G'rich: Very unprofessional. My furnace has not been working, and I notified management 3 weeks ago about it. Nov. 1 was the first very cold day in Michigan, it also snowed that day. When I told them about it, their manager Randy came to check out the furnace and he diagnosed the problem. He told me it will be 2 weeks to order the part. They do have a maintenance department and I don't know why they didn't have them look at it at least. Their finance department told me that the manager was trained for heating and cooling. I found that odd because this is a business, you're supposed to have some licensed come out not trained. After the 2 weeks passed their Manager told me they would fix it Thursday. Thursday comes and im at work and their manger is gone, so there is no one to let the licensed guy in to fix my furnace. Friday comes and he tells me they will be out that day. They never did show. They manager texted me and told me they will be there Monday Nov 16 to fix it because they had to order the part. But he told me that 3 weeks ago. And not to mention before I told them I didn't have heat, they were supposed to do a maintenance check on the apartment 2weeks prior to me informing them. DON'T RENT HERE!!!!! THEY know they are wrong, they are trying to credit me on $25, but my lawyer says different. THEIR MANAGER RANDY IS UNPROFESSIONAL, AND THE HEAD OF FINANCE DEPR. WHICH WHO'S NAME IS LYINDA IS UNPROFESSIONAL ....11/18/20.....BEEN HERE FOR 3 YEARS THIS WILL BE MY LAST !!!

savanah yousife: Unprofessional, dirty, and unsafe. 0 stars if i could. Warren village apartments is the most unprofessional apartment complex i have ever lived in. I was told by the manager to write a letter about the issues we were having with the people living above us, so i did. NOTHING WAS RESLOVED. everytime my dad or I would call to tell them that the issue is still going, i was told to keep writing letters, so i gave up. Our apartment was filled w bugs ( they didn’t do anything about it) every single closet in that apartment was broken ( everytime it was fixed it would literally break the next day ) you can hear word for word conversations with the people above you, we couldn’t sleep because you can hear foot steps, when things dropped, people screaming, kids screaming and jumping, and our apartment reeked with the smell of weed because the people above us would smoke all day ( with the kids there ). i been stressed since the day i moved in, it’s not worth the head ache at all especially when it’s a EVERY SINGLE DAY THING. Do yourself a favor and DONT make ur life miserable by moving here. Its disgusting.

WARREN POLICE WILL PULL YOU OVER IN THIS COMPLEX. you pulling in while they pulling out they will do a u turn, just because I have a dodge charger , really don’t matter my friend have a Taurus n they messed with her did the same exact thing. I’m tired of police , they messy , n terrible , and don’t care about nothing at all. They come in running through flashing lights at your car. “ I haven’t had any problems no break ins no nothing ! They make it bad. 2.0 just becuse the Management is respectful. Oh and it’s to over priced no balcony , no pool , no central air out charging 900 a month ????? Cristine M: their application fee is an outstanding nonrefundable100 dollars, which is quite frankly unheard of. which I received no updates about when I applied. it screams scam. the hours are 9am-6pm but don't be surprised if no one picks up. the only way I was able to get someone to pick up the phone was spam calling back to back to back until I annoyed someone enough in the office to pick up. when they picked up the phone they shouted at me like me trying to call them through their own appointed business hours was an inconvenience. this place is a mess, despite me being desperate to find housing in the winter, I can't in good mind ignore the rudeness, the unprofessionalism, lack of communication and hundreds of horrible reviews. I was "conditionally approved" but I'm running far from this place and their nonsense.

I had my viewing cancelled twice on me, and the application process is taking over a month with me dragging management kicking and screaming all of the way through it. They are useless and take days to get back to you when it should take minutes. Don't waste your time or sanity.

My first month of living I spent too many visits to the office to get my toilet fixed and maintenance requests that have not been fulfilled. This place is ghetto and unprofessional. DO NOT apply to live here because they DO NOT care about pre-inspections or making sure you are living comfortable for $834 a month! I will not be releasing or recommending this establishment to a soul. Many things wrong upon my arrival that does not make sense. Nasty old used soap and used cleaning material in the bathroom. Too many thing wrong on top of the heat not working. Floors where dirty so the place was not clean or inspected.

Zander: Awful at communicating with prospective tenants, especially given how steep the application fee is. I was told I was “preapproved” and could schedule a tour but received no communication after that aside from automated text messages. They never answer their phones, whether during business hours or not. And the answering machine doesn’t take messages, it just hangs up on you after promising to call you back (which never happens of course). I am lucky I was able to get a place somewhere else.

