He told me that there is only a date written on the box. He said we have information to confirm this. I waited for him for more than half an hour. He did not come out of the pharmacy, and he closed the doors. I recorded everything
Sylvina Barash: The first time i went to get my first dose for covid, and the girl had almost gave me the booster(w/o having my first) and i had made sure thankfully before she did it. i went in today to get my second dose and i called and made sure for my appointment and they told me to come in right away. I get there and they say they have no more second doses even though i need to get my second shot TODAY. there was also 2 girls who needed there second dose at the exact same time as me and they didn’t have any for any of us. They just told us to go to another Walgreens… never coming back. They inconvenienced at least 3 people in the spam of 5 minutes because of there unpreparedness.

The manager stalled me until all the Walgreens closed to tell me that I have to pick up my controlled substance else where when everything else was closed. No I have to go to the hospital because they wouldn’t give me my medication‘s that I paid for ?? If you are an elder patient please don’t go here they will mess up your meds an put you in the hospital like they did to me
Stella Louis: this was one of my favorite walgreens until this pharmacist “zara” stepped a foot in. she’s very unprofessional and rude. Has no idea how to have a conversation or help others out. we had medications to pick up and she was a reason why my sister was rushed to the EMT. she went out of her way to call another walgreens and cvs and lie and say i picked up the prescription when i didn’t. Very rude, unprofessional.
Nan McClar: I was just there Saturday to pick up a Rx for my mom. They were friendly, professional and quick. While I was there picking up for my mom, I asked if I could get one filled for another family member. He had never filled an Rx there. So they had to put all of his info into the computer and they did it so quickly. I was expecting to have to just drop it off and him go back to pick it up the next day. But even though they were close to closing time, they filled it right away. I definitely recommend this Walgreens for prescriptions!

Kelly DiLoreto: My husband made an appointment to get his daughter a Covid booster shot on Monday at 6:15 PM. We received a confirmation e-mail with paperwork to complete and bring to the appointment, and directions to arrive no later than 6 PM; we arrived at 5:55 PM to find the store closed, with a sign indicating the drive-thru pharmacy was open (it was also closed at 5:55 PM, with a line of cars presumably there to pick up prescriptions). We just checked the store website, it's showing "open" until 10 PM; apparently, whomever is running the site and scheduling appointments isn't communicating with whomever is actually running the store. In our case we can reschedule with a different company, but I wonder what everyone else who was there to pick up prescriptions is supposed to do this evening.
hobokArA69 Cho: My boyfriend doesn't want me to share his negative experience. He hasn't had his diabetes meds or blood pressure meds for over a week. He has had 5 heart attacks and could die from med withdrawals. They never have his meds ready in time. And they will have him come in 4 days in a row for four different meds saying they don't have them to be all ready at once. And when he goes to get his insulin they tell him it's ready and when he goes up to get it, they give it away to the next person and tell him they are out of it. So send your grandma here if you want her to die.

TeamMember wasn’t able to locate it after we pointed to it 4 times (we saw the name on the shipping label.long Dark haired female Photo technician working 12/17/21 at 9:20 pm was insisting that we did not place an order with attitude after I showed her my tracking label. She didn’t apologize for being wrong. Set package on table and had me struggle to open it to see if it was correct. She was very rude for no reason. Photo came out great but not worth dealing with a sassy person for no reason.

Armani Fair: Today my sister and I came to check out the perfumes and we were racially profiled. The cashier (she had short curly hair) came over and rudely checked if the counter was locked despite us just looking at the counter. This behavior is unacceptable and disgusting in this day in age. We should be able to look at items in the store without being watched or followed. Especially with her checking if it was locked when we were just standing there. Disgusting

Sarah Mathew: I have been with this location for nearly 10 years. I had a brief break when I had an insurance that didn't authorize Walgreens and I was forced to go to other places until I had a change (and had several terrible experiences elsewhere). This location is special. The primary pharmacist may change over the years, but they always seem to get in amazing techs who will help fight for you and call your insurance when there's issues. I've had them even help bring to my attention coupons to help bring my co-pays down further on more expensive needed meds.They have treats for dogs so of course it's one of his favorite errands to run with me and he waited eagerly in his passenger booster seat for his reward.As long as I live in this area I will remain here, and I have no plans on moving! So kudos to this location! Techs make or break your experience and they always seem to do a wonderful job with hiring some great people. Some who have been around for over 5 years and that should tell you something too!Love you guys!
Mark Hooven: Constant problems with this pharmacy even with prescriptions that have been regularly filled there for over 18 months. While waiting in line for my meds, several other customers have been in line complaining about the same things. Ended up switching pharmacies despite the location being next door to my house because going anywhere else was more convenient.

