Elizabeth Vera: Outstanding pharmacy and wonderful staff. We have been using them for years for our dog, Miguelito’s, medication. They have always been so kind and accommodating. Our dog just passed away and we received the most thoughtful condolences card from the staff today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for all these years of providing his medication, your wonderful service, and your kindness. It’s been a pleasure using Dalcoma. Highly recommend!!!!
Suzanne Johnson: I have been using this pharmacy over a year to receive medication for my 15 yr old cat with an over active thyroid. They send me the medication. The US post office lost the medication the last time and apologized for losing it. The Dalcoma pharmacy was so kind to send me more medication without charging for it and sending it over night UPS without charging me the extra it cost them. For this I am thankful.
Inge Bradley: Not open enough hours.Only a few Saturdays. Closing early without letting you know. Once was without meds. a whole weekend! And almost happened again if I hadn't called.
Lynn Calvert: If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. They are rude, uncooperative and lazy. I recently called to let them know I had new insurance and it hadn't shown up yet so my meds were over $200. When I got there and they informed me the insurance hadn't covered this she said " Would you like me to call the insurance?" Who wouldn't want them to call? What was I going to say? "No, that's ok, don't call. I would rather just pay the $200?"They have terrible hours and this is the second week in a row they are only open 4 days. I called to make sure they are open today and the rude person that answers the phone told me they would not fill the one script any more unless I had more scripts to pick up. I don't have Cancer any more so I don't need that meducation. I can't get into my Primary CareCarr Care Physician for months to get my BP script. I finally said what if I didn't have any other meds prescribed to me? She said its too late you already told me that you did.The place is always dirty. The employees never smile or barely even look at you. I don't know why I put up with them as long as I did.
Ken Barduca: This WAS a great pharmacy, now after 7 years of doing buisness with them they have decided to get greedy and tell me either they get all of my medications or they will fill none of them even after I explained my insurance company has an arrangement with CVS to use them with the exception of hard to get scripts but they don't care and informed me u have to go elsewhere if they can't have them all. Lots of other small specialty pharmacies out there and o e of them will be getting my buisness going forward because I still have a few scripts that get filled monthly and will need to for a long time to come. Your loss of buisness.

Ann onymous: I strongly suspect my cats have giardia. I’ve been down this road before. I brought in a stool sample for testing & asked repeatedly if they had accurate giardiasis detection testing & was told “yes”.Received test results by email = NEGATIVENo description of the tests done were listed.I called the clinic to get more information. Was not allowed to talk to a vet. The receptionist says she doesn’t know what tests were done.Giardia can be hard to detect. It often requires a zinc-sulfate flotation solution, a fecal smear, and/or a test for giardia antigens.I don’t know if one or two or zero of these tests were done. I don’t know what I paid for! They wouldn’t or couldn’t tell me.Maybe my cats don’t have a parasite. I’m willing to look elsewhere for a solution. The problem is, I don’t believe I was given enough information here to rule it out. I don’t trust that VetIQ did the job that I paid for.

Wally Kolcz: First time with this vet and it was a pleasant experience. Conveniently located in the Meijer I shop at all the time, we took our Rottie to make sure that she was up to date on her vaccines and prevention treatments.We went in expecting to get the full exam, but after reviewing the medical records from the rescue, they let us know that she was up to date and didn't need the full exam, saving up hundreds of dollars right off the bat. I appreciated the honesty. We did purchase a years worth of heart treatment and had them trim her nails. They were very good and gentle with her and did an excellent job.Only drawback is their current hours but, unless its an emergency, it should be pretty easy to work around that for any future vet needs. Would highly recommend them.

They have convenient locations and extended hours for us working pet parents but most of all the staff was so welcoming and kind to both my kitten and me. I will always recommend them to everyone I know.

David Wilson: Since Abbey East merged with Advanced, I've been taking my fur baby here for treatments. Staff is caring and engaging. They called to check up on me and they always took my calls with questions and concerns warmly. Prices for fees are competitive but certainly not cheap.
Sharon Johnsonbaugh: I can't say enough about Advanced Animal Hospital, MI. They employ the most wonderful, caring individuals from all of the support staff to each and every one of the doctors. jennifer stinson: I brought my dog in because she was stressed out due to bringing a new puppy into our home. She had bad diarrhea and was not eating. Instead of treating her for this obvious issue, Dr. Wilson wanted to order a full lipid panel and an x-ray because he felt she may have a parasite. I told him no. That is not the issue. The issue is stress related. Let’s treat her for that. Had I gone with his recommendation plus what I knew what she needed to be treated for, my bill would have been close to 1000.00! Why couldn’t he just treat for what the obvious issue was? New puppy equals stress to a dog. I did not appreciate being treated like I had no idea what I was talking about. I know my dog better than anyone. I use to own a dog daycare, so I am very familiar with stress in dogs. I will be looking for a new veterinarian for my dog and our new puppy.
Mark Donaldson: I've had pets all my life, and this is by far the best vet office I've had the pleasure of visiting. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable. The office uses text and email efficiently to make scheduling and communication simple. I have absolutely 0 complaints.

David Bainbridge: Advanced Animal Hospital is ran by amazing and caring individuals. About 18 months ago my older cat was suffering from end stage kidney failure. His lifelong veterinarian (a cats only vet) was only working limited hours (covid) and was unavailable the past day and a half. I came home from work at 4pm on a Friday to find him in what seemed to be extreme discomfort. I knew I had waited too long to say goodbye. I called at least 4 other local animal hospitals and no one would see him that day for euthanasia except for Advanced Animal Hospital. They didn’t hesitate to stay open past closing and wait for us to arrive. They were extremely kind and patient while we said our goodbyes. I want to truly thank them for being so kind and helping my friend of 13 years. THANK YOU!
Westen Shelton: Charged my card for a missed appointment and didn't even call the day of the appointment to try and reschedule first. The appointment was a check up post teeth cleaning which every other vet Ive had either didn't do or was willing to do for free. I took my dog here ten years ago, and stopped going because they always overcharge vs other places and try and get every dollar possible out of you.Then, my new vet merged into theirs. So I gave them another chance and absolutely nothing has changed. There are plenty of vets out there that take great care of your pets without trying to extract all of your money.

Matt B: My wife took our cat in for a routine annual checkup. When she left the house she was totally normal and fine and I didn’t think anything of it. About an hour later I get a call from my wife saying our cat collapsed and she wasn’t doing well. They explained they were going to take her back and monitor her. We were worried something was wrong with her. However, come to find out she was fine. They charged us 300 dollars on top of the checkup for this! We are furious. They nearly killed my cat and then decided to charge us for it. I do not trust them at all and think something deeper is happening there. Needless to say I pulled our records and am finding a new vet. I would avoid this place like the plague.
