Paula D: I have a Brother multifunction printer in my Home Office. I was trying to scan both my grad school certificate of completion and my transcripts using the multi document tray. The certificate got jammed and I could not release it. Out of desperation I thought of who I could call to help me with this problem and I thought of Rapid Refill. I called over there and they invited me to come visit with the printer and it was resolved within minutes. They went above and beyond to help me with this and I truly appreciate their customer service! Thank you!

Jerrold Bartholomew: I purchased toner for my HP 402n printer from Rapid Response at the end of July. It was/is (it is still going strong in mid-October) a high capacity cartridge. I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase for both quality and price. Moreover, I found everyone I dealt with at Rapid Response to be professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Based on my experience with them, I find their explanations of the few low ratings here completely credible. I will definitely be back.

Zachary Ward: Rapid Response saves me money on ink cartridges and, when I have any issues with my printer (and let's be honest, most printers are often frustrating to deal with for small business), their customer service is outstanding. I have found that I cannot get the information nor service attention I need when I go to big box supply store, or try to troubleshoot my issues on online forums. Working with Rapid Response feels like I'm a big business with a professional service contract, and not just some guy with printer issues. Feels good.
Des Palacio: If I could of picked no stars I would have! I called ahead of time to get my ink toner and they said yes they have what I’m looking for. My choice was to go Office Max but my husband convinced me to go to this place because he has used them previously and he loves to support local businesses. After making my purchase I got home and put the two items I purchased into my printer and one of their products would not recognized because there was no ink in it. So I called and told them my situation and Bruce kept saying that maybe it was my printer and that maybe I needed to fix something on my end, sorry but what happened to providing customer service. Needless to say Peter had to come to my house and redeliver the product and stated that 1 out of 10 of his products sometimes does not work properly. I never got an apology from Bruce or Peter for selling me a product that did not work and retracting their statement of saying that maybe it was my printer when in fact it was their product that did not work! Don’t expect customer service from this place cause they will make it seem that you are the problem and that their products work. When an employee (Peter) states that 1 out of 10 of their products don’t work, I believe that calls for an apology! But I guess I’m just another person that walked in and was just another sell to them not an actual customer. Hmmm... being a local business wouldn’t you appreciate your community supporting your business but I guess not in this case.

Robin Winton: I love Walgreens. Today I went to this location. The cashier was VERY RUDE VERY BAD ATTITUDE.. MS. TRACIE 😔 ON LINE it said the FedEx at location would print a letter for me. When I asked Ms. TRACIE she said she didn't know she called for help in the photo department. I assume it was the manager. Blond female 40s she was also rude. I won't be back to this one
Armani Fair: Today my sister and I came to check out the perfumes and we were racially profiled. The cashier (she had short curly hair) came over and rudely checked if the counter was locked despite us just looking at the counter. This behavior is unacceptable and disgusting in this day in age. We should be able to look at items in the store without being watched or followed. Especially with her checking if it was locked when we were just standing there. Disgusting

Sarah Mathew: I have been with this location for nearly 10 years. I had a brief break when I had an insurance that didn't authorize Walgreens and I was forced to go to other places until I had a change (and had several terrible experiences elsewhere). This location is special. The primary pharmacist may change over the years, but they always seem to get in amazing techs who will help fight for you and call your insurance when there's issues. I've had them even help bring to my attention coupons to help bring my co-pays down further on more expensive needed meds.They have treats for dogs so of course it's one of his favorite errands to run with me and he waited eagerly in his passenger booster seat for his reward.As long as I live in this area I will remain here, and I have no plans on moving! So kudos to this location! Techs make or break your experience and they always seem to do a wonderful job with hiring some great people. Some who have been around for over 5 years and that should tell you something too!Love you guys!
Mark Hooven: Constant problems with this pharmacy even with prescriptions that have been regularly filled there for over 18 months. While waiting in line for my meds, several other customers have been in line complaining about the same things. Ended up switching pharmacies despite the location being next door to my house because going anywhere else was more convenient.

It's a busy location, but despite this staff are always friendly, service is prompt and staff are always willing to go above and beyond- always willing to call provider's offices, answer questions, they even stayed open late one evening for me to pick up my husband's cardiac medication after being discharged late from the hospital. Anette, the pharmacist I've dealt with on several occasions is amazing, as are every single other staff member I've encountered here (and sadly, I'm here a lot these days so that is saying a lot). So glad to have made the switch from another local pharmacy about 2 years ago.

