Jasmine Myrick: The move in process was very sweet and simple. From the application process, the fees were not that bad, the touring of the property the communication with the staff, questions being answered everything was a smooth transition. I love the apartment, the bathroom, the kitchen and the balcony. I love that they have a playground and a pool. My kids are going to have a ball this summer.

Macy: Don't like the fact that you don't control your own heat it is april and they still have the boiler running it is 80 degrees in this apartment. Also when I moved in they didn't make the updates to the bathroom like I asked. But other than that it's quiet and it's good location because it's close to alot the stores I frequent.

Sharon Novak-Runde: My husband and I have been here over 5 years. We have wonderful neighbors, beautiful community. Dawn the manager and the maintenance crew are awesome. The grounds are well maintained, snow is always shoveled. We have never had an issue. It feels like family here.

Haidyn Michael: I currently live here and have had water damage, called several times, i was told it’s mildew… clearly it’s not…apartment manager proceeded to yell at my 16 year old daughter and threatened to evict me.. my kids and myself are all sick from breathing in all the mold…i was told to buy some bleach and clean it myself they told me it’s the way i live… not acceptable dawn is the rudest and most unprofessional person should not be allowed to verbally assault a minor..
Rebekah LaPere: I lived at Eastbrooke for over 8 years. During that time, I moved from an apartment on the 1st floor to an apartment on the 2nd floor in a different building. If you're looking for a place that doesn't have a lot of crime, is convenient to 696 and 94, is very competitively priced, and has mostly friendly neighbors, you'd be happy here.Dawn is the current Property Manager and I've never encountered an issue with her. She seeks to make Eastbrooke a cozy and inviting place to live and is good at working difficulties out with you if you're honest and respectful. Maintenance requests are often addressed and completed in less than 24 hours.Bottom line- Eastbrooke was my home for over 8 years and I'm thankful for that. If I hadn't moved to the other side of the state to be closer to my boyfriend, I'd still be there.

Naomi Doll: Moved here as my first apartment and it was the worst experience. Office staff never answered the phone or emails. Multiple things broke in the apartment that were essential and it would take weeks before they would even look at it and when they finally showed up they would lie and say they fixed it when they hadnt. Police were there every other day because of fights in the complex. The grounds were never taken care of, and the hallways were always trashed. Shared washing machines and dryers were always broken. Pool was never cleaned. Do not live here.

Dank Thresh: You can find much better places for cheaper, you owe it to yourself to do some more digging. The office doesn't return calls promptly, the work orders get mixed up and in some cases completely forgotten about, and the neighbors are absolutely horrible. I only write this because I plan to move asap. It's truly a shame because the area is great and management is very kind. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I had a work order and the guys got there the same day. My neighbors are really nice and are long term residents here. I like the fact that the Manager walks the property. For the most part I really love my apartment and I am glad that I chose Manor House Apartments.

Manor House blessed me with a new fresh start from my first interaction over the phone with the property manager to applying to being approved to moving in the units are very nice and comfortable it suits me perfectly they take pride in their tenants the property and its surroundings to make your living environment comfortable peaceful and safe everything you need is close by within walking distance I needed a few minor things done when I first moved in informed the property manager maintenance was out the very next day to complete what was required I was very pleased with the results I haven't had any issues with my apartment. Michael Munro: Manager just walked into the apartment one morning after I gave my notice I was moving out. Paid an the additional month and gave the keys early now its a 60 day notice so they kept my deposit and charged an additional $537 it will sit in collections until i need it gone. One month my payment was "lost" so had to pay it again. The unit was outdated and essentially held together with duct tape (leaks in ceiling and so on) constant rent hikes horribly ran, parking lot floods everytime it rains the list is never ending. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!! Moved out in June 2022

She is very rude and unprofessional with a tacky wig!!! She is the reason I’m leaving this year!! I could deal with everything else but not her!!! She’s going to cause this complex to lose a lot of residenst.

It is the best bathtub caulk job I have ever seen. Very professional.Shawn did an excellent job and cleaned up after he was done.Shawn gets 5 stars and management gets one for the long wait time.

WARREN POLICE WILL PULL YOU OVER IN THIS COMPLEX. you pulling in while they pulling out they will do a u turn, just because I have a dodge charger , really don’t matter my friend have a Taurus n they messed with her did the same exact thing. I’m tired of police , they messy , n terrible , and don’t care about nothing at all. They come in running through flashing lights at your car. “ I haven’t had any problems no break ins no nothing ! They make it bad. 2.0 just becuse the Management is respectful. Oh and it’s to over priced no balcony , no pool , no central air out charging 900 a month ????? Oh and the hot water n my building takes 20 mins to get hot water , been like this for months. Maintenance men is lazy don’t wanna fix

Cristine M: their application fee is an outstanding nonrefundable100 dollars, which is quite frankly unheard of. which I received no updates about when I applied. it screams scam. the hours are 9am-6pm but don't be surprised if no one picks up. the only way I was able to get someone to pick up the phone was spam calling back to back to back until I annoyed someone enough in the office to pick up. when they picked up the phone they shouted at me like me trying to call them through their own appointed business hours was an inconvenience. this place is a mess, despite me being desperate to find housing in the winter, I can't in good mind ignore the rudeness, the unprofessionalism, lack of communication and hundreds of horrible reviews. I was "conditionally approved" but I'm running far from this place and their nonsense.

