In APR 2019 I made the switch from our long-time coffee-supplies vendor to Office Express for coffee supplies, including paper plates, cups, napkins, etc. My boss says "It's the nature of your job to be interrupted all day long." Very true! That one-stop-shop & the quick turnaround time with Office Express is extremely valuable to me. If I order online by 5p & the item is in-stock, it's delivered the next business day. Not shipped to us. Delivered to us. If I have a question or problem (extremely rare) the ladies at Office Express headquarters are always very responsive, helpful, cordial & easy to deal with. Don M, the delivery person who's serviced us all these years, gives unmatched customer service! One example: He delivers the case of copier paper right to the machine & takes the strapping off the box! I'm glad to use Office Express as our office/coffee/break room supplies vendor.

I was polite and soft-spoken to her but she became very upset and yelled. It wouldn't be good if Office Depot would hire people that control their emotions and speak proper.