Megan Wagner: I can't say enough positive things about this pharmacy. It's a busy location, but despite this staff are always friendly, service is prompt and staff are always willing to go above and beyond- always willing to call provider's offices, answer questions, they even stayed open late one evening for me to pick up my husband's cardiac medication after being discharged late from the hospital. Anette, the pharmacist I've dealt with on several occasions is amazing, as are every single other staff member I've encountered here (and sadly, I'm here a lot these days so that is saying a lot). So glad to have made the switch from another local pharmacy about 2 years ago.
Alicia Drew: I would give no starts if possible pharmacist is a joke after filling a script for years upon years of records they have they decide to not fill anymore even after asking for a pre authorization and getting one. Waste of time super unprofessional the way she decided to put my life in her hands over my doctor. Then I call back and have gotten hung up on three times I wouldn't do business with them. I know I will not be anymore. She should be fired or lose her license.

They have been getting nicer and nicer over the past year or so.I am a member, so I use the coupons on my phone and use the points for cash off of my purchases. Sometimes they have really great coupons and sales, sometimes they are pretty expensive without coupons.We used to use the photo center until I got a printer for Christmas. The photo quality is pretty good. I used the app to order photos a couple of times. They are usually pretty quick, and if they arent ready, someone can print them if I ask.The pharmacy staff is always kind and prompt. I have never had an issue with them at all. If I have to wait for anything, its not very long.There is one employee I have to give props. Mike is one of the night cashiers, he is always so happy and sweet. He greats everyone with a great smile and "Hello, welcome to Walgreens!"I'm glad my local walgreens is a nice place to stop.

So I guess the one star you're forced to receive can be for the savings I would have never looked for had Samiur not provoked me to.

I don't care I want people to get their break but at least get my script you told me was ready to n 10 min. they have the worst customer service ever . they should be fired .

John Beshai: This is the worst Walgreens ever, the employees do not know what they are doing, three ladies today worded in my prescription, one told me we are out of your medication, the other one told me you need a refill, the third one after she said you need a refill, she said no you don’t need a refill, and when I told her I will complain about what happen tonight that you make me wait for half an hour and you don’t know how to pronounce my name right she said “whatever.” The service I got from those employees tonight was down right rude and disrespectful.

Lisa (The Sterling Critic): Walgreens pharmacy is horrible!!! I switch to Rite Aid. They would always send me messages saying it was an insurance problem when actually it was my dogs medicine that doesn’t even get covered under insurance. Half the time they don’t have a pharmacist so you can I get your medicine. This is not the pharmacist fault but more than likely Walgreens for not paying them enough.
Meghan Rokita: Very disappointed with this location's pharmacy.After surgery, the surgeon prescribed a muscle relaxer for me. As I was bedridden and my husband was sick, I requested the delivery service they offer through FedEx. I submitted and paid for same-day delivery. The app said "shipped", but it didn't arrive after two days, and I had no tracking number. I called the pharmacy and they said they had no way to track it. I called on the 3rd day and only then found out FedEx never picked it up - it was in the pharmacy the whole time! I had my husband pick it up, and he came back with an entirely different maintenance medication of mine. The employee tried to blame my husband for not knowing the name of the medication, after I had spoken with 2 pharmacy technicians to clarify this situation. Communication failed on several occasions, and I was without a post-surgical medication for 3 days. Couldn't even get it filled somewhere else since they billed my insurance. Multiple people dropped the ball.

Marie Walsh: I was pleasantly surprised to find that Walgreens actually sold prepaid flip phones! I bought my 85 y/o mother an Android Smart Phone. She just could not get used to it for the life of her. She finally gave in and asked for a flip phone, which I had to re-learn how to use. She's only had it back one day and the wording is incredibly small. She used to have a phone from Jitterbug which was sadly the biggest rip off to the senior community I've ever seen. Much to expensive for both the phone and services!!!This time I went with the Verizon Cymbal??? and I was able to add it to our family plan which gives GREAT rates. The clerk was the same girl I had last week and I actually had to tell her how pleasant she was. You don't get that much in customer service now a days.
