Aida Munoz: I love my local Office Depot/Office Max in Madison Heights. I’m a loyal customer since the days when I went to the Office Depot store on Woodward and 13 Mile Road (no longer there.) It’s a quiet, efficient environment. I find the selection satisfactory and the prices generally reasonable. The customer service associates are always intelligent, thoughtful and very helpful. I am rewards program member but I do wish the program was a little bit easier to use.

Wonderful customer service, was so patient with me with helping me with my small print job for one of my corporate meetings I was preparing for. I would go to her any time from now on for help even though this location is out of the way for me to come to!
Bobbi: I called OfficeMax not knowing how to ask for what I needed. Cal took the call and explained the product details, types, colors and price and had it ready for me at check out so when I arrived all I had to do is pay and go. The cashier was extremely personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Who could ask for more? I will be back because of the information the cashier shared with me regarding photo copying.

Ryszard LEWANDOWSKY: I will never shop at Office Depot again. I asked the manager of the store where electrical plugs were. She said something which I could not understand and ask her to repeat, and then very angrily she repeated what she said which again I did not understand. I asked a customer near me if he understood what she said and the customer shook his head no I don't understand what she said. I was polite and soft-spoken to her but she became very upset and yelled. It wouldn't be good if Office Depot would hire people that control their emotions and speak proper. I do not understand the patois spoken. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere thank you very much

Speaking on my experience today since the competent manager was gone, shout out to you for printing my pictures beautifully. Today the printing associate and store manager were absolutely disrespectful, wasted 2 hours of my time, and repeatedly got smart. After trying to force me to use the self service machine for 2 hours she did not know what she was talking about or how the printer worked. Store manager aided in making a scene never aided in helping the competence lacking employee. Save your time and go else where

Young Whale: Logan is amazing. Great service and very experienced. I recently got a divorce. My husband cheated on me in the local gas station, so I moved to a different house and needed an office set-up. Logan helped me big time with his wonderful experience. I was very upset too because of the divorce, but I felt very happy knowing genuine people like him exist and care. I mentioned to him how upset I am due to the divorce and he enlightened me by saying "on a rainy day, Office Depot washes the pain away". It warms my heart. I wish my ex husband was as wonderful as him, anyways, thank you so much!
