Paula D: I have a Brother multifunction printer in my Home Office. I was trying to scan both my grad school certificate of completion and my transcripts using the multi document tray. The certificate got jammed and I could not release it. Out of desperation I thought of who I could call to help me with this problem and I thought of Rapid Refill. I called over there and they invited me to come visit with the printer and it was resolved within minutes. Jerrold Bartholomew: I purchased toner for my HP 402n printer from Rapid Response at the end of July. It was/is (it is still going strong in mid-October) a high capacity cartridge. I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase for both quality and price. Moreover, I found everyone I dealt with at Rapid Response to be professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Based on my experience with them, I find their explanations of the few low ratings here completely credible. I will definitely be back.

Zachary Ward: Rapid Response saves me money on ink cartridges and, when I have any issues with my printer (and let's be honest, most printers are often frustrating to deal with for small business), their customer service is outstanding. I have found that I cannot get the information nor service attention I need when I go to big box supply store, or try to troubleshoot my issues on online forums. Working with Rapid Response feels like I'm a big business with a professional service contract, and not just some guy with printer issues. Feels good.
Des Palacio: If I could of picked no stars I would have! I called ahead of time to get my ink toner and they said yes they have what I’m looking for. My choice was to go Office Max but my husband convinced me to go to this place because he has used them previously and he loves to support local businesses. After making my purchase I got home and put the two items I purchased into my printer and one of their products would not recognized because there was no ink in it. So I called and told them my situation and Bruce kept saying that maybe it was my printer and that maybe I needed to fix something on my end, sorry but what happened to providing customer service. Needless to say Peter had to come to my house and redeliver the product and stated that 1 out of 10 of his products sometimes does not work properly. I never got an apology from Bruce or Peter for selling me a product that did not work and retracting their statement of saying that maybe it was my printer when in fact it was their product that did not work! Don’t expect customer service from this place cause they will make it seem that you are the problem and that their products work. When an employee (Peter) states that 1 out of 10 of their products don’t work, I believe that calls for an apology! But I guess I’m just another person that walked in and was just another sell to them not an actual customer. Hmmm... being a local business wouldn’t you appreciate your community supporting your business but I guess not in this case.

We have left voicemails, emails with no responses. Two orders of $486.00 for Epson Large Format printers. DO NOT ORDER FROM inksupply.com, you will NEVER get your order. BBB and lawyers are currently representing us in receiving our companies funds. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!We continued to operate as able, yet stayed in close contact with our clients, and we are a small business as well. NO EXCUSES
Tom Munn: I placed an order that costs over $40.00 in April, 2020 and this is June 2020, but no one answers the phone any more and nothing has been shipped to me. As far as I know they are out of business, but will still take your money. Do not place an order with this company. It used to be a good company, but not anymore.
tacx1: Their support is not just bad. IT'S NON EXISTENT. Their automated phone message says the best way to contact them is by leaving a phone message or sending an e-mail, and they will get back to you within 24 hours. Neither of which works. Several calls and several e-mails got no response. Have no faith in a company that does not allow you to speak to an actual person. Very disappointing. I will now have to purchase a complete new cartridge set from another vender because the one they sent me has failed.

It’s a quiet, efficient environment. I find the selection satisfactory and the prices generally reasonable. The customer service associates are always intelligent, thoughtful and very helpful. I am rewards program member but I do wish the program was a little bit easier to use.

She said something which I could not understand and ask her to repeat, and then very angrily she repeated what she said which again I did not understand. I asked a customer near me if he understood what she said and the customer shook his head no I don't understand what she said. I was polite and soft-spoken to her but she became very upset and yelled. It wouldn't be good if Office Depot would hire people that control their emotions and speak proper. I do not understand the patois spoken. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere thank you very much

Val S: I can't speak for the company, but the way this driver acted it deserves a hit. We were in a line to turn onto Coolidge and there was a car waiting to turn out of one of the businesses, so I waited to let them out, but what ends up happening is this arrow truck behind me, comes around and then cuts me off, not letting the other car out too. In such a hurry you can't be polite on the roads. For shame!

I was like seems like lunch would be from 11:30 to 1:00…and their response to me is lunch is whenever they take their lunch! How can this be a reliable place if this is how they respond to customers! Very disappointed in Staples.
Erin Barthel: I called and spoke with David who took the time to locate a charger for my laptop. When I arrived he spent additional time making sure it was the right fit. Outstanding customer service. Even thought I do not live the area, this would be my Staples location of choice. Thank you David!

Dennis Whittie: Staples falsely advertises furniture (desk and shelves) that they clearly do not have in stock, nor will receive for over 4 months. (Trust me, I called the main number and they gave me the number of the manufacturer. The manufacturer advised that they just received orders for the requested desk and shelf but it takes about 4 months to turn this around.) Yet, your local manager advertises and leaves these items on display and then when it's "not in stock" tries to upsell to something else. Very deceptive. Very dishonest. The employees were nice enough, but with such deceptive management, I will be shopping at Office Depot. It's sad too because I really liked this location, before the dishonesty committed by management.

Brian K Walters: Went there on my lunch hour for supplies for my store. Nobody mentioned their credit card machine was down until I got to the checkout. Total waste of time.
Dee H: Horrible customer service. Got hung up on twice and put in hold to talk to a manager for 13 minutes!!! Thats a long time yo be put on hold for a manager. The best part is, I never got to talk to one. What has happened to this place? I get charged differently on copies each and everytime for the same copies OR I don't get charged at all. I'm looking for a new place to do business. The people working behind the printing department are slow and not friendly.
Kramer Schultz: Went to this store for a desk. The kid at the counter told me they didn’t have it but the staples in Rochester did. It was a 28 minute drive but I needed it so I asked him “ are they gonna stay open for me?” He said, “they should that’s what I told them.” When I arrived in Rochester it was 9:05 and they told me that the kid on the phone didn’t tell them I was coming tonight and they had already turned their registers off. This was over an hour journey and no desk. I’m furious
