L. A.M.: Omg, let's see,...cold, late red wine. Tepid soup, dirty dish, slow service, restaurant smelled musty, moldy. The bathroom at the garden store was nicer. This place is in such a great spot, but it's clearly under bad management. Do not eat here. ☠️ I had to take a xanax after later that night because I was petrified of food poisoning.Food: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Joseph Sulak: Had reservations for Mothers Day at 2:00. Finally got seated at 3:30. They were not prepared for the amount of people showing up.We were pieced meal, give bread than 1/2 hrs later given soup, than 20 minutes later give our appetizer. Finally finished eating at 6:30.
Sheri Wassom: Made a reservation for Mother’s Day, which apparently meant nothing. They seated us 45 minutes after our reservation time and outside where it was cold and windy. It took almost an hour for our food to come out and it wasn’t even the complete order. My food came last, about 20 minutes after the rest of the table was done eating and an hour 1/2 after being seated. They were also out of several items on the menu and the waitstaff never brought my glass of wine. You’d think, it being Mother’s Day, they would’ve at least offered to comp the meal that came out an hour 1/2 late but they didn’t even offer apologies. They just pretended like it was a normal day. I won’t be going here again. Very disappointing.
Kelly Roberts: I came with my husband on Saturday May 13th. By the sheer amount of negative reviews i am not the only one that evening who had a terrible experience and will NEVER return. From getting seated til we left, nothing was good. No one seated around the restaurant looked happy…. We waited almost ten minutes b4 a waiter came to our table then another ten to just get waters and another ten for bread. Had to get our own silverware, our appetizer took over 30 minutes and my husband’s dinner salad was brought before the appetizer. Waitress tells us the kitchen is behind. Clearly not entirely true. My food was sitting under the heat lamps for at least 15 minutes. My fettuccine noodles were crunchy….i hear the lady behind me tell the waiter the ladies room was out of toilet paper. 30 minutes later when we were paying to leave i go in there and every stall was empty of TP. I told the manager that was the hostess for the night and she didnt seem to care. I used the restroom at the mall instead.
Garrett O'Donnell: Took me mom and gf for lunch. Service was slow,2hrs to get my food, my brothers plate tasted like they dropped salt shaker in it, all of the seafood was way overdone, the pasta was undercooked, and my pasta was bland. For as much and as long as the manager was yelling at the kitchen, and as expensive as the food was, we won't be back. I've had better food at the local bar for quarter of the price!
Amber Smith: WARNING DO *NOT* EAT HERE.Terrible Mother’s Day experience with my family. Waited over an hour and half for 6pm reservations with my family and proceeded to wait just over another hour for our food. The food was terrible and not once did the managers come over to apologize or even bring out a new dish. Management seems like they don’t care and quite honestly I feel bad for the people that work here. Save yourself some time, money, and frustration and walk over to PF changs.Peace out Brio!!!
Abbey Allen: Made a 4:30 reservation got there and the lobby was packed with people that were still waiting for 2:30, 3:00 and 3:30 reservations. But the host told us it would be 15 minutes before we got a message saying out table was ready. Saw the empty tables not being cleared, the "manager" walking around like she was actually trying to help, obviously just walking in circles. Decided it wasn't worth it at all.
Gillian Remmert: had a reservation at 7:00. never got a table so we sat at the bar and our appetizer which was just spinach and artichoke dip and soup and it didn’t come out until 8:10… everything was cold and stale and they were out of half the menu. several people were complaining and left so we did the same. don’t ever recommend this place to anyone unless you want to wait like 3 hours for your food.
Rohit Gandhi: The most useless place I have ever seen. Please do not come here ever.cold food. 3 hours wait.
Darian: Was always a fan of Brio until today. It's Mother's Day, so I understand that they're busy. We had a reservation for 5pm and we weren't sat until 5:50pm. If the food was good at least, I would've let it go. We waited 40 minutes for an appetizer that was half-decent. Then another 30 minutes for our entrees. When we first were sat, the hostess told us that it was the kitchen that was backed up. Meanwhile, we watched as the cooks put up dish after dish after dish, each one just sitting in the window for 40+ minutes. Our waitress strolled around the restaurant, hardly even looking at the window. I finally spoke up and asked how long it would be. It's now 7PM. She said "let me check" and 5 minutes later a food runner brought our food out. It was extremely obvious that it all had sat under the heat lamp for the past 30+ minutes, including a salad. My pasta's sauce was actually completely dried out, my moms steak had sauce that was congealed. It was actually disgusting. Needless to say we sent it all back and left. I will never ever ever be back. It's a shame, I just bought $100 worth of gift cards for Brio that'll likely go to waste now
Kellie Ashlin: Waited over 2 hours to get out food and pasta was not cooked completely. I completely understand being understaffed and I feel for the employees but for 2 hours we had no silverware, no bread and the waitress never periodically checked in. The manager was amazing and did take care of the group when these issues were bought to her attention. I definitely appreciate the management there.
Sienna Wolgast: Food was good, but the wait was absolutely ridiculous. We had a 2:00 reservation and we didn't get seated until almost 3:30. Nicole the manager needs to smile. Vanessa was pretty good.
Andrew Ashlin: First time here and the food was not good at all. We had a reservation at 3 o’clock and got seated around 3:30 which is not a problem. Though we had a reservation we literally did not get our food till 5:30. Some of our food had little to no sauce and was undercooked. They forgot to ring our order in. Our entire table was not satisfied. Probably will not come back. The dessert we brought from home was better than any of the food they served us.
Devin P: Waited 2 half hours for under cooked food do not reconmend comming here very under staffed