Jeff Pillon: All apartments are infested with cockroaches. Maintenance is non-existent. Loud and inconsiderate people run around all night stomping. Do not bring your kids here to raise them. Further more if you're an adult don't reside here. Again cockroaches running rampant. I believe it is because every month a new "family" moves in.

Ashes B: There are only a handful of good things about this complex and the management company. The apartments are a nice size, they have secured entry (when the doors to the building are actually closed and locked) and the option to pay rent online is available. Outside of those few small things this place SUCKS! Then entire time of my residency the rent increased every year with no updates to my unit and when I requested a new dishwasher or even a ceiling fan I was advised I would need to move to a "moderm unit" which was another increase in the rent. They even increased the rent during the pandemic with no regard to the strain and stress from the world on the resident. My neighbor even slipped and fell during the winter months due to the delayed actions of the maintenance staff. When I inquired about the snow removal policy the response was "we wait until the snow stops before we clear anything" meaning it if snowed for 2/3 days then the snow wouldn't be removed and when it finally does get cleared there was always a ton of ice underneath that the resident ls are responsible for throwing out from bucket that's left at the front door of the building. The staff in the office are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, they all lack professionalism and common courtesy respect when dealing with the residents. Once you sign on the dotted line the "act" ends and the "helpful staff" dissappear. I have even gone as far as contacting the corporate office Lautec and have been contacting them weekly about receiving correspondence back which never happens. Bottom line don't rent here unless it's your absolute last option!!

Justin Manzitti: I’ve been at Parkview for 4 years now and have really loved being here! The apartments are the nicest in the area and the staff is wonderful. The ladies in the office are always super helpful and the maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, can’t recommend this place enough!

Natalie Koch: I love my apartment, I have lived here three separate times they have a great pool lots of chairs for lounging, play area for the kids. They also have a gym to work out which I love I don't have to have a membership at a fancy gym. In all honesty the maintenance guys are great. The maintenance guys leave a tag on your door to let you know that the work has been done and I have lived here several years and like I said I've lived in three different apartments here due to I need more room they have washers and dryers and all the basements. I plan on staying here for several more years!

Dajannai Antwine: I went on a tour of these apartments TWICE within a week span before I decided if I wanted to fill out an application and start the moving process. Both times I was told that the apartments start at $850. Now less than a week after doing the tours I came back to submit my application and they tell me the rent is now $910 and/or $990 based on renovations. When you call on the phone they’ll tell you $850 to get you in the door and then act surprised that the price is higher than they originally stated, that’s a bad way to start business. No thanks

Black Girl Evolve: Would not recommend at all!! I’ve been here for 6 years and the rent has increased every year without any updates being made. The buzzard went out numerous times and it took them months to come out and fix it. The garbage overflows constantly which causes a MAJOR rodent problem. Rodents lie dead in the street on a regular and maintenance takes their times to come and pick them up. Management claims to put work orders in but you have to call back many times for someone to finally come out.They don’t seem to care because they don’t live here. The appliances are very old.They lie about policies, it’s just ridiculous. Avoid this place.

kaytlyn hopp: I have lived with this apartment complex for 7 years the raise the rent every year and the electric bill is extremely high and the outside always smells like weed as well as the inside. people are very inconsiderate on the washer and dryers with only having 2 each they can’t seem to be considerate of other people who need to do their laundry. This place is not as good as it seems. People can be loud and the trash area always looks nasty and it’s in the view of the apartment community as well who drives by on the Parkview road.

Amanda Mallette: Definitly dont reccomend. I couldnt pass up signing because a two bedroom was only $850 and looked so nice. We had an issue with management from the beginning, they told us that our unit was going to be on the second floor, when it was really on the first, they couldn't give me an exact move in date until a week before the move, and they didn't have all my keys ready at move in. Since then weve had tons of maintenance issues and they either say they put in our order and never come, or they say its fixed and we go to use it and it's still broken. Also, I have an ESA dog that I have a letter from my therapist for and had to go through a lot of paperwork to get approved with the complex and now after a year of living there with the dog I'm all of a sudden being harassed by a ton of neighbors about him, just like his existence because he is a very friendly, well behaved dog. Also, I had creepy notes left on my car and there was nothing the complex could do to help me because they dont have any security cameras. I went to talk to the Warren PD to talk to them about the notes and when I told them where I lived they told me to move out of the complex as soon as I can.

