Tried to deter me from even purchasing the paint said I would be s o l if I did what I was planning on doing.Not good for your companies sales. Didnt know much about your own product either. Extremely rude customer service.Went to the royal oak store for more paint as I was very happy with the way my home was turning out. Thanx to YouTube for advertising your paintNo thanx to your customer service.Royal oak store had excellent customer service. Will never recommend the shelby store.

MrCharnstrom: Stopped going for our business because they kept running out of product. I can’t blame them for supply issues but last time when I went in to match a building product, they pointed me to the paint swatches and said they couldn’t use the computer as it would have been too hard for it to match a color. It didn’t seem to be an issue in the past.

scott romano: I've always loved PPG paints but had never been to the Pontiac/Waterford store & I will certainly be returning. The gentleman helping me was extremely nice & SO HELPFUL. I'm a bargain shopper & always shop for mis-tint markdowns. This PPG store is the 1st place in 40 yrs that was willing to re tint some mis-tint paint for me EVER & I appreciate that extra special type of service immensely. He saved me nearly $20 gal by making a bland fleshy beige pink into vibrant old Hollywood coral. Hats off to the gentleman & PPG for such great service, savings & making my booth at the Plaza Antiques Mall amazing.
