Laurie C.: I've been here twice and I enjoyed the bone broth beef brisket soup twice. The only reason I gave it a four star is because I would like a bit more scallions, corn, vegetables in the broth and the brisket was a bit fatty, however the pork dumplings were excellent and the flavor and presentation of the soup was wonderful!
Jeong Hyeok Ri: Tried this place for the first time today and I was astonished by the quality. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was so good that even though I was already getting full I couldn't help but eat everything until it was gone! We drove 1 hour just to eat at this location and the amazing experience made our drive more than worth it! The food is definitely made fresh and with love. I would highly recommend the Spicy Szechuan with Fish (麻辣沸腾鱼米线). It has a lovely mild spiciness that isn't overwhelmingly spicy. The Marinated Eggs (卤鸡蛋) were so good that we ordered 20 to-go! The food also came out very fast, albeit we went on a Monday night and there were not many other customers. My only critique is that it is a little on the expensive side, but the portion sizes are quite generous. We will definitely be coming again. 好吃！

john keller: This used to be my go to spot. Eat here one to two times per week for lunch and dinner. I understand the Covid pandemic has changed a lot. The last time I ate here the food was average at best and I think 18 dollars I did not feel I had an 18 dollar meal. You are getting a 2 due to your attitude when I came in like you didn’t care I ordered dinner. And also looking at these reviews and your arguments back to Customers for giving real feed back. I did look at 4 other menus local to the area and your prices are the highest of all them. So I will turn your words back to you do a quick google search and see your prices are no longer competitive with other local places. I will be going to these other local places who are welcoming to my business and not bashing customers reviews. And also save myself 4 dollars per meal on average at these others placesThis is an add on to your comeback to the review. Your chicken pad Thai on your menu is 17 dollar plus tax. Jubear Aupu: Had dinner at this restaurant today with my wife and kids. Food was okay but over priced. Service was quick but the waitress seemed rushed to clean up, had no welcoming or friendly vibe, and even started cleaning the table while we were still sitting. 20% service charge was automatically added to the bill. Will not recommend this place to anyone and will not eat there ever again!My kids ( under 2 year old) didn’t make any mess on the table. They were sitting on high chairs. The waitress made us sit in the back although there was no else dining in at the time. Felt like we were doing something wrong by dining in and giving them business. Not kid friendly. Terrible restaurant with attitude and service.
Marwin Van: I always revisit this place for Thai food as I think it's one of the best in Metro Detroit. Pad thai is nice and saucy while other places can be dry from not having enough. We moved seats because the bugs were so bad....she shrugged her shoulders and said sorry and we didn't see her again until she brought the bill. I wouldn't eat there again and I wouldn't recommend eating there.

The spring rolls were nice and crispy, they also came out very fast. When we took our first bites of our curries, we looked at each other with shock and delight. I will definitely be stopping in again when I make my way down here.Vegetarian options: Tofu and vegetable options for most of their options, as well as Vegitarian appetizers.

Blackheart Lives: Update. 3-24-23 Celebrating a job well done and a goal achieved...my son chose Lims...my boy is the greatest. Once again our meal was totally the best. Battered chicken dishes are truly outstanding. The chicken pieces are superb. All of us were happy as usual. Here is something I NEED to share. The owner is experimenting with what I am calling fusion egg roles. Last night she told me she had something new and she had a few left. What she had made this time (hand made) was what she called a polish egg roll. OH MY WHAT A TREAT. it had fresh vegetables and polish sausage. She served it with a sauce that she made by hand too. A mayo, garlic and something else sauce that really complimented the flavor of the PER. She also has on the menu now a corned beef egg roll with another new sauce that is similar to thousand island but different. Those are just too good. AND, she will exchange your combination egg roll for a new one for just a small upcharge. Please try Lims.Update 3-11-23. We actually have been here a few times since this update. That alone says that we like it here. It isn't just the food (but that's the main reason.) We love the friendliness of the owner. She is really fun in a professional way. They have a decent amount of inside sit down business but it isn't loud. Best of all they have a new asian corned beef egg roll. Truly outstanding.We all liked Lims a lot. I had something off of the non combination area (Hong Kong chicken.) It took extra time and oh yes it was worth it. A big plus was that I had enough to have an entire second meal. Really recommend that everyone try Lims at least three times...and then keep trying.Vegetarian options: It's a Chinese restaurant. There are always options.

Nancy Burgess: We arrived after 2 and was told that all the staff was on lunch. It would be 15 min. We sat down and yes staff was sitting down eating. Food took quite awhile and tasted terrible. Almond chicken was hard like refried or something. Sweet and Sour chicken very fatty and tough. Sesame chicken very fatty and sauce was not good. Neither soup nor egg roll came with meal. Waitress never came back to see if we needed anything or refill water glasses. And to top it all off. They added onto bill their tip without are input. Service was not good why should I pay 18% tip. Tip should be based on the quality of service not a given. Don't waste your people. Will never return.Parking: Parking lot is a mess needs repaired

Amy Mar: Great Chinese Szechuan restaurant in the area. We got the green beans, squirrel fish (both flavors), pork and bamboo stir fry and salt and pepper squid. Every dish was amazing except the salt and pepper squid that night (dry and lacking the salt and pepper seasoning which is the best part). But overall this place is a consistent favorite.

Jodi McAllister: I ordered carry out there a couple weeks ago. My son picked it up. That evening I saw on my debit card it was a lot of money for 9 meals. I got my menu and added it up knowing there was no way my bill was correct. Even with the tip my son gave them. I called and 10 days later she called me back telling me I was wrong. We have been going here for years now no one in my family will be going back. So watch your bill they really did over charge me.

Frank penzin: I'll give it 31/2 *. My order was almond chic dinner w/ egg roll and chic fried rice. All was good and tasty but for 13.00 I got 2 chic breast fillet pieces. My other favorite Chinese restaurant in Troy( 18mi -Rochester rd) is equally tasty with 3 chic fillets. I know, it's just an extra piece of chicken...but it's an extra piece of chicken breast. 2 slices of chicken breast to me is stingy when paying 13 for a dinner. That's just me. Their food was tasty though. Just comparing these 2 good restaurants I go to.

Katelyn Burger: Overpriced for what you get and unfriendly staff… when I walked into the restaurant everyone just STARED at me as if I had just walked into someones house and not a restaurant. Once I made it to the counter for my pickup I tried making small talk and just being friendly since walking in was very awkward but the lady cashing me out was short and did not smile and her body language indicated she was offended by my friendliness or at least annoyed by it. Shame used to love this place before the pandemic!!!

M H: This place was recommended to me by a friend and I thought the food was really good and worth the 8 mile drive. I generally order the General Tso chicken all the time but over the last year this place has really went down. Each time I've ordered it just gets worse but today was the last straw because I will not pay for 2 day old chicken. So I will be taking my business somewhere else that offers freshly cooked food.

Mitchell Dailey: My experience so far has been great. Love their Bangkok chicken because it’s not greasy and not too salty. Their fried rice is also really good using fresh fruit and vegetables (also not too salty either). Their hot is super spicy too which I love. I think they will be my go to when I want Asian takeout in my area.

While the restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, the food was lacking in flavor and authenticity.I tried the pad Thai which was okay, but it didn't stand out as anything special. It lacked the authentic Thai flavors and spices that I was expecting, and the overall taste was quite bland. While it was still edible, it was not what I was hoping for in terms of taste and quality.The rest of the menu was also underwhelming. The crispy spring rolls were dry and lacked any discernible flavor, and the curries lacked depth and complexity.