Shelly Rose: Our anniversary (47 yrs), Kathy was lovely! Alex Brady even came over to congratulate us. Canoli cake & champagne, complimentary to celebrate! 5 stars, all the way!
Ruth Klein: They have implemented a new serving style that makes it so much faster to get in and out, no long waiting lines either on Mother's Day at prime time. We were seated in about 10 minutes from arrival. Our food came out quickly using this new serving system and was hot and delicious. We loved our dining experience so much!! We so definitely be back. Our waiter was so nice and friendly too!

Kenya Sutton: All I gotta say is if u have Ethan as a waiter HE IS THE BESTTTTTT!!! When we first sat down a younger lady took our drink order and we never heard or saw her again, we thought that was our sign to get up and leave but Ethan came along and immediately showed care and urgency to fix the issue. From that point on he was ON POINT!! Our appetizers came out on time, right after our entrees, everything was delicious!! Our drinks stayed full didn't have to wait around flagging down waiters to get a refill, Ethan was amazing. Again if Ethan didnt come in and saved the day we would have left!! Its hard to find great workers these days, we appreciate you Ethan thank you for your great service!!

David Levy: Fantastic place for a nice dinner out.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Nancy Line: Good food good service. But cold in building.
kevin walters: This place used to be great. Been going there since it opened but…not what it used to be. Waiters now take your order with iPads and no longer are seen after that. Someone else brings your drinks, or not, as in my case). Someone else’s brings your bread (or not in my case). Someone else’s brings your appetizer (after entree is delivered (by someone else) soup at the same time as appetizer (no grated cheese). Flagged over server who said sorry but servers no longer server they just take orders. Manager apologized but made no concessions or corrective actions. Terrible. Left zero tip since I got zero service. Send untouched appetizer back and was credited for it along with beer that I never received.
ryan reynolds: Carabbas has always had good food. I had the Johnny trio my wife had chicken piccata. Both are amazing. There’s some thing about their bread and olive oil mixed with their seasonings. We just can’t get enough there a little bit more on the expensive side, but naturally not the most expensive Definitely give them a shot if you’re in the area.
Andrew Fowler: Claudia was fantastic!

