J P: I was having a difficult time with the paint I had purchased to paint a desk. I had purchased the paint at a different paint store. The color wasn't right. The paint my color consultant had suggested to me initially was a Sherwin-Williams, however, I decided to go a cheaper route. Eric Sunday was working when I went into Sherwin-Williams that day. Eric listened to my problem and assisted me with correcting the problem and was very friendly and accomodating. He made my day! The batch he processed for me worked and he gave me a great discount. I was not expecting such service. As a result, I have been back to get the paint to put on my walls and will continue to go to Sherwin-Williams for all my future paint and paint tools.

Dino Halilovic: I went there this morning to buy some paint and they were charging me 70$ a gallon of semi gloss white paint that I usually pay around 40$ The guy named ROBERT told me that my account is not good for some reason and I believed him and I paid for the paint and then I went to another store on Big Beaver Rd and Troy to return the same paint since I was thinking it is overcharged and the guy over there was surprised how much they charged me and he calls the store to see why did they charge me that much and then they told him to sent me back there so they can correct everything. I DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO GO THERE TO BUY ANYTHING WHO knows how much people they overcharged THY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY. !!!!!!!!

The representatives are focused on customer service from helping with ideas, answering technical questions, to mixing and matching the pigments to order! If you need a mood lift and the skies are threatening rain, drop into this happy little Sherwin Williams store and luxuriate in light, color, and a welcoming feeling.

Dorota Delao: I needed help picking out the right color for my ceiling. The color I thought I needed was wrong and when I called to see if it could be lightened, I was told no. I should've gotten the basic one, which does not have anything added. Since the associate knew that I wasn't sure what color I needed, why didn't he suggest that color to begin with, so I could darken it as needed?I wasted $30 for a gallon ( no smaller size available) and I have absolutely no use for it. I have to go waste another $30 for hopefully the right color.From now on, I will stick to ACE. They have great service and know how to help me get the right colors.

David Baehr: Great paint. They have a glass mask paint that is great. Paint it on the glass, don't worry about getting on the wood it acts like a prime. I spray painted my French style doors, a lot of glass. When done you cut along the edge and peel off the paint. Glass mask works.

No where on the site does it said, by appointment only. Call when I got to the front door, the lady that asked the phone, had a tone, of that she really wanted to help, or someone told her not to open the door, when there was NO one in the store. Told them was outside at the door. With a mask 😷 holding a conversation over the phone. Someone looked out, and turned away, as if was not customers coming to give them business👎🏾 It’s was Very rude!!!!!!!!!! Will take my business elsewhere. Where customer service, Is happy and willing to service the customer.

Megan Bek: This place is very cool, a great spot to both find and create uniquely interesting wallpaper for creating the accent wall of which dreams are made!The best part is their reasonable per panel pricing, which cost the same whether it is selected from their own brand of designs created in-house, designer label nrand such as Kitson, or a design you send them to create pn your behalf from digital images you own or created yourself.There are 2 price ranges available as options to choose from, including a high end standard wallpaper or you can choose from a variety of available textures and fabric styles within their premium priced line-up of options your wallpaper can be created on.Only drawback I can report back on after my recent visit to this location is an approximate eait time of 2 weeks to for an order to be filled once you have placed it, so turn around time is not ideal possibly if the timeline to have your wallpaper project completed by are tight.Oh, one last thing I should mention is their website - its freakin awesome!!! Highly interactive, allowing you to change multiple color options for each wallpaper design as you scroll through them, which males it a highly customizable option you can basically use to put your own creative stamp on your home design being executed.Staff was super friendly, with Nira who works up front assisting customers providing rockstar customer service to any patrons entering the shop or phoning in with questions. She was also very hands on in answering all of mine and patiently answered my 20 question ans going over all the details about their product lines, order placement, and production timelines I had while there.All that I have left to say about this plave is that I will be back to make a purchase in the near future, Nira, that I can promise you!