Zahanara Begum: Lived here for a little over a year and the experience was great! Neighbors are very nice and respectable. Management always answers the phone during business hours. Maintenance comes to fix requested things very fast usually within 24-48 hours. Sometimes they even came during the same day to fix things. Apartments are very spacious, has lots of natural light and has a clean look. Laundry machines work with an app so that's super nice if you don't have loose change. Pet friendly. Neighborhood is very quiet, everyone minds their own business but are still very nice if they bump into you on the street. My husband and I go for runs, walks, and bike around the neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and fast food places down the street if you don't want to make food. Lots of grocery/shopping centers around the area. Great location to get everything done. Rent can be paid easily online through the resident portal which makes it easy and convenient. They gave us a great deal on first months rent so I would ask if they have any move in deals going on if you are interested in moving here. They have a referral bonus if you already know someone living here. The only negative things about the apartment are the blinds. Never been a fan of the long white panels. Closet doors always come off the track they're the ones that roll open and close. However, maintenance comes and fixes it for me when I need It.

SewStitchyMom: I have lived at Parkview Village for 6 years. I have never had an issue with the management team and can easily pay rent online via the portal. The maintenance crew is available 7 days a week on call after hours for emergency issues. The location is right nearby I-696 and I-75, near shopping, restaurants and four schools and parks within walking distance. The grounds are kept nice with flowers and landscaping. There is a pool and gym for residents. My kids have friends that live in the complex and there is a large area in the middle of all the units where they can play at a playground. Maintenance is quick to address any concerns. I have a nice sized storage unit and they provide coin laundry services in the building that you can use coin or card to pay. My unit also has hook up for washer/dryer in the storage unit. My neighbors have been the same several years and are quiet. Maintenance clears the snow and ice in the winter on sidewalks and lots. We got new windows a couple years ago and it helped saving on heat and air. Love our balcony. Great place to live!

Jay B: This place is a hot mess. The main door to the building is always freely open for anybody to walk in because nobody seems to care enough to fix the doors. When you ask the maintenance for assistance, the job is never done correctly the first time. Not all apartments were updated but as I know other residents I have seen other buildings and they are not all similar. The staff is not friendly and they say there are cameras but after all the break ins with no resolution I am sure that’s not the case. There has been a plethora of problems and the only positive is the amount of space you have for it being an apartment.

oldskool is the best skool hiphop: I lived here now about 5 yrs... nothing bad to say.. very roomy two full baths..if you need maintenance within a matter of minutes they are here.. clean building ..yes you have noise but not my building..I'm in a unit where everyone is over 50.. I haven't had any bug problems as I see someone said...only bug problem are in the summer you see rollie pollie and other summer bugs but to be expected cause we are surrounded by trees..only thing stopped me from giving 5 stars..the appliances can be updated... my stove was new on arrival wish the dish washer and fridge was...oh and maybe updated washers and dryers..but I never use them anyway..and don't like the fact back entrance is locked after the school bus drops off kids and closed on weekend.. I feel it's a safety hazard...but I guess it to stop short cuts through the lots...

Jay Burgher: Only planned to stay in our one thousand square foot, one bedroom for 6 months after our wedding. A year and a half later we're still here. Yesterday we called about a light switch and it was replaced in less than two hours.Everything is well maintained. They clean, paint, and maintain all common areas and grounds on a very regular schedule.They are professional and courteous. I really just cannot say enough good things about the way this place is managed.

Ryan Young: In 2018 I lived at Huntington Club Apts (moved in 2016), ROCO/Huntington lost my lease after I signed my renewal. They began charging me month to month charges (I absolutely could not afford them). I contacted the leasing office, and they told me not to worry, that they'd found my lease on a filing cabinet and they would get me a corrected amount due. They did not, and took me to court for not paying (they also wouldn't take partial payments of my actual rent amount). I brought my emails about the matter to their lawyer, who dropped the case and got them to get me a corrected amount due. I paid immediately. They resumed applying month to month charges. They never answered their phones and the office was empty the vast majority of the time. The few times I was able to speak to someone, I was brushed off and told they would sort it out and get back to me (usually very rudely). Of note, the nicer lady from the beginning who told me she found the lease was shuffled off to work another location, and nobody would tell me where or how to contact her.They posted another eviction notice on my door. I stopped paying rent so I could save to move elsewhere. They turned my heat off in the middle of winter.My last two months rent totaled to $1,360. After applying month to month charges and late fees they generated a ~3,000.00 amount due and had their collections lawyer come after me. At this point 4 years later, they have garnished roughly $5,000.00 from me, which I'm still fighting.My time at the apartment was awful, and since moving out in 2019, ROCO still haunts me. Stay far away from these people.

