Kelly: I attended a baby shower here and my daughter has a dairy allergy. She spoke with a waitress to see what she could have from the buffet and the chef came out and advised her what was dairy free. Twenty minutes later, the waitress came to our table with a stirfry from the chef. She never asked for anything additional because she felt she had plenty to eat, but she was so thankful. They went above and beyond and left a great impression on us. Thank you to the staff of Gazebo!

Kelly Stables: I was there for my son's company Christmas party we had a wonderful time the food was so wonderful the appetizers the chocolate covered strawberries the banquet that they put out for us to eat was just the setup was wonderful the food was just delicious we had free photos at a photo booth of course I got four pictures with my son and they gave us duplicate copies it was a wonderful time and I'm so glad that they have their company Christmas party there every year it's always a beautiful wonderful time I would recommend going there if you have any big parties or events

Jim Hoover: Great venue, but short staffed in my opinion. There were roughly 450 people at the event I attended, and it took about 2 hours to serve everyone their meals. I had already finished my dessert before the table right next to me had been served their entrees. I felt bad for them, and almost guilty for eating in front of them. It was a bit uncomfortable. That being said, the servers were GREAT! Always happy and smiling and very attentive. If they had been sufficiently staffed this would have been a 5 star review.

Katrina Krupa: 34 days before our wedding and all of a sudden we get an email saying they are canceling our event due to construction. We were told we would be transfered to a new location (the people there were nice so no hate to them) that was a much smaller location than we paid for for the same price. It was impossible to call Royalty House and when I got an email about my refund, it seemed they were annoyed we were asking about the check. There's apparently been changes to the story of why they canceled everyone's events. We are highly annoyed because two weeks before the email, we went to talk about dinner, seating, and paid for another hour. I don't recommend this banquet hall at all. I would be more understanding if they handled this better, but it was such a poor way of doing this.
Eleni Katakis: If you want to have the risk of having this venue cancel your event 60 days before, this is the place for you!! I have had events here in the past, but the new owners have ruined the reputation of this venue in less than a year. It is truly sad, and they should have changed the name. You can renovate the venue all you want, but you can’t fix how unprofessional the owners and management are. They did not even call me to say my event has been canceled. Truly, the office manager does not have a clue what is going on and did not respond to any of my emails.
Brittany Bland: This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Our wedding is a week and a half away and they canceled it last minute with no notice. They sent a refund check with no written or spoken word as to why until my fiancé and I got a hold of them. This was our first and last experience with them and it's because of their new ownership

Show you a beautiful space, promise you the moon, give you a different room with nasty walls, a leaky bathroom, no air and a drunk bar tender. This hall made my wedding day stressful, disappointing, and horrible...they WOULDN'T EVEN CUT MY CAKE. The "staff" if you can call them that were CLUELESS CHILDREN, the event planner was MIA most of the evening. My DJ had to ask them to start food....I had to get dressed for my wedding in the bathroom because the girl said the bridal suite was "too hot" but I wasn't told that until I arrived.... So ALL my female guests seen my dress before the ceremony when it was supposed to be a surprise.All and all it was a terrible experience and my memories of my wedding are not happy ones because of this place.

C. J. (C.J.): Went to see the Spinners with a small group. The show was good, despite having to watch it on screens. You can't really see the stage if you're towards the back because it's a banquet hall. The setup really wasn't great.The seating was family style using the smallest tables I've ever seen. With ten seats to a table, facing forward, it was tight. The server Diana, was very nice and did her best, but it was packed, loud and the lighting was low.The limited menu is platters to share. Which was a little expensive and also difficult to eat because the tables were so small. My son and I split the Antipasto Platter and Penne Pasta 1/2 order, which was about $40. I think we were supposed to get bread, but didn't. The garlic and oil pasta was good, the Antipasto, not so much. Asked for some water and got bottles for $3 each.Doors opened at 7pm, show opener started around 8:15 or so. I tried to order a cannoli about 8:30-ish but the kitchen was closed?? 🤨 It's a banquet hall attached to a restaurant.It was an interesting experience. Not sure if I would repeat it.Also, parking was $5 to self park, $10 to valet, or you could park across 14 Mile near the Walmart and be shuttled back over.

Jarrod LiPuma: Went to a show here last night. Arrived pretty early, all of the self parking was full. They required valet parking and attempted to return hundreds of valet vehicles at the same time after the show ended. We had to wait way too long to get our vehicle back. No need for valet at a place this size, much less to force it on guests.

Colleen Empson: Tried to call several times over several days (during business hours) to book a party. Recording states the office is closed and then proceeds to state their business hours so I know I called when they were supposed to be open . Then I was routed to a guy’s voicemail. Message states office is closed due to Covid restrictions. (This is August 2022). The recording says to leave a message and someone will call back but you can’t leave a message because the voicemail box is full. I ended up booking somewhere else.
Michael Pyciak: Their website no longer exists. No one answers the phone. No recent social media postings. Also listed for sale. I think that it would be safe to say that this place has closed....Another victim of Covid 19 restrictions.

I worked with sharon and she was the sweetest person I could ever meet. When she say me(the bride) struggling to decide on things and in tears because of planning a wedding was hard she was there every step of the way and willing to help me make my day perfect for me. I would definitely recommend going here and spending you money. Plus the food was amazing my guest couldn't stop talking about the food lol Thank you Decarlos for a wonderful wedding reception. If I could do it all over again I would!

The staff were rushing us to eat out food kept coming around asking are you done etc.The place is on the pricier end I would highly recommend a 2nd option when it comes to the main dish and dessert.Appetizers was Hummous and some bread that was a little hard.Main dish breaded chicken, green beans, rice, Wedding cake. Which i didn't receive cake they didn't hand it out at the tables like they did the food. I am sure there was plenty of food we got one serving of everything. Never received the Togo boxes we asked for the lady was mad we asked.Lastly the bar he had open bar which I feel was not worth it the drinks were water down including the regular juice like cranberry. They al so only had 2 liquor options for drinks. 1

Ms.Gina offers beautiful decorations and catering. Her and Ms.Naomi truly went over and beyond to make this day special for my Uncle 60th bday celebration. When my family walked in they were impressed and kept asking who decorated? lol I started to take the credit 😁 but I didnt. This was hard work and I needed to give credit to these ladies.They even had personalized decor which he was able to take home as a keepsake. The hall came with a speaker(great sound) and a mic. They did such an amazing job I was given money on the spot to reserve the hall for our next bday gathering. I will upload pictures soon as we get them back. Thank you guys so much for an awesome time at your venue.

Etenesh .Brown: I just celebrated my twins graduation from High School. The owners were so professional and prompt with communication and taking care of my needs for the party. My family and friends were so impressed with the hall. I definitely would recommend them for your next celebration.

There is plenty of parking and they give you so many options and packages for decorating. I booked before Covid and they kept in touch and worked with me when l switched my event from a vow renewal to a baby shower.

Very professional, clean, quality service and not to mention her decor was fabulous I will definitely return! @ellington center made sure I was on point and sent countless emails for reminders and responded in a timely manner if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend and willl be hosting my next intimate event here!

It was themed a Champagne Brunch, with hors d'oeuves and cake. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest score, I give them a 15; this not only includes The Ellington Event Center but also includes Hightower Catering which was recommended by Ellington.
