Nancy Archdale: I am insured through consumers energy service plan so had to use this company. I own a mobile home. They led me to believe they were going to do the work I needed done after the inspection I didn't here from them so I called they told me that they couldn't locate a hot water tank the size required and that it was VERY EXPENSIVE. I told them that home depot sells the one I require If I purchase they will install at a high price Just giving me a runaround I reported the company to Consumers and I will not call them for service again. THEY DO NOT WORK ON MOBILE HOMES.

Thomas Bader: Wow what a great company. It is rare to find a service company that is both honest and competent, but that is what I have found with A & F Water Heating. I was especially impressed with Ty, the service representative who came to my house. Not only did Ty quickly and accurately diagnose the problem, but he took the initiative to fix several other issues I did not even know I had, all of which was the result of work done previously by other less trustworthy companies. Ty not only fixed my water heater (under warranty), he also replaced and fixed the slope of the drain, extended the length of the hose from the humidifier into the drain, replaced the flashing on the flu and repositioned the drain hose in the crawl space which was pouring water into the crawl, all at an incredibly reasonable price. I will be using no one but A and F in the future. Way to go Ty and A and F.

Ken: Needed warranty work on new hot water heater. Returned call, left voicemail. No response. Called again and got appointment scheduled. Had appointment rescheduled 3 times only after calling and asking for ETA and they kept saying “ oh you’re not on the books today”.Would not recommend at all. Ended up replacing part myself. They didn’t even say sorry when they realized I wasn’t on the schedule.

Paul McCoy: These people will try and charge you for service even when no service is rendered! Disgusting and dishonest business tactics!I called and asked to have someone come out and "take a look" at my water heater because it was leaking and I expressed that I knew it probably needed to be replaced. So, when they got here and said as much it wasn't a surprise. I was given a quote for this and then told there would be a $135 "service call" charge right then and there.What service?! I was NEVER told there would be a service charge just for coming out to give me a quote. That's unheard of and I would never have agreed to it! No other company would try to charge you for evaluation like this. Just call around and see for yourself.

Cyana Dang: Had AF replaced the thermocouple 5 months ago. Thermocouples are supposed to last a few years. Again, my water heater’s thermocouple is malfunctioning. I called them to let them know that and have someone come repair it. I was told that they will be charging me for the service call AND any parts to repair. They just replaced it 5 months ago!!!! I would definitely not use this company!!! Please call someone else!

Edmond Mui: Lowes doesn't like to give returns. Paid with PayPal and was told there was an issue with my PayPal account so they can't do the return, then called PayPal and was told there was no issue with my account or their system. Lowes clearly did not want to even try to resolve the issue until after I stood there waiting on the phone with PayPal for over 15 minutes. Then magically they said they can process it all of a sudden. Also noticed they returned less than what I paid on the original transaction. Not going back to deal with that BS. Very shady and deceiving practice. Waste of my time and horrible service. Better to shop at Home Depot.Update: Called customer service because after 3 weeks my funds still were not returned after the initial issue of the return in store. After speaking to the representative basically was told nothing could be done on their end since the transaction has been processed. Even though I gave back all the merchandise in store they did not want to return the funds and were completely rude about the situation and clearly did not want to help. Lowe's is just being a straight up crook at this point. Definitely never shopping here again.

Shahid Bashir: I am a frequent shopper at this location and have a Lowes Credit Card account. The staff has always been very helpful and courteous, except for today when I had to return an item which I had purchased last week. I had the misfortune to be served by Kelara, who turned out to be the most inefficient, rude and downright stupid character. She refused to take back the item saying it was not from Lowes but some other store. I tried to explain to her a number of times but she kept interrupting and rudely repeated the same reason. When I insisted that she carefully check the item number, of course it turned out to be the correct one. She quickly credited the amount and walked away without looking back and did not have the courtesy or decency to apologize. After walking out of the store, I realized that I have to talk to the Manager and bring this staff's behaviour to the management's notice. The Manager was very courteous and assured me that she would talk to the staff. I understand that there is a shortage of staff, but Lowes should ensure that they hire someone with at least a high school diploma. This person has no business dealing with customers.

The older gentleman whose name is Michael helped me.I explained everything to him, gave him my receipt, the item and original box. He asked me if I wanted a replacement or refund. I wanted a refund so my son could pick up the newest model. Michael was so helpful and sweet that I told the manager on duty that Michael should train the new hires. I just love Home Depot.

As he interviewed me he continued to talk down to me and basically tell me that I wasn’t fit for the job at all and proceeded to tell me that when he was 19 years old he liked to party and so with me being 21 it wouldn’t be a good fit for me he also seemed very offended because I told him I worked part time at apple bees which Home Depot is part time so it shouldn’t have been a problem he told me it would work because he doesn’t like being put 2nd after I told him I would make my work schedule fit around each other very very unprofessional I will never even visit that place again