Si si: I came in last weekend and ordered take out i was taken care of by rose. And although her name is rose she is no flower. The whole time when i was ordering she was giving me a dirty look. She went in the back and was yelling “i can stand when these arabs come in” she asked me what kind of sauce i wanted and i said ranch and she said “r u sure u dont want hummus?” Not to mention the amount of times tony sneezed in my food while bagging it. I asked him to please wash his hands and he said the sinks havent been working for five months. I hd fo use the bathroom and when i went in i found a possum in a cage in the corner when i asked them why there was a possim in the bathroom rose started telling me how it was apart of her southern culture. And lastly they charged my card three times. Avoid eating here at all costs.
Lynne Latouf: Food was amazing! Loved it!Recommended dishes Pollo Aldo …More
Viktor Hurko: I do not recommend. Made an order online and waited 3 hours. after 3 hours they said they could cancel the order.
Blackheart Lives: 4/7/23 Update. Not much to change. Everyone tried something new and we all liked our choices. Previous review: Overall it was a nice experience for dinner. We did not have reservations and we had 6 people. We only waited for about 5 minutes and it was fairly busy. The menu is complete with all the traditional Italian fair including make your own with a nice variety of sauces. The veal dishes were good. They were fresh cutlets as the price would require. The soups were awesome, and the fresh vegetables were very tasty to me although some said they were a bit over peppered. The tiramisu and cannolies were both really good. The waitress was extremely efficient, friendly and attentive. I would give 5 stars, but I thought the prices were a little high, and the decor is very in need of a refresh.Vegetarian options: There are for sure vegetarian options. There is a unique vegetarian lasagna and of course the variety of non-meat sauce options with your choice if pasta. Salad and soup options also.Kid-friendliness: Not really a particularly kid friendly restaurant. The prices are high for kids, and even the lobster mac and cheese was not favorite with my 13 year old. Younger kids could be even more problematic.Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair accessible. No auto door openers, and the door weight was heavy. Getting a wheelchair seating for dinner is hit or miss with an upper section completely inaccessible.

After 10 minutes we all got soup, after another 15 min he returned with my friends food, and ignored my empty plate and walked off without even addressing me at all. We had to call him over to refill my soup after another 15 minutes of being ignored. By this point me and both my friends were pretty upset with the service. If I dine here again and Josh is serving me, ill just walk out.

Mangiabevi Urban Italian: what do users think?
Nicole Vaxelaire: Fabulous experience. From the food, the wine, the dessert and an amazing bartender. Cheer
Jessie Harkins: Simply put, this was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had! The atmosphere is so charming and fun, and even though you're in an upscale restaurant , it has all the feels of being at home. Our server Diane could not have been any better. She was so sweet and attentive. We felt like we wanted to invite her out with us for a girls night out sometime! The food was to die for! You can taste the love that went into this cooking! And the chef/owner Mauro came out to meet us, and we heard some of the stories he had growing up in Italy. He explained that his lasagna, he makes once a year, the week of Mothers Day (which is why my sister's and Mom and I were there) which was his mothers recipe. We got a tour of the restaurant and even got to see the bee houses he keeps in the back. He was such a wonderful man. We all felt that we've known him forever! If you've not been to this establishment yet, please don't wait. You will be so happy you went.
Julie Cooper: Great food and service. I can't wait to go back.

