it took thirty five. Avoid at all costs, especially if you are sick or time is important to you.

Lisa (The Sterling Critic): Walgreens pharmacy is horrible!!! I switch to Rite Aid. They would always send me messages saying it was an insurance problem when actually it was my dogs medicine that doesn’t even get covered under insurance. Half the time they don’t have a pharmacist so you can I get your medicine. This is not the pharmacist fault but more than likely Walgreens for not paying them enough.
Meghan Rokita: Very disappointed with this location's pharmacy.After surgery, the surgeon prescribed a muscle relaxer for me. As I was bedridden and my husband was sick, I requested the delivery service they offer through FedEx. I submitted and paid for same-day delivery. The app said "shipped", but it didn't arrive after two days, and I had no tracking number. I called the pharmacy and they said they had no way to track it. I called on the 3rd day and only then found out FedEx never picked it up - it was in the pharmacy the whole time! I had my husband pick it up, and he came back with an entirely different maintenance medication of mine. The employee tried to blame my husband for not knowing the name of the medication, after I had spoken with 2 pharmacy technicians to clarify this situation. Communication failed on several occasions, and I was without a post-surgical medication for 3 days. Couldn't even get it filled somewhere else since they billed my insurance. Multiple people dropped the ball.

Nan McClar: Very convenient pharmacy at 17 mile and Ryan. A big chain pharmacy I've used for years was out of my medication at all of their locations. They had it at The Medicine Shoppe. The pharmacist and her tech were awesome! They got my prescription transferred and filled it quickly. They were professional and so nice. It was a great experience.

Sandie Menke: I spoke to Kanu and asked if he accepted Medicare = yes, asked if he delivered to Sterling Hgts., = yes. Then I proceeded to transfer all of my mother-in-laws meds. I asked for her BP script to be filled and delivered the next day. He said he would. All was going great! The next day came, no delivery. When we called the day after, he stated her insurance would only allow the scripts to be filled at CVS or Walgreens. That's odd, my father-in-law goes to Kroger. And by the way, thanks for the call. She was OUT OF BP MEDS! It put me in a bad spot because I had to rush out and fill them and deliver them. Very disappointed in NOT getting a phone call.

Mike Reese: CVS is an OK drug store. I am using it over Walgreens and Meijers, mainly for its convenience. CVS has been incapable in combining my prescriptions. Today they informed me 1 was ready & please pick it up. Two days ago they informed me they were working on 2 prescriptions. So why tell me only one is ready? Their phone app works but not real well. Server is off line intermittently. I have found it shows items in my cart when I didn't order any. They also sent me notices to get COVID test kits but the first 2 stores they showed kits were available when ordered had none.But Walgreen's web site was worse.Minor medical service like immunizations is good.General merchandise choice is good.
Brian Ray: I ALWAYS put my prescription in early, and they still NEVER have it on time. They'll have my prescription order up to 5-7 days early, and when it comes to the day to pick it up, suddenly they're out of my prescription and I still have to wait another 2-3 days. After this month I'll be switching pharmacies. I just hope they don't do this to people with more serious medications.

It is dirty and did not even have any soap to wash your hands with. I am thankful that there is a bathroom facility, just requesting the manager to take a look and make sure that it is cleaned and prepped for customers. Thank you.
Janet Kazmer: Went for flu shot. Got appointment on line&filled out form to speed up process. Got to store told me to fill out another form and waited almost an hour. Noone was in line ahead of us but still waited.
Tracy Moton: I went to this store for the first time. As soon as I walked in the door, I asked where something was but the cashier wasn’t very friendly and acted like should couldn’t hear me. Another male employee came of of nowhere and heard what I was asking for and directed me to what I needed. On the way out, the same cashier ignored me because she was helping someone at the register but could have said that she would be with me shortly. It was taking way to long so I did the self checkout and had no problem. Shoutout to the white male employee that helped me get what I needed quickly!