I haven't lived in this place in over a year I was wrongfully evicted because these ppl are incompetent so in return they had to let me go with my last months rent moved out and all still being haunted by the incompetence. In June of 2022 I moved out I was told I damaged the tub and carpet around November no calls no emails only a letter in the mail telling I was being sued or whatever. For months I asked the company that contacted me asking for proof because I know didn't damage anything finally about 2 weeks ago I received pictures of a tub that's not mine and the carpet was mine butcompletely fine maybe a 250 cleaning fix but I'm being sued for 1200 which ironically is the same amount as the rent they gave me a credit on. Once I contacted the apt I got email with a excuse after my response I didn't get one. This place needs new ownership and new management

Ken App: The management here is terrible, they accuse you of lying about problems in you apartment. The pool never opened. The water is always off or pressure is low to the point where you can’t use it. They control the heat to all the apartments, so you will have to freeze until they decide it’s time to turn it on and then it breaks down every other day. This place is terrible and should be shut down!

Lali Belardo: Management is so bad here. There’s always something that’s not working. The water heater isn’t working one day, the heaters would work peak winter months, we’d run out of water, pool would be closed without notice, etc. It’s like do you actually fix the root problem or you’re just covering up holes when they come up? and they wouldn’t even give a notice in advance that these things will be in repair. You’ll get an email from them in the middle of you finding out something is wrong and then boom, you don’t have water for the rest of your day. They also hide the bad reviews. They also increased rent but these problems also increased 😅 if you have any repairs needed to be done in your apartment it will take them days to actually come and fix it. on the day they said they’ll fix it, they’ll be hours late or even tell you they’re doing it the next day. We moved in to a 2BD from a 1BD and our AC isn’t even new 😂 there’s no remotes, and it’s wrapped w foil that they didn’t even fix. Our doors have to be slammed to close all the way and there aren’t even locks on doors except for the bathroom

Leah Belardo: I wouldn’t really suggest moving here. The water is out almost every 2 weeks for “repairs” and they do this without proper prior announcement. They either don’t announce it or announce minutes before they shut it off. That is wrong. You guys need to give us ample time to prepare for that! And when they say it lasts for 2 hours, it lasts for 8+ hours!!!Management has no empathy to the tenants. When you have a concern in your apartment, they don’t promptly try to fix the issue. One time they had to REMOVE our toilet. Yes, REMOVE. The guy said he couldn’t fix it and left us with no toilet for a almost 6 hours. If i didn’t complain about it they wouldn’t have offered to use a common bathroom.The reviews here are either 5 stars or 1 star. I think because the 5 star ones are fake to balance it out.

Zyshone Cheateum: I’ve been here coming up on two years and this is not the place to be.. Management changes way too often and never answer the phone. 24 hour maintenance is useless because you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. Hot water it out every other day or so without any notice. They send an email hours after the fact always indicating “emergency repair”. Someone else Is definitely controlling the thermostat because it’s either too hot or freezing never a temperature in between. We have a community board but of course you can only post positive things on it. They’ve denied all my posts for unknown reasons.

All they have are attitudes in the office and takes them months to even fix anything in your apartment. Ever since this new office people been here this place has really gone down and Roco real estate doesn't do anything about it even thou they have gotten numerous complaints about there staffing management. The pool hasn't been opened in years this place is a joke we pay way to much to have nothing. You can't even BBQ either

Jeffrey Hanley: Please stay away from this place. It is crawling with bed bugs. My mother was in the ER next door recently. When they found a bug on her, the ER forced both of us to be decontaminated. Also after spending time here, I would later find the bugs tracked on my clothes even my skin. Management will send exterminators but they'll force you to pay or be evicted. Again stay away to avoid this kind of outcome!