GotzMaDskiTTlez: I haven't even lived here yet and the management is already a nightmare to deal with. I had my viewing cancelled twice on me, and the application process is taking over a month with me dragging management kicking and screaming all of the way through it. They are useless and take days to get back to you when it should take minutes. Don't waste your time or sanity.

My first month of living I spent too many visits to the office to get my toilet fixed and maintenance requests that have not been fulfilled. This place is ghetto and unprofessional. DO NOT apply to live here because they DO NOT care about pre-inspections or making sure you are living comfortable for $834 a month! I will not be releasing or recommending this establishment to a soul. Many things wrong upon my arrival that does not make sense. Nasty old used soap and used cleaning material in the bathroom. Too many thing wrong on top of the heat not working. Floors where dirty so the place was not clean or inspected.

Zander: Awful at communicating with prospective tenants, especially given how steep the application fee is. I was told I was “preapproved” and could schedule a tour but received no communication after that aside from automated text messages. They never answer their phones, whether during business hours or not. And the answering machine doesn’t take messages, it just hangs up on you after promising to call you back (which never happens of course). I am lucky I was able to get a place somewhere else.

Jasmine Drane: Love this apartment! Maintenance is always quick to come whenever there is a problem in my unit maintenance tech Lincoln is always there to fix if fast and efficiently! Plan on staying here a long time and cannot be any happier with the customer service that has been provided to me! MacArthur Manor gets 5 stars and so does the maintenance man Lincoln gets 5 stars as well!
CRYSTAL AVERY: I love the area, very quite and close to everywhere I need to go. Tina is a real good manager I never had a problem. she is very polite and knows what she is doing. When I needed anything down to my home it's done with in a timely manner. Only thing I don't like is the parking. I feel at least one spot should be reserved for each house. I know it's more then one person living in a house with a car but I feel at least one spot should be reserved with our address on the parking spot. it's been plenty of nights where I had to park far from my house. I hope in the near future this issue can be resolved with parking.
Robin Bennett: I've been living here 1 1/2yr. It's very quiet. I love my place. Anytime I need something fixed Ms Tina gets right on it and takes care of it. She is not only professional but always pleasant and helpful. Last year I had a problem with DTE thinking I had a commercial acct instead of residential. Ms Tina stepped in to see if there was anything that she could do. She even followed up with me to see if the issue was resolved. The only thing that I don't like is the limited parking. We need assigned parking spaces with our address on a sign not the curb.

alitia hannah: The leasing consultant GIGI IS A VERY RUDE PERSON!!!!!! She belittles her customers in a condescending way. I would not recommend even trying to apply they don’t even deserve 1 star
Ross McAvoy: Lived here for several months while in between jobs. Luckily, it was mostly quiet at night time. No issues with other residents, in the parking lot or otherwise with the facility. The only disappointment and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the hallways frequently smelled like weed. I hated opening my door in the morning (or going out at night) and being pelted in the face with a fog of the devil's lettuce. Other than that, nice play to stay. The athletic facility and outdoor tennis courts were great. Close proximity to a lot of business and restaurants.
Bo Thomas: Been a resident for the last 2 years. During my time here has been great. No issues with management, parking, or common areas of the property. The staff here are very friendly and respectful. I would recommend Parkview to all.
Connie Dominick: I have lived here for 2 years. Very happy. It is quiet. People are friendly. Maintenance calls are taken care of promply. I wish COVID didn't affect things so badly. They have a beautiful pool that could not be opened this summer and the gym is finally back open after being closed since March. The common spaces of the building are cleaned regularly. I have never had an issue with vehicle problems like other reviewers have said. I'm so glad I chose this place as my home.

Chauntice Calhoun: I moved her April 2020. This place is awesome. The people are nice here. Its diverse. I love that they literally clean everyday. You know how hallways have a horrible smell in other apartments, they dont. They also have easy rent payments online. We have online maintenance requests and they handle your requests almost immediately!! Most of mine have been same day. I wish I was able to indulge in the amenities, but due to COVID I'll have to wait until next year but I'll definitely be renewing my lease. I like the office manager as well. She is nice but you can tell she doesn't play and she's about her business. Also they have trash rooms and shoots on every floor. That's so convenient! They also have a laundry facility on every floor.

Britt M: I've lived here for a couple of years now, and I do really enjoy my stay, management is always on top of everything, which is a very nice change from previous places I've lived that really don't care. It's easy enough to get along in the building, just follow the rules, and your time here will be pretty good. Also I enjoy the commute to work, and this building being close to fairly everything.

J: Don't live here. The crime is high and management isn't doing anything to stop it. Constant vehicle theft and break ins. I woke up to cars on cinder blocks multiple times. You know what the landlord did? She installed cameras for her office only! The interior is going down hill, bugs run rampant, and you will have the nastiest landlord.
S Pmara: BEWARE ABOUT RENTING HERE!!! Living here was a nightmare. I wish I would have believed the reviews. Car alarms would go off nightly and the area is not properly lit. Cops are constantly being called due to break in and attempted car thefts. Management is terrible and a constantly pointing fingers at others. They will delay your security deposit and try to take money out without TELLING YOU WHAT THE CHARGES ARE.STAY AWAY!
Devin Allen: Great place to live I been here 3 years very quiet and safe. You never have to worry about your unit or car outside. Friendly and nice staff. I can't say anything bad about this building its been great to me
