Nekole: I recently moved into Manor House Apartments this past summer. I must say I am very pleased with the Property. The Manager is very nice and professional. The Maintenance Guys are nice. I had a work order and the guys got there the same day. My neighbors are really nice and are long term residents here. I like the fact that the Manager walks the property. For the most part I really love my apartment and I am glad that I chose Manor House Apartments.
BG ORNOGANG: are you serious this manager is so awesome , she is so nice an top notch professional I believe her name is Tasha or Nasha n she helped me a lot , she is so beautiful she looks like a Barbie doll lol.

Manor House blessed me with a new fresh start from my first interaction over the phone with the property manager to applying to being approved to moving in the units are very nice and comfortable it suits me perfectly they take pride in their tenants the property and its surroundings to make your living environment comfortable peaceful and safe everything you need is close by within walking distance I needed a few minor things done when I first moved in informed the property manager maintenance was out the very next day to complete what was required I was very pleased with the results I haven't had any issues with my apartment. Thank You Manor House and Staff You Guys Are Great
Brittany Brown: I love Manor House I been here for 2 years now. It’s peaceful, we’ll keep, and also kind people here the landlord have a sweet soul and also the maintenance. They are always on time when you need them. I love that it is mix racists here every one get alone. Everyone help eachother. Oh also you never have to worry in the winter the heat is on point I can go on and on. I love Manor House.

Amira Mccullum: This my first apartment. I have an upgraded unit which is not bad looking BUT be aware of the cops . THEY HAVE BEEN HARRASING RESIDENTS ! WARREN POLICE WILL PULL YOU OVER IN THIS COMPLEX. you pulling in while they pulling out they will do a u turn, just because I have a dodge charger , really don’t matter my friend have a Taurus n they messed with her did the same exact thing. I’m tired of police , they messy , n terrible , and don’t care about nothing at all. They come in running through flashing lights at your car. “ I haven’t had any problems no break ins no nothing ! They make it bad. 2.0 just becuse the Management is respectful. Oh and it’s to over priced no balcony , no pool , no central air out charging 900 a month ????? Oh and the hot water n my building takes 20 mins to get hot water , been like this for months. Maintenance men is lazy don’t wanna fix
marlon moore: Won’t be taking that apartment ‘ seems like I’ll be moving again if take the place. Not clean at all ‘ and doesn’t look properly maintenance.Someone should sue them for false advertisement. Those units don’t look nothing like what they have pictured.No thank you
Cristine M: their application fee is an outstanding nonrefundable100 dollars, which is quite frankly unheard of. which I received no updates about when I applied. it screams scam. the hours are 9am-6pm but don't be surprised if no one picks up. the only way I was able to get someone to pick up the phone was spam calling back to back to back until I annoyed someone enough in the office to pick up. when they picked up the phone they shouted at me like me trying to call them through their own appointed business hours was an inconvenience. this place is a mess, despite me being desperate to find housing in the winter, I can't in good mind ignore the rudeness, the unprofessionalism, lack of communication and hundreds of horrible reviews. I was "conditionally approved" but I'm running far from this place and their nonsense.

GotzMaDskiTTlez: I haven't even lived here yet and the management is already a nightmare to deal with. I had my viewing cancelled twice on me, and the application process is taking over a month with me dragging management kicking and screaming all of the way through it. They are useless and take days to get back to you when it should take minutes. Don't waste your time or sanity.
Joseph Montgomery: Terrible maintenance crew and efficiency! My first month of living I spent too many visits to the office to get my toilet fixed and maintenance requests that have not been fulfilled. This place is ghetto and unprofessional. DO NOT apply to live here because they DO NOT care about pre-inspections or making sure you are living comfortable for $834 a month! I will not be releasing or recommending this establishment to a soul. Many things wrong upon my arrival that does not make sense. Nasty old used soap and used cleaning material in the bathroom. Too many thing wrong on top of the heat not working. Floors where dirty so the place was not clean or inspected.

Zander: Awful at communicating with prospective tenants, especially given how steep the application fee is. I was told I was “preapproved” and could schedule a tour but received no communication after that aside from automated text messages. They never answer their phones, whether during business hours or not. And the answering machine doesn’t take messages, it just hangs up on you after promising to call you back (which never happens of course). I am lucky I was able to get a place somewhere else.