Rainman Cycleg: The best Italian food I’ve ever eaten. The prosciutto is amazing as well as the fresh bread. We ordered the steak Diane with spinach ravioli and everything was perfect. Chef Mauro has gone above and beyond to make everything perfect. Bravo!
G Money: 1st time dining there. Cozy quiet atmosphere. The food is excellent as is the service. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about ALL of the dishes. A great wine selection to complement the variety of dishes. I will return.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Lamb Shank, Salmon Dinner, Lamb Chops, Insalata Mista ...More
Ashley Ciamillo: Alright, I don't often leave reviews but I had an expectation coming here and spent $380 for 4 people. We had numerous issues so here is the highlight:#1: Party of 4 (3 adults and 1 child). My 9 year old daughter asked for butter with the bread - we were confidently told they do NOT have butter. I asked if he could "double check" as bitter is a common kitchen ingredient. Answer still "nope".Just a few minutes pater they offered my dayghter "buttered noodles" as a kids meal option. We are Italian, we know that butter is not typical for bread, but even in Italy they will (reluctantly) give you butter when you ask.#2: Hard pieces in our appetizer. We ordered the sausage and peppers which was good, however there were 2 pieces of hard shell which I bit into, hurting my tooth. It looked like a broken piece of muscle shell of which there were no muscles in our appetizer. Not sure how it got in there...#3: Under-poured Vino! This is practically a crime for Italians. We payed a reasonable price of $12/glass but were each under-poured (all 3 glasses) by rhe waiter who brought the bottles to the table and attempted to eye each pour. We also got 1 refill each, in hopes it would be better or perhaps measured - but it was neither. We then decided to buy a bottle after we all discussed feeling under-poured. The waiter poured 3 glasses from our bottle which was less than 50% empty, validating that we were not crazy; we were definitely under-poured. By the way, we eat out multiple times per week. We drink a lot of wine and can eyeball a 5 oz vs. 6 oz. or 9 oz. pour very easily. If your waiters arent experts, give then a MEASURED POURER!!#4: The actual dinner was DELICIOUS. For the nearly $400 price tag and considering the above issues, we probably won't return but maybe one more time to see if it was just bad staff.
Jennifer W: Went to Mangiabevi for the first time after hearing rave reviews. 5 stars for food - We tried an appetizer and two of the entrees. Everything was delicious and beautifully plated (although I will say I found the pile of shredded carrots on my plate to be weird). Our server was attentive, and the prices were on par with Italian dining. The only thing left to be desired was bar service. Our table wasn’t ready at our reservation time so we were directed to the bar to get a drink and wait. However, when we went to go get a drink, we were very rudely told by the bartender that the only two seats open were reserved (even though no one had arrived to take those seats the entire time we were waiting for our table). He did tell us we could order a drink to take back to the lobby. We asked for a drink menu but he walked away and never made eye contact with us again. We were floored. The bar is quite small so it’s not like we got lost in the crowd. At that point we decided we didn’t want to tip him and waited to order drinks at our table. So, 0 stars for bar service.
Kellie Oxie: Beat calamari I’ve ever had!! Great for going out with your friends or for a date night:)
Michelle Kozyra: Delicious food and spectacular service
Jessica McMannus: You cannot dine here unless you have a reservation. My husband and I were in the area (from out of town) and wanted to stop in and have dinner. We were turned down at the door and told we needed a reservation. We explained to the host that we were from out of town and wanted to try the place out. We were happy to wait if needed. The host told us we still needed a reservation. Never suggested any accommodation or mentioned that the restaurant was full that evening which seemed very rude.
V Bachi: April 17, 2023 we had a reservation for 5:45 for my son’s birthday dinner. This was our very first time going to this restaurant. Let me start off by saying Dianne our waitress was phenomenal. Secondly, the owner, very friendly and very inviting and last, but not least Chef Mauro where do I start off the food that he made was out of this world and he personally came out and thanked us for coming in and asked us how our food was. Such a humble and kind man. Just to throw an extra out there He is a celebrity chef, and was aired on Food Network grudge match. if you are looking for authentic Italian food, please do not pass this place up you will not forget about it.

Autumn Macey: I was looking for a nice restaurant on hall road and found this place. Food was excellent!! Visited on Sunday brunch time and we were still able to order from the full menu as well. Atmosphere was a tad loud and dark for Sunday morning but overall it was a nice place and a delicious menu. Would recommend!
amanda zimmerman: We just left there for my birthday dinner. I literally CANNOT say enough good things, we were blown away. From the wonderfully lovely staff to the cocktails and every bite of food was make you want to cry epic.Who knew something like a Caesar salad could taste so good? We initially discovered this restaurant after seeing Gabrielle Baldwin on TV and wanted to try her food. We have been to J Baldwins multiple times and loved it as well and were happy to try this one, it definitely did not disappoint. We drove over a half hour to get there and it was totally worth it.
Amber Berger: I expected much more from the entrees considering the hype that this restaurant getsFood: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Eric Seaman: Food is always great! Service is good, but sometimes after the meal comes, they don't come back enough. My drink was empty for about 20 minutes. Atmosphere is very nice, but we were sitting near the live music, which was great, but none of us at the table could here each other. Next time we'll ask not to sit so close, and order 2 cocktails at a time. Food is totally worth it
Sarah Maedel: So delicious, every time!
Frank Bommarito: Pasta Bolognese was excellent but the music in the place was too loud hard to have a conversation everything else was excellent