They have been getting nicer and nicer over the past year or so.I am a member, so I use the coupons on my phone and use the points for cash off of my purchases. Sometimes they have really great coupons and sales, sometimes they are pretty expensive without coupons.We used to use the photo center until I got a printer for Christmas. The photo quality is pretty good. I used the app to order photos a couple of times. They are usually pretty quick, and if they arent ready, someone can print them if I ask.The pharmacy staff is always kind and prompt. I have never had an issue with them at all. If I have to wait for anything, its not very long.There is one employee I have to give props. Mike is one of the night cashiers, he is always so happy and sweet. He greats everyone with a great smile and "Hello, welcome to Walgreens!"I'm glad my local walgreens is a nice place to stop.

He told me that there is only a date written on the box. He said we have information to confirm this. I waited for him for more than half an hour. He did not come out of the pharmacy, and he closed the doors. I recorded everything
Sylvina Barash: The first time i went to get my first dose for covid, and the girl had almost gave me the booster(w/o having my first) and i had made sure thankfully before she did it. i went in today to get my second dose and i called and made sure for my appointment and they told me to come in right away. I get there and they say they have no more second doses even though i need to get my second shot TODAY. there was also 2 girls who needed there second dose at the exact same time as me and they didn’t have any for any of us. They just told us to go to another Walgreens… never coming back. They inconvenienced at least 3 people in the spam of 5 minutes because of there unpreparedness.

Has no idea how to have a conversation or help others out. we had medications to pick up and she was a reason why my sister was rushed to the EMT. she went out of her way to call another walgreens and cvs and lie and say i picked up the prescription when i didn’t. Very rude, unprofessional.
Nan McClar: I was just there Saturday to pick up a Rx for my mom. They were friendly, professional and quick. While I was there picking up for my mom, I asked if I could get one filled for another family member. He had never filled an Rx there. So they had to put all of his info into the computer and they did it so quickly. I was expecting to have to just drop it off and him go back to pick it up the next day. But even though they were close to closing time, they filled it right away. I definitely recommend this Walgreens for prescriptions!

We received a confirmation e-mail with paperwork to complete and bring to the appointment, and directions to arrive no later than 6 PM; we arrived at 5:55 PM to find the store closed, with a sign indicating the drive-thru pharmacy was open (it was also closed at 5:55 PM, with a line of cars presumably there to pick up prescriptions). We just checked the store website, it's showing "open" until 10 PM; apparently, whomever is running the site and scheduling appointments isn't communicating with whomever is actually running the store. In our case we can reschedule with a different company, but I wonder what everyone else who was there to pick up prescriptions is supposed to do this evening.
hobokArA69 Cho: My boyfriend doesn't want me to share his negative experience. He hasn't had his diabetes meds or blood pressure meds for over a week. He has had 5 heart attacks and could die from med withdrawals. They never have his meds ready in time. And they will have him come in 4 days in a row for four different meds saying they don't have them to be all ready at once. And when he goes to get his insulin they tell him it's ready and when he goes up to get it, they give it away to the next person and tell him they are out of it. So send your grandma here if you want her to die.

TeamMember wasn’t able to locate it after we pointed to it 4 times (we saw the name on the shipping label.long Dark haired female Photo technician working 12/17/21 at 9:20 pm was insisting that we did not place an order with attitude after I showed her my tracking label. She didn’t apologize for being wrong. Set package on table and had me struggle to open it to see if it was correct. She was very rude for no reason. Photo came out great but not worth dealing with a sassy person for no reason.

Selena: Get your medications filled somewhere else if you would like to get your medications with no problem. Every time I come here to pick up a prescription there’s some sort of issue, mistake or problem on their end. They rather just tell you no than to help you and actually look into it and problem solve. You would think they would be more considerate and more willing to resolve the issue since the people picking up the prescriptions have some sort of Illness or condition. But nope they rather tell u no, go in circles with you, have you call around only to end up right where we started bc it’s something that they “missed”.

Now for the bad, this store has self checkouts that you are forced to use because theres never a cashier at the register and the self checkout without fail every time me or any other customer i see it gives them issues and takes up more time and makes the cashier fix it multiple times before your done. Staff were very friendly, worked hard, and did what they could to help me (which they ended up doing and got me 4 refills all at once). sam hanna: I have honestly dealt with many pharmacies and I don't understand why this location doesn't have such high ratings because their service was phenomenal. I spoke with the pharmacist Aneta, 15 minutes before closing and my mom just had surgery and needed her prescription. It was impossible for me to have my prescriptions ready on time but Aneta made it happen. I highly recommend them. Without them my mom would've been in a lot of pain tonight. Thanks again 😊