M: The pharmacy staff are rude and short, they treat customers as an inconvenience. The public bathroom is absolutely disgusting.. seriously the toilet and sink both had mold inside and lord knows what staining them, loose strands of hair all over, the floor is sticky, tissue everywhere.. just gross. The floor staff, however, have always been helpful and pleasant.
Donna Graham: Took in a script for 45ml of meds. Filled it for 15 ml and insisted that's all they had on file and that I had never filled 45ml before. I had on two different occasions. Argued and got nowhere. Went to CVS at canal Rd. No problems. That's my new pharmacy.
Jospeh Gamble: This store is a joke. They tell you one thing on the phone and when you go to pick it up, they change their story saying i missed understood. Pharmacy is filles scripts to early and then if you don't pick it up in 7 days its put back in stock. Why pick up a script when i have 3 weeks left and spend $$$$ that i dont need to. Looking forward to transferring to Meijers come January 1. Good buy CVS.

I went there to get my Covid test and in the midst of all this craziness with Covid they were so sweet so helpful they went out of their way to make sure I was tested even were able to get me an at HomeKit but the best part about it is, I have New Year’s Eve plans and was worried about going out but at midnight I get a text from the pharmacist himself with my results. No one does that
Jessica Hleis: I went with my family to get the covid test. They r very quick and easy and u don’t feel it like you would anywhere else you go. The results were super fast and they send you an email on time. Even during the time of the holidays the pharmacist took the time late in the evening to send us results personally which was very nice of them so that we got the results before New Year’s Eve and didn’t have to infect anyone else and just quarantined. An amazing place!

Obnoxious liars, they had lost my moms covid test and claimed they informed us it’ll be 48 hours. That never happened, we were told it’ll be the next day after 2. Elizabeth Vera: Outstanding pharmacy and wonderful staff. We have been using them for years for our dog, Miguelito’s, medication. They have always been so kind and accommodating. Our dog just passed away and we received the most thoughtful condolences card from the staff today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for all these years of providing his medication, your wonderful service, and your kindness. It’s been a pleasure using Dalcoma. Highly recommend!!!!
Suzanne Johnson: I have been using this pharmacy over a year to receive medication for my 15 yr old cat with an over active thyroid. They send me the medication. The US post office lost the medication the last time and apologized for losing it. The Dalcoma pharmacy was so kind to send me more medication without charging for it and sending it over night UPS without charging me the extra it cost them. For this I am thankful.
Inge Bradley: Not open enough hours.Only a few Saturdays. Closing early without letting you know. Once was without meds. a whole weekend! And almost happened again if I hadn't called.
Lynn Calvert: If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. They are rude, uncooperative and lazy. I recently called to let them know I had new insurance and it hadn't shown up yet so my meds were over $200. When I got there and they informed me the insurance hadn't covered this she said " Would you like me to call the insurance?" Who wouldn't want them to call? What was I going to say? "No, that's ok, don't call. I would rather just pay the $200?"They have terrible hours and this is the second week in a row they are only open 4 days. I called to make sure they are open today and the rude person that answers the phone told me they would not fill the one script any more unless I had more scripts to pick up. I don't have Cancer any more so I don't need that meducation. I can't get into my Primary CareCarr Care Physician for months to get my BP script. I finally said what if I didn't have any other meds prescribed to me? She said its too late you already told me that you did.The place is always dirty. The employees never smile or barely even look at you. I don't know why I put up with them as long as I did.
Ken Barduca: This WAS a great pharmacy, now after 7 years of doing buisness with them they have decided to get greedy and tell me either they get all of my medications or they will fill none of them even after I explained my insurance company has an arrangement with CVS to use them with the exception of hard to get scripts but they don't care and informed me u have to go elsewhere if they can't have them all. Lots of other small specialty pharmacies out there and o e of them will be getting my buisness going forward because I still have a few scripts that get filled monthly and will need to for a long time to come. Your loss of buisness.