Bridget in the leasing office is VERY RUDE, INAPPROPRIATE AND DISRESPECTFUL. They try to charge extra every single month and the rent is not worth the old nasty apartment community. wise guy: These people have given me and multiple other tenants eviction notices or random notices that they owe money that was already paid. As a matter of fact, i was even told by the women in the front office that they consistently have problems with their system that causes these problems for me. But still somehow Im having to pay a random extra $1000 because theyre saying i only gave them a $500 money order without a $310 one when literally every single month theyve recieved these money orders in the exact sequence of $500 and $310. So now because they think 8 didnt pay $310 in november im now being charged $1049 because they misplaced my money order. To top it off i couldnt get my apartment above 60 degrees during the winter. And that was a bonus. Save yourself problems and dont make the mistake i did of rushing into getting a place.

A R: I'm going to throw management a bone here--I've had nothing but pleasant, understanding, and accommodating experiences working with them. The buildings/units are two stars, but management is four stars.Earlier in 2018, you might have seen a WDIV report on things breaking w/o repairs here. These buildings are old, management is new, and their maintenance staff is at-or-above capacity. At/near the time of release, a slew of new equipment (refrigerators, heaters, plumbing) came in, as well as a massive parking lot repaving.The actual units are old. Thin walls, thinner floors, baseboard heating, and drafty metal windows. Regular 1BR units have living rooms facing the courtyards, which means folk on the catwalk can see in, but 1BR corner units are large and spacious.Parking is plenty accommodating, unless you live on the east facing units--most people park on Imperial Dr in this case. Imperial Dr, the main road leading into the units, is packed with too many cars and tons of traffic. Be cautious driving in/around/through here.Imperial Dr also produces a lot of road noise--lots of cars and lots of expansion joints. Add that to the hospital noise and general third-shift noise, and you'll find it's a fairly noisy place. Any noise you make in your unit will bleed. This place's largest demerit is in how noisy it is.Otherwise, the units are cheap, no-frills, and straightforward. There's a role and demand for cheap/simple units like Huntington, and I appreciate that it still exists.

David Simon: I've been living here for 6 years and I have never been late paying my rent, but they have tried to evict me because they lost 3 of my checks, I had to talk to their attorney in many occasions because they were taking me to court and treating to take my belongings. It was a painful, irritating process to solve this problem.The reason I haven't moved is because they keep telling me that they're going to fixed my apartment if I renew my lease and then they don't do anything, also I was cancer patient and the Hospital is with waking distance.Here are some of the reasons I don't recommend this place:1) I can't open or close the windows2) They control the heat and gets very hot3) I just got smoke detectors, don't know how they passed inspections4) Mice, roaches and centipedes reason why my kids don't want to sleep over or visit.I had paid to keep it under control.5) I complain in many occasions about the people a above me... is like I have horses running around and kids wrestling it makes it hard to sleep."THEY ARE LOUD....!!! And I start working at 6:am6) In many occasions I got locked in and had to used a knife to get out of my apartmentAnd So on....I hate to bring this up in this manner to whomever own this place, but I tried to do it in a discreet way, but didn't get me anywhere.I'm a paying customer, a human being and a responsible tenant.I Paid you on time about $60,000 in rent since I've been here. I wish we could trade places for a month, but I'm pretty sure you would never bring your family to a such of place.

THE SPACE EVENT VENUE: Huntington Club Apartments is very poorly managed. There have been 4 Property Managers since February of this year. There are no repairs made to the property of any kind. The windows are old, broken and unsafe. The front door screen is broke. The blinds are broken, the garbage disposal doesn't work, the faucet leaks. The kitchen cabinets are old. The stove was not working for 3 months before they finally came and changed the eyelets, which 2 of them still don't work. Every month they post eviction letters on your front door and when you call to speak with someone about the issue they never respond, or they blame the last Property Manager. The hallways smell and are nasty, garbage sits for weeks outside before anyone come to empty it. I have had nothing but problems with this place since i moved in February 2018. As soon as my lease is up in February i will be vacating this property. Property Management here is HORRIBLE.

