crystal wiese: I'm so glad I found this shop. They fixed my Bissell carpet cleaner and performed maintenance on my Dyson vacuum. The price was fair and they were very knowledge about the products. When I picked up my items they gave me recommendations to keep them running well longer. They also do transfer of media from older formats to dvd or cd.

K R: Was recommended to go here after getting a ridiculous quote and up sale scheme at another vacuum repair shop. This man is awesome. He told me what was wrong and gave me a reasonable price to fix my vacuum. I brought him another one I had that also needed repairs. He fixed that one and also found a second problem with it that he gave me a deal on. I will be going here from now on and hopefully talking with him again about his ducks that lay their eggs by his store every year. Two thumbs way up!
Chris: I brought my vacuum in because I couldn’t get it to work. They called me the next day and said that there was nothing wrong with it, that perhaps the button that controls connection to vacuum head had been pressed. This would cut off the connection. There was no charge. I completely appreciate their honesty and quick service. I am convinced that few vacuum cleaner stores would return my vacuum cleaner to me without charging me for the service. I will return to Gabriel’s for bags and filters, etc. Should I require a repair, I will definitely take my vacuum back to Gabriel’s.
Kathy Tucker: This place was exactly what I was looking for a man who could fix just about anything brought his way and that's exactly what he did my shark vacume had a cheap little clip that broke unfortunately the vacume wouldn't work without it. He searched both stores and couldn't find the piece so he put some screws in simple fix he got the job done that's all I wanted very nice guy nice place I'm handicap and on oxygen it was so easy getting in and out of his place only charge a minimal amount that was a nice surprise would recommend this place to anyone

Adam Mickey: First, I was told they could certified service my Bissell. I took my vacuum there and they told me "we can't fix Bissell, but we can contact about warranty". It took them 2 weeks to tell me my vacuum was outside the 2-year Bissell warranty (I already knew that). They told me there was nothing they could do for me but come pick it up. Since then, I have visited this location 3 times; 3pm on a Tuesday, 2pm on a Wednesday, 4pm on a Thursday; all during normal operating hours. And the entire store was closed. Nothing on the door, didn't change the voicemail. The voicemail inbox has been full for a month. 90% of the time when I call they don't answer. I got them on the phone today, and asked 'will you be open tomorrow?' and I was told "not sure, I can't speak to that, I'm not on the schedule tomorrow'. When I asked for management contact info, I was told "Mike owns 4 stores but he's too high up, we don't have his contact info". I don't know when or if I'll ever get back my vacuum.
Piedad Mantinan: Went to the store because I couldn’t put the new bag on, was assisted immediately, great servic, found out I was using bangs from my previous vacuum, owner diagnosed the problem immediately, then turned vacuum on, but bag was not inflating,he took apart & found it was jammed with all kinds of stuff, cleaned it good & didn’t charge me a penny, great customer service, pleasant, and efficient, I give him a5 plus star!!

The gentleman that waited on us, Mike Brown, spend a lot of time with us explaining the different vacuums and service options. We are A long time customer but had stopped by because we had problems with our five year old vacuum. He explained some of the quality problems that they had at that time and remedied the situation by giving us a significant credit on the purchase of a new vacuum. Our new vacuum has service and warranty included so we’re confident that we won’t have the same problem as we did with the previous one. We were extremely happy with the entire experience and look forward to visiting the store again for additional purchases of supplies, etc. Great job!

Serena Robinson: The manager, Michael Brown, went above and beyond to accommodate me with the purchase of the vacuum cleaner I needed. I have a shack rug and a very thick carpet and padding. My traditional Vacuum cleaner, a Sebo, was very difficult to push. I decided to purchase a Miele canister to meet my need, he gave me a floor model, with a discount. This vacuum didn‘t meet my need, he returned it without a problem, didn‘t try to sell me another one instead. But I opted to try a Riccardo R 17 light weight, Michael Brown offered to exchange the brush of the vacuum with a softer brush, which he did. This vacuum work perfectly, gliding self propelled over my thick carpet and was easy to use on my shack rug. Vacuuming is no longer a physical chore but a delight. Michel Brown made this possible with his customer service.

We were looking for a cordless vacuum and really loved the Riccar cordless that was in the store. We were able to try in the store and it had great functionality and was, of course, very lightweight. We purchased that vacuum and am very pleased with the performance. Love it! So easy to use without having to deal with the cords....charge lasts for an hour. Also, very professional service..had some additional questions and they were handled very quickly and professionally. Would recommend this store and the cordless vacuum :)

Stephanie Caimotto: Vacuum like new and great service! I took our Oreck vacuum in for a switch that had broken. I didn’t know if it could be fixed but thought I’d give it a try. Not only as good as new but didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg. I would’ve paid twice the amount. Very knowledgeable about all different brands and very nice.

Sandy Sylvester: I went into banks with a vacuum that hasn’t worked in a while. The man there told me I believe his name is Josh that he would take it and check it in the back, that he thinks he knew what was wrong with it by what I told him. He then went in the back and worked on it. I was watching from where I was at, and he was doing all kinds of stuff and he came out and said it works like new. I saw him vacuuming stuff up with it, and I asked him how much it was gonna cost me, and he said nothing just have a great day!I do not believe that there are still businesses out like that. The man was wonderful and the other guy Roy, I believe was their very kind. I highly recommend this place to anybody before you toss your old vacuum. I would recommend taking it in to see what’s going on. It made my whole day meeting these gentlemen.

They have also fixed vacuums that I have right on the spot. I would highly recommend them to service your existing vacuum or if your in the market for a new one they have some great varieties. I was buying a shark yearly from target or kohls and they would break almost always after about a year. I purchased a vacuum here and have been so impressed with the quality and the suction power. Ugh.. so I thought for sure it was damaged… nope!! Lance unclogged it for me! It was a sock! Geez! Nonetheless, they were once again, honest with me, instead of getting $80 out of me for a new hose! Customer service and HONESTY, are fabulous! Thank you once again!
