Even I don’t know when they come to my house and did service or not.if they came they didn’t inform me that they r coming to my property, which is not appropriate that they came to my property without my permission.

Josh: This company has poor communication. I seen a hiring ad on Indeed for a Lawn Tech Applicator position, and I went into the office to apply instead of doing it online. Once I walked in the hiring manager(Chris) was out for the day, and I was assisted by others. They had no idea if they were even hiring, or not. I then filled out a application, and upon me turning it in they asked if I was licensed to spray. I hesitantly said no as there was nothing in their ad about it. It was a basic ad asking for anyone to hire. They then told me I should be expecting a call the next day. Phone never rang. So I call them the next day after. They told me Chris was busy, and he would call me within a hour. Well again I got nothing. Then to find out a little bit later on they took their Indeed advertisement down. So instead of calling me, and telling me they aren’t hiring anymore they are just going to ignore me, and take the ad down. I also have four years of honorable military experience that is recent. So it’s not like I was just some kid walking in there with no experience in anything.

Mary Beth Hill: My lawn has never looked so bad. They mowed it way too short despite my asking them several times to raise the blade. They finally did late in the season. By then it was burnt out. In several spots they got down to the dirt. I called them enough that they came out to reseed the bad spots but when they did they never prepped the soil. The following week the guys mowed over it so it never grew. I have canceled my service.

Gennady Kostinsky: Used this service for couple of years. After they didn't start this spring called their office and informed that I was "let go as problematic customer". They couldn't tell me what the problem was either. They just neglected to tell me that in advance. Interesting that I always paid on time and owe them nothing, I guess my problematic part was making sure they come to shovel snow after snowstorm as in prepaid contract and fixing my lawn after they broke it. Sounds like they want all of the money but no responsibility. We'll, I am sure I can found someone who actually does work for the money, no need for favors here , they weren't cheap.In their response they claim past due invoices , which were past due the moment they are issued and their multiple "collection calls". I believe it's normal to have 30 days to pay an invoice on lawn care. Also they didn't clean snow on time, now claiming that I wanted "special treatment ", still confused what makes it "special".At the end of the day when they cancelled with no warning I owed them nothing. However, found another vendor, so loss is theirs. Definitely do not recommend this company, lots of better lawn care vendor out there

Red Green: If you are caregiver for your parent and their home, avoid Greenline. They are terrible for disabled people and seniors who cannot go outside and re-install the downspouts that Greenline mows over every week. They destroyed several plastic downspouts and ruined landscaping by crashing mowers into our brick retaining wall, causing it to fall. Expensive for low-quality work. In addition, their weeding service pulled out nearly $500 worth of new perennials in summer 2020.Their customer service is non-existent. Every year, they repeat the same mistakes. When you call to complain, they refuse to listen, wish you a "Blessed day", then hang up on you.In response to the owner on 10.4.22: Of course I reported these problems to various employees. It is clear from your response that your organization communicates poorly with each other and that your employee turnover is high. As one example, the medical diagnosis was reported to the front office in 2021. Attached is a picture taken today of the most recent downspout ruined: note that it was connected to the gutter this morning, then Greenline mowed and disconnected it. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.So glad we will not have to deal with this next year.

They skipped a week in late May when grass grows quickly, claiming it was too wet (it wasn't) and then didn't bother to show up for over a week for the next cut. So we went more than 2 weeks without them coming. The grass was over 7 inches high by the time they finally came and when they did, it was only after I had to track them down. I called multiple times over the course of a week to find out when they were coming and never got a reliable answer - just a bunch of excuses, empty promises and rude employees. Last fall, we signed them up to do our fall clean-up (paid in advance) and they didn't even come until December. Again, when I called to find out why that was taking so long it was excuses upon excuses. I spent far too much of my time time trying to get answers from a company that clearly didn't value my business. Their customer service is an absolute mess. George Piliouras: I hired Greenline Lawn for lawn cutting about 5 years ago. They do a great job in cutting, trimming and clean up and come out weekly! I've gotten to know the great crew members like Brandon and Brian and go outside to say hi and thank them for a great job when I see them! When I discovered the other services they offer, I then hired them for Fall and Spring clean-up which is cleaning up all of Fall's leaves, fallen branches, cutting back grasses and plants and anything in our yard to prepare our yard for the upcoming season, and we have many trees. I also recently hired them for grass fertilizing which is 5 times per season. They do a professional job and the quality of grass fertilizer is better and less expensive than anything I've bought in stores. Another added value is when I call their office to discuss anything with their office team they are always courteous and highly professional. We had a whole group of us out at their home mid-May to clean up their yard and turn it into an oasis to retreat to during chemotherapy throughout the summer. We planted flowers, mulched, mowed and edged then enjoyed some great food, drinks and conversation! As a whole we also raised enough donations to purchase lawn care maintenance until the end of the season plus a few gift cards to some their favorite places.As I searched for a lawn maintenance company, I knew I would prefer a small company or maybe one trying to start up. Another coworker of mine brought in a flyer, so I called to get an estimate. The price was in the range I was looking for so I decided to go with company A. It really wasnt a company, just a one man operation. From the beginning it was difficult to make sure he was actually mowing on the days he said he would be there. It continued with excuse after excuse. He would miss giant patches on the two occassions he actually showed up. I decided to give it one more shot, prepaid him for two weeks (keep in mind I'm paying for this with donations! He knew the whole story!) and thought everything would work out. It didn't. He was a no call/no show again, but this time he didn't respond to my calls/messages! That was it, time to find another someone else.By this time it was June, and most companies were booked up for the summer. I called First Cut and left a voicemail; almost immediately I received a call back from Joe, the owner. He was able to provide a quote (and, you can tell by this long review, my whole story) which price wise was a little more than the first guy but still extremely reasonable and within my budget. Little did I know how pleasant it would be working with him and his crew. The day Joe said his guys would be there, they were there. I never had any issues with wondering if my coworker was taken care of. We had fantastic service the entire summer. Thank you Joe and crew!!

Janel: I have been trying to contacting “Joe” for almost a week. I hired him to snowblow this 2017-2018 season. The last snow we had they never came out once to snowblow or shovel we received a couple of inches, prior to that we received about 9 inches they came out once they didn’t do all of my side walk so I had to shovel also I had two cars in the driveway so they couldn’t do much but the fact that they didn’t knock on the door ask us to move our cars or at the very least finish our “proper amount of sidewalk” would have been nice I’ve left voicemails, emails this is my next resort. Don’t be fooled by this company they do no respond and they do not do good service !

CHERYL ASHTON: Used this service for both lawn & snow for 2 years with good service.This spring (2017) service was terrible & irregular. Initial response from First Cut/Kelly was fairly quick, but as service continued to deteriorate & not done within the guidelines they provided in writing, there was no response from First Cut. Then, last 2 cuts were by a contractor that we did not know. Contacted FC again for explanation with no response. 6/16/17 rec'd an invoice from new company - at an increased rate & for service dates when FC was responding about service!Again contacted FC for explanation and again no response. Only reason for 2 rating instead of 1 at this time is because of previous years.

James Tourangeau: I asked them to come while I was home the first time so I could show them where to mow I work at 430 in the afternoon and they said they could do that. They came 4 days later while I was at work , completely didn't even touch other side of driveway, that is clearly mine because it's directly in front of the fence to backyard.i emailed them, they said they would fix it, 3 days later they still had not returned, then being the following week so I emailed again that they still had not returned and since it's a weekly mow I said that I wasn't paying for a week of mowing because it was incomplete and was told they were not coming back anymore
