Adam Mickey: First, I was told they could certified service my Bissell. I took my vacuum there and they told me "we can't fix Bissell, but we can contact about warranty". It took them 2 weeks to tell me my vacuum was outside the 2-year Bissell warranty (I already knew that). They told me there was nothing they could do for me but come pick it up. Since then, I have visited this location 3 times; 3pm on a Tuesday, 2pm on a Wednesday, 4pm on a Thursday; all during normal operating hours. And the entire store was closed. Nothing on the door, didn't change the voicemail. The voicemail inbox has been full for a month. 90% of the time when I call they don't answer. I got them on the phone today, and asked 'will you be open tomorrow?' and I was told "not sure, I can't speak to that, I'm not on the schedule tomorrow'. When I asked for management contact info, I was told "Mike owns 4 stores but he's too high up, we don't have his contact info". I don't know when or if I'll ever get back my vacuum.
Piedad Mantinan: Went to the store because I couldn’t put the new bag on, was assisted immediately, great servic, found out I was using bangs from my previous vacuum, owner diagnosed the problem immediately, then turned vacuum on, but bag was not inflating,he took apart & found it was jammed with all kinds of stuff, cleaned it good & didn’t charge me a penny, great customer service, pleasant, and efficient, I give him a5 plus star!!

Tim Hopman: My wife and I recently visited David’s Vacuum’s and had a very pleasant experience. The gentleman that waited on us, Mike Brown, spend a lot of time with us explaining the different vacuums and service options. We are A long time customer but had stopped by because we had problems with our five year old vacuum. He explained some of the quality problems that they had at that time and remedied the situation by giving us a significant credit on the purchase of a new vacuum. Our new vacuum has service and warranty included so we’re confident that we won’t have the same problem as we did with the previous one. We were extremely happy with the entire experience and look forward to visiting the store again for additional purchases of supplies, etc. Great job!

Serena Robinson: The manager, Michael Brown, went above and beyond to accommodate me with the purchase of the vacuum cleaner I needed. I have a shack rug and a very thick carpet and padding. My traditional Vacuum cleaner, a Sebo, was very difficult to push. I decided to purchase a Miele canister to meet my need, he gave me a floor model, with a discount. This vacuum didn‘t meet my need, he returned it without a problem, didn‘t try to sell me another one instead. But I opted to try a Riccardo R 17 light weight, Michael Brown offered to exchange the brush of the vacuum with a softer brush, which he did. This vacuum work perfectly, gliding self propelled over my thick carpet and was easy to use on my shack rug. Vacuuming is no longer a physical chore but a delight. Michel Brown made this possible with his customer service.

Sue Floyd: Needed to buy a vacuum cleaner and had an Oreck in the past and loved it. We had purchased a couple of vacuums that were less expensive but they did not last. We were looking for a cordless vacuum and really loved the Riccar cordless that was in the store. We were able to try in the store and it had great functionality and was, of course, very lightweight. We purchased that vacuum and am very pleased with the performance. Love it! So easy to use without having to deal with the cords....charge lasts for an hour. Also, very professional service..had some additional questions and they were handled very quickly and professionally. Would recommend this store and the cordless vacuum :)

Sandy Sylvester: I went into banks with a vacuum that hasn’t worked in a while. The man there told me I believe his name is Josh that he would take it and check it in the back, that he thinks he knew what was wrong with it by what I told him. He then went in the back and worked on it. I was watching from where I was at, and he was doing all kinds of stuff and he came out and said it works like new. I saw him vacuuming stuff up with it, and I asked him how much it was gonna cost me, and he said nothing just have a great day!I do not believe that there are still businesses out like that. The man was wonderful and the other guy Roy, I believe was their very kind. I highly recommend this place to anybody before you toss your old vacuum. I would recommend taking it in to see what’s going on. It made my whole day meeting these gentlemen.

I was buying a shark yearly from target or kohls and they would break almost always after about a year. I purchased a vacuum here and have been so impressed with the quality and the suction power. Steve Davis: Quality products and great installations. Just upgraded my 22 year old central vac power unit to the new Cyclovac. The built in bag will make servicing much easier! As has been for the entire 22 years I've had a central vac, Zimms responded when I called. Within a couple of days they made a tremendously great installation of a new power unit with fantastically upgraded features.

Leslie naeve: I have been a Bank’s customer for 20 years and have always had great service. In 2003, upon their recommendation, we purchased out first vacuum from them. It was a bit more than we had intended to spend, but we trusted their expertise. Over the years, we have had to periodically take it in for service, but it is still going strong! They have won my trust. Yesterday, I needed to replace a stick vacuum, and I went to them for recommendations. Yet again, I was not disappointed. I happened to arrive at the same time as the owner and he kindly answered all of my questions, showed me the pros and cons of different models and I left with a purchase I am very pleased with.

I had been to Bank’s many times for sewing machine maintenance, but I really don’t like to vacuum and so I never wanted to make a solid investment in a good vacuum. I told the salesperson exactly what frustrates me about vacuuming, and exactly what I need. He asked insightful questions and set me up with the right machine for my household. My child and I received the red carpet treatment from the time we walked in until we walked out with the salesperson who loaded the purchase in the car. Joe Salvatore: I recently built a custom home and Kelly Central Vacuum provided exceptional installation and service for our system. They recently came out to make a repair and were able to send someone out extremely fast and quickly take care of the issue. They also provided some suggestions and checked the other parts of the system. I don't give many five star reviews, but this one is well-earned.

jason morga: The owner, Kevin, is a class act. During the pandemic I needed a new switch for my unit. Due to a backlog of parts and inventory shortages, there wasn't anything in stock. That didn't stop Kevin. Every 4-6 weeks he'd call me and give me an update. He never quit trying to solve my problem. Over the course of a year we talked multiple times and struck up a friendship. It took nearly a year to find the part, but he got it. I received it in the mail and he didn't even charge me for it. It was a small thing, but big in my book. He is someone you can count on and trust to take care of his clients. I'd highly recommend this shop.

We called Kelly Vacuum in Livonia and they helped us get a great new Beam system installed. Kevin at Kelly made this process easy, and helped us get exactly what we wanted. They installed the system quickly, and very professionally. The installation technician, Jackson, did an excellent job and made the system look like it was installed when the house was built. Jackson also completed the entire installation for both the main level and the lower level of the house in under one day.I would highly recommend Kelly Vacuum for great products and installation. He sells a fantastic product that works so very well! Part of keeping a clean home is having a convenient system that isn't a pain to use. Kelly Vacuum certainly provides this. In our (approx 2700 sq ft) home we have 3 Wall-E Vacs, a Vroom and then the standard hose with 2 outlets on each floor. With the Wall-E's and Vroom covering our high traffic areas (kitchen, entryway and bathrooms), I only need to pull out the hose once a week. I love how easy it is to keep our floors clean with our central vac system! Not to mention, they have great customer service too!

Jason Heien: Our experience with Kevin at Kelly Vacuum has been nothing but pleasant, professional, timely, and exactly what needed.We were building a new home, and my wife wanted a central vacuum system. With the size of our home, Kevin suggested 2 outlets on either side of the home, and a kick plate in the kitchen. We had the canister installed in the garage.Kevin made sure to ask all the right questions to find the right vacuum for our needs. Things like if we had pets, what kind of flooring, etc.Kelly Vacuum's pricing was excellent as well, since we had contacted other central vacuum dealers, but we felt the most comfortable with Kevin and Kelly Vacuum.
