Rachelle Dubois: Amazing facility and coaches who are passionate about your kids success!
Jenifer Johnstone: We just finished our first Jr. Pistons league and my kid had such a great time. The coaches work really well with the kids and in just a month he's improved his game so much. He's played 2 basketball seasons with his school and hasn't learn as much as he did with The Compound Athletics in the last month. We look forward to joining a summer camp!
Don Goergen: Fun place for practice. Columbus was fun to talk to.

PJ Maruca: My son plays on the Junior Pistons and loves it. All of the coaches are great and really work on improving the kids ability while making it a lot of fun for them. My son has made huge improvements in just 1 season at the Compound. We just signed up for our second season.He also does 1 on 1 training with Coach Sticks who is the best! He has really helped my son and boosted his confidence when he was just starting out.
Shari Dewan: We are so happy with the Compound Athletics. Truly feel like my son is getting the real deal in learning technique and skill. The coaches care about the kids and are invested in their advancement to a higher level. The Junior Piston’s League has been a great experience and my son has learned so much. Already signed up for the winter league!! Don’t want to loose our spot.Also want to give a shout out to Coach Banks. He is so, so good with the kids. He has been working one on one with my son. He knows my son’s strengths and weaknesses and comes up with training specific for my son’s needs. My son wouldn’t be where he is today without Coach Bank’s help. Highly recommend the one on one sessions with him.

Brooke Drinkwater: I went to this school my junior year of highschool (2016-2017). My experience was terrible. I had just moved to michigan that year. Since the school is so big and there are so many students, finding friends is beyond difficult if you dont already have any. The teachers were also awful. my math teacher, who teaches several different math classes there, didn't know how to teach, at all. and alot of students agree. his tests and quizzes very rarely had to do with what he taught in class. My english teacher was one of the worst teachers i have ever had in my life. She was strict, and made things exceptionally difficult on purpose. She told us at the end of the year that she made the class so hard so that we could really only get C's in her class unless we worked ourselves to death. She also accused us of being stupid because nobody wanted to answer the bellringer the first week of class. Also a ton of unnecessary busywork. The only good teacher i had was Mrs.Schade. I dont know how i would have survived that year without her. Also WCSPA is not all its cracked up to be. The dance teacher called me "weighed down" during my dance final and wouldnt be reasonable about setting up a meeting to talk about it. anyways i transferred schools the next year because this school was so bad.

I went to Willow Woods Elementary and I went there for only one year. I disliked it Alot, the supportive staff was great and caring (Counseling and TC services) but upper administration and super attendant has no idea what they are doing half of the time. Not to mention they care more about their ACT scores and scores on US Daily News rather than the students themselves.Hint for alot of people. If your in the troy area, go to Athens. If your near SHHS, go to Stevenson. Much better choices and quality of life for their students.

Nand Kishore Gajarajan: Our kids attended a birthday party at this location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The coach was always with the kids helping them out with the equipments and instructing them to keep them to use it safely.The party room was neat, well lit and very spacious. It had sufficient seating arrangement and was easy to access from the play area. Also, on the outside, there is ample parking space for the visitors.Overall, very highly recommend this place for the gymnastics and the birthday parties

Stephanie (Stevie) Holt: Love the vibe here! Friendly staff greeted us and even helped entertain my busy toddler while I tried to finish some paperwork. The instructor was organized and had some fun, creative obstacle courses set up with a pirate theme. The space was very clean and vibrant. My little buddy had such a great time he didn’t want to leave!

Instead of having to go in and enroll and fill out paperwork , via the phone, very convenient . Also my kids said It was amazing and their the coaches gave me a assessment right afterwards. they are professional and friendly. called 3 places before this one . they got me just over the phone!!!

Jenn Traub: Brought both my daughters here last night for their first gymnastics lesson. I can not believe how attentive they were! MyGirls were beginners and in a class but they were worked with one on one. The coaches watches to make sure the girls wouldn’t get hurt and corrected their form when wrong. We will definitely be staying here!

Julie Pletzke: We love Aqua-Tots SH! My daughter started at 8 y/o and was very fearful of the water. She decided she wanted to join after watching her little brother have so much fun in his classes. The first couple months of lessons were full of tears and anxiety but she persevered and the coaches were all extremely patient and wonderful to her. She’s had a variety of coaches due to our changing schedules and we’ve loved them all. Now she’s graduated 2 levels, and swimming the full-lane independently and LOVING being in the water. You would never know she ever felt uncomfortable in the pool. It has also provided us peace of mind that our children are confident swimmers and have learned essential safety skills. Not to mention the staff is friendly and super helpful, the facility is clean and well kept. I couldn’t be happier with our experience here.
Fred Gibson: I am now taking my 2nd young grandson to the Sterling Heights Aqua-Tots. I want to recognize staff at the desk- Kayla, Satyra, and Jaymin, as well as swim instructors Kristin, Autumn, and Jake. Each is courteous, friendly, and professional. Kristin is currently instructing my 2nd gdson in Level 3. She is wonderful - patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and always smiling. My 2 1/2 yr old gdson thinks of her as Ariel the mermaid. Without exception, each of the individuals at the desk who I have talked to and each of the swim instructors each of my gdsons have had since early 2019 have been exceptional. Thank you Aqua-Tots.

Although we have had numerous different instructors now due to turnover (which I understand working in healthcare), we have never had a bad instructor and have been happy with each and every one of them!
