Cheryl Nael: As Office Manager for my employer, I've been ordering office supplies from Office Express since NOV 2006. In APR 2019 I made the switch from our long-time coffee-supplies vendor to Office Express for coffee supplies, including paper plates, cups, napkins, etc. My boss says "It's the nature of your job to be interrupted all day long." Very true! That one-stop-shop & the quick turnaround time with Office Express is extremely valuable to me. If I order online by 5p & the item is in-stock, it's delivered the next business day. Not shipped to us. Delivered to us. If I have a question or problem (extremely rare) the ladies at Office Express headquarters are always very responsive, helpful, cordial & easy to deal with. Don M, the delivery person who's serviced us all these years, gives unmatched customer service! One example: He delivers the case of copier paper right to the machine & takes the strapping off the box! I'm glad to use Office Express as our office/coffee/break room supplies vendor.

However, I was wrong.I thought tempered glass chair mats were going to be too expensive. I was wrong! Kevin Monreal was able to show me some options at a great price, so I ordered two!They arrived from the warehouse a day later (very quick IMO).I came late in the day to pick them up. Despite being after normal hours, then young man in the back (as he was leaving for the day) was super friendly and set his personal stuff down and went to get my order. He loaded two large 40x60 glass chair mats into my SUV and I was on my way. (Most places the person would typically say, "come back tomorrow".I highly recommend you check out Office Express. She said something which I could not understand and ask her to repeat, and then very angrily she repeated what she said which again I did not understand. I asked a customer near me if he understood what she said and the customer shook his head no I don't understand what she said. I was polite and soft-spoken to her but she became very upset and yelled. It wouldn't be good if Office Depot would hire people that control their emotions and speak proper. I do not understand the patois spoken. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere thank you very much

After trying to force me to use the self service machine for 2 hours she did not know what she was talking about or how the printer worked. Store manager aided in making a scene never aided in helping the competence lacking employee. Save your time and go else where

We were in a line to turn onto Coolidge and there was a car waiting to turn out of one of the businesses, so I waited to let them out, but what ends up happening is this arrow truck behind me, comes around and then cuts me off, not letting the other car out too. In such a hurry you can't be polite on the roads. For shame!
