Kristina Tonelli: 01/28/2022- I had a delivery..To check in, you go up to the door for Shipping/Receiving and press the button on the call box. Someone will answer and give you instructions.They are completely contactless.I was instructed to put my paperwork on the hanging clipboard (where there's further instructions on what to do). There's also a set of bolt cutters on the table. Grab those, break your seal, remove your load locks and/or straps. Return bolt cutters back to table. Slide your tandems to the rear. Back into any dock 1-6 (whichever one is open.. if there isn't an open dock you have to wait for one to open).Only downside- I didn't see any restrooms/ porta johns. So plan accordingly.I arrived at 0831. I was unloaded, given my paperwork, and rolling out of the gate by 1008am.The one worker I did encounter (I believe he was the one that unloaded me) was extremely friendly!!If every experience was like the one I had today, I definitely wouldn't mind hauling more loads to this place.Great way to start my Friday and kick off the weekend!Stay safe out there fellow drivers.*sorry for the length of this review, but as a driver that uses these reviews to gauge what I'm going to be getting myself into, I wanted to be thorough.
Janice Brown: Was told not to be late for delivery because they were strict about appointments. Got here and had to wait for 20 mins before anyone would answer the call box at the door ( 12noon). Not drivers allowed inside. Man finally came to the door and was rud. Made me want for 1 1/2 hr before unloading started. Won't be back.

Jeff Moses: I am only writing about the maintenance department. I would avoid it at all cost. The management that is in place is the worst I have ever worked with in my 20 years in the industry. I was immediately warned of how management treated new hires. I tried to outlast the last new hire who quit a week in. After the 2nd week the management that had no idea of how anything worked, argued with me about equipment that he didn't know how to operate (he didn't know that I worked for a similar company manufacturing the exact piece of equipment for 10 years). After I called him out on not knowing the operation, he told me he didn't need to know how to run it and continued to tell me I didnt know what I was talking about. The actual maintenance team was great & was helping with me the difference of this company compared to the last company I worked for. Until they get new management they will not be able to have any new hires who will complete 90 days.
Williams Sharon: Have been here 7 or 8 times and the place becomes more and more unorganized. Overbooking is a major problem. 2and issue is that there is NO legal parking in the area. Getting into their docks is like working a maze. Their equipment literally takes up the place. They need a holding area for incoming trucks and then they should have a yard jockey take the trailers in for loading.
Vladimir Petrov: Don't even think about coming here to do any sort of business. Not for a pickup, delivery, nothing. Got here at 11:30 on time for my appointment and it wasn't until 20:00 that I finally got a door. And now I'm expecting a couple of hours until they even start to get me offloaded.

Dan SW: Attention truck drivers. Directions from 94 take exit 212 to Livernois Ave, then turn right on Warren Ave, then turn right on Wesson Str and park on right side. Then walk with paperwork to the gate because if you go right away they will turn you around if 2 trucks are in line. The load is heavy but it's good on the axles.

latonya greene: I rarely visit this location and this is the reason why. The produce is NOT very good. Fresh fruit is not so fresh. My husband grabbed a dozen of eggs and all was cracked 😳, not only one but 2. We ordered a 16 piece of chicken, it was fresh and looked good but the taste was awful 🤢, it tasted like grease/oil an oily taste yuck😖! Customer service is good but the quality in products are very poor. I called the and spoke with management we had an excellent conversation and he assured me that the problem would be corrected and offered to correct the problem thanks .
Earth Elucidator: The people working are mostly nice and helpful but the store is becoming increasingly unorganized with increasing empty shelves. Shelves are thinning in all stores but this one seems to be having more issues.

He waited on 5 customers while I was there waiting my turn, and she continued to just stand there and kept laughing it up with a non worker. I found this very disrespectful to all of us customers, and I felt ashamed for the way the man was being treated by her, in front of everyone. I could tell he was rattled in his nerves, working very hard and frantic. I even asked her directly, if she could help me get my food. She replied, "He will do it." And an abundance of old men complaining loudly about the cashiers.Please note for the rest: I think all problems below reflect badly on top level in-store leadership and corporate. Period. No cashier or team manager is responsible INOThis place is hell. You walk in the door and, right away, the aisles are haphazardly placed in a building in desperate need of a refresh.Every walkway is wide enough for two carts exactly. Being next to an older persons community this is catastrophic. People need space to move around other customers or stop and look without clogging up the space. It’s claustrophobic with how tall the shelves are.They are under staffed. The front end definitely needs to be raising wages and benefits to get more help. Or maybe it’s the company culture. They seemed tired and overwhelmed.The check out lanes were super narrow. Again hard to move around the cart for me and I don’t have any problem moving around. I can imagine if I was disabled or older this would be debilitating.Anyway, don’t go here. Not even if you have to.

For once I had to use a public bathroom and I might as well have used a porta potty. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month or 6. The fruit looks like you’re buying it from a second hand store. The shelves on the inside were stocked well, produce I would not buy from here. The bakery looks good and probably the cleanest department. The floral department has low inventory but also pretty clean. The entire store seems to need better management, especially concerning the cleanliness of a store where people buy food to eat. I live only a mile away from this Kroger but drive to the Kroger in royal oak. You wouldn’t even believe it’s the same brand of store. Possibly different owners? Not sure but go there and take notes and please revamp this entire store.

Store sold a heated brush that malfunctions. They refuse to rake it backeveneitj rhe receipt. Claim its a "final sale."