Amare Southern: Don’t move here. Currently, this very moment, I’ve been awake all night because I’ve been begging the leasing office to please replace the floor boards in the bedroom and hallway (even tho the entire apartment upstairs needs new floor boards) because my upstairs neighbor can not walk around their apartment without disturbing me. The floors above me creak EXTREMELY LOUD. There’s no avoiding hearing it and unless you are a hard sleeper or sleep with the TV at a considerable volume you will be disturbed. The apartments are very outdated and overpriced and prices just keep increasing. The neighbors in general are getting out of hand with the loud TVs and music and the leasing office could care less to enforce the leasing rules. The parking lot was a nightmare for years. Several large holes that would total your vehicle if you weren’t paying attention. Currently, one of the main entrance dumpsters will frequently have a mound of trash around it . For my last lease they moved the grace period up three days, increase the rent $100, and increased the late fee $50. I had sewage backing up in my bathroom for months (raw sewage in my bathtub more than half way up the tub) and the maintenance is a complete joke. I explained to him that when other residents use their bathroom (sink, toilet or bathtub) it was causing my bathroom plumbing to splash and gurgle. Maintenance had to physically experience toilet water splashing on him while standing in my apartment in order to take me serious. I waited two months for a new dish washer and it still has not washed a single load of dishes for me (4-6 months since the new one was installed and it’s broken). The pricing of a load of laundry increased significantly, as well. You have to use a laundry card to wash clothes and you can ONLY load the card at the leasing office and their hours could be inconvenient for a lot of working residents. Meaning you may never be able to load your laundry card and wash clothes at home. I’ve been here since 2015. I’ve spent thousands of dollars for rent and been a great tenant, I’ve lived in multiple units and getting the leasing office to care about your concerns is like threading a camel through a needle hole. The change leasing managers/assistants/and maintenance personnel as often as a person changes underwear, and they are getting worst each time it’s a new person. The last leasing manager let my previous upstairs neighbor move in 5 ppl at once (his mom, sister, sisters two kids and a friend). That lasted from April 2022-September 2022. Another nightmare. They wore the floor completely out and for months I’ve not been able to sleep. My son has special needs and if you are anything like me sleep is crucial. You will find the police are called to this complex often, as well. You will not find peace here. If you are able to, avoid living here. It’s not worth your sanity or money.

I’ve been leaving near a burned unsealed unit for almost a month. I was without heat for 7 days plus TWICE this winter. The parking lots condition is awful. The pool hasn’t been opened for as long as I can remember. You would expect for complex’s to be a little more suitable especially in warren but no this specific residence is just as bad as anywhere else!

Anonymous Anonymous: Only move here if you’re desperate. My neighbors are nice but I’ve heard some bad stuff from others. Rent is pretty pricey considering the apartments are old and outdated, the parking lot has holes so big you have to drive well around them or you’d probably total your car, the hallways and laundry rooms rarely get cleaned, and the paint on everything is yellow (originally white). Summer of 2018 we went without air for 2 months. The only way to manage was to keep the “fan” to the AC on all month which kept our apartment at 84° instead of 94° (brought our electric bill to $320 for two months as well) Finally they installed a window unit to get us by until they fixed it. There’s really no point in having the doors to our building since someone keeps breaking the lock and it doesn’t get fixed (understandably I wouldn’t fix it 20 times either). The numbers are hard to see on the buildings and there’s no door bells so ordering food or having out of town visitors is hell. The pros to this place are how quiet it is, it’s near most major stores, and they keep up on the grass and such. Personally, the least they could do is make pets/water actually free since they fix nothing else with your money. Then you look at the reviews of other people and they comment with “we’d love to make your stay 5 star” lol, like they don’t know what they’re doing wrong. Tell you what, when you drive to the property, give the parking lot a quick drive around. That should tell you how things are ran here.

Ross McAvoy: Lived here for several months while in between jobs. Luckily, it was mostly quiet at night time. No issues with other residents, in the parking lot or otherwise with the facility. The only disappointment and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the hallways frequently smelled like weed. I hated opening my door in the morning (or going out at night) and being pelted in the face with a fog of the devil's lettuce. Other than that, nice play to stay. The athletic facility and outdoor tennis courts were great. Close proximity to a lot of business and restaurants.

They have a beautiful pool that could not be opened this summer and the gym is finally back open after being closed since March. The common spaces of the building are cleaned regularly. I have never had an issue with vehicle problems like other reviewers have said. I'm so glad I chose this place as my home.

You know how hallways have a horrible smell in other apartments, they dont. They also have easy rent payments online. We have online maintenance requests and they handle your requests almost immediately!! Most of mine have been same day. I wish I was able to indulge in the amenities, but due to COVID I'll have to wait until next year but I'll definitely be renewing my lease. I like the office manager as well. She is nice but you can tell she doesn't play and she's about her business. Also they have trash rooms and shoots on every floor. That's so convenient! They also have a laundry facility on every floor.
