D. Scott Kramer: Your company is terrible, I have been trying to get a half burned pole replaced since July 2022. It is now May 2023. Wires all over the ground and fence. Downtown Clarkston, MI, behind the Clarkston Union restaurant, the bicycle shop, and our houses.

william malletman: This is my second outage this year. This time, there was no rain and no wind. The sun is shining and I also have a terrible cold.
Bom Trady: I’ve lived in many states, with a different power company in each one. DTE is by FAR the worst one, in every possible way. They do so little maintenance that the power goes out with a slight breeze. They take forever to fix outages, and won’t provide customers with honest restoration times. The customer service reps are clueless (at best). They have the 10th highest average rate in the country, but are much more interested in profit than they are in providing any kind of service.DTE - Dishonest, Terrible, Expensive

Taylor Van De Velde: They are professionals at pacifying their customers through lies and false restoration estimates followed by a lack of communication and accountability. Who knows what they use their profits for because it is not at the benefit of their customers. Back to back weekends without power during winter and what’s their idea to make it better? $35 off your next bill for those out of power for 96 hours - how about a credit for an entire month where people have been out hundreds of dollars for multiple hotel stays and food waste. Over the years DTE has raised the rates and done little to improve the integrity of the electrical grid. The company does not take any responsibility for their inaction to prepare for such weather events. This company should be ashamed of themselves but instead provides excuses.
IMA DR: Nobody is happy with dte and their service. Kevin: I would give this company no stars if I had the opportunity because that's what they deserve. I've been out of power for 6 days then I came back on but for only 3 days and now I have to wait another 3 days for it to come back on for the second time in 2 weeks!!!! To say I'm unsatisfied with this company is an understatement they make billions of dollars a year but have nothing to show for it or use it in the proper manner. I don't care what kind of excuse they come up with there should be no excuse for allowing thousands of people to be out of power for six days in the middle of winter

Ich Bussell: Dte one of the worse in the country and that is a fact! Look it up. Terrible customer service, terrible infrastructure, and so on. Power went out Thursday and it is now Monday which was the day they said are power would be turned back on. It’s Tuesday at 3:10 am and NO power and now it says Wednesday power will be back on. That’s one day short of a week without power! To top it off are whole subdivision got power two days ago except my court and another court next to me. For some reason they couldn’t turn are power on why they fixed the rest of our sub. Terrible company who doesn’t want to spend the money to solve the problem of power going out many times a year at our address and surrounding area.

Kelsey: The worst power company! Multiple power outages a year, sometimes for days at a time. We get excuses instead of action as to why these outages keep happening and why nothing is being done to prevent them. I am currently throwing out the food that's gone bad in my fridge for the umpteenth time since moving here seven years ago. A TERRIBLE COMPANY!
Steve Polykernopolis: Four days without power and all they offer is a $25 credit on the bill like it didn't cost me over $200 in gas for the generator. Their call center is at 801 s Washington in Jackson mi that's where the rude people on the phone are if you wanna do something about it.
Alexza Domingo: They lied. I was out of town & my neighbor told me the wires are down in my house & power is out in the neighborhood. I reported right then. I followed up with DTE couple days later. They told me that it was resolved. I had my brother check my house & nothing was resolved. DTE lied.

It’s a quiet, efficient environment. I find the selection satisfactory and the prices generally reasonable. The customer service associates are always intelligent, thoughtful and very helpful. I am rewards program member but I do wish the program was a little bit easier to use.

She said something which I could not understand and ask her to repeat, and then very angrily she repeated what she said which again I did not understand. I asked a customer near me if he understood what she said and the customer shook his head no I don't understand what she said. I was polite and soft-spoken to her but she became very upset and yelled. It wouldn't be good if Office Depot would hire people that control their emotions and speak proper. I do not understand the patois spoken. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere thank you very much

After trying to force me to use the self service machine for 2 hours she did not know what she was talking about or how the printer worked. Store manager aided in making a scene never aided in helping the competence lacking employee. Save your time and go else where
