Tameca Young: We had a beautiful Baby Shower here, the space is bright and welcoming the owner was very friendly and accommodating. This is a great venue to have events. There is plenty of parking and they give you so many options and packages for decorating. I booked before Covid and they kept in touch and worked with me when l switched my event from a vow renewal to a baby shower.

Jim Hoover: Great venue, but short staffed in my opinion. There were roughly 450 people at the event I attended, and it took about 2 hours to serve everyone their meals. I had already finished my dessert before the table right next to me had been served their entrees. I felt bad for them, and almost guilty for eating in front of them. It was a bit uncomfortable. That being said, the servers were GREAT! Always happy and smiling and very attentive. If they had been sufficiently staffed this would have been a 5 star review.

Katrina Krupa: 34 days before our wedding and all of a sudden we get an email saying they are canceling our event due to construction. We were told we would be transfered to a new location (the people there were nice so no hate to them) that was a much smaller location than we paid for for the same price. It was impossible to call Royalty House and when I got an email about my refund, it seemed they were annoyed we were asking about the check. There's apparently been changes to the story of why they canceled everyone's events. We are highly annoyed because two weeks before the email, we went to talk about dinner, seating, and paid for another hour. I don't recommend this banquet hall at all. I would be more understanding if they handled this better, but it was such a poor way of doing this.

Eleni Katakis: If you want to have the risk of having this venue cancel your event 60 days before, this is the place for you!! I have had events here in the past, but the new owners have ruined the reputation of this venue in less than a year. It is truly sad, and they should have changed the name. You can renovate the venue all you want, but you can’t fix how unprofessional the owners and management are. They did not even call me to say my event has been canceled. Truly, the office manager does not have a clue what is going on and did not respond to any of my emails.

Brittany Bland: This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Our wedding is a week and a half away and they canceled it last minute with no notice. They sent a refund check with no written or spoken word as to why until my fiancé and I got a hold of them. This was our first and last experience with them and it's because of their new ownership

Show you a beautiful space, promise you the moon, give you a different room with nasty walls, a leaky bathroom, no air and a drunk bar tender. This hall made my wedding day stressful, disappointing, and horrible...they WOULDN'T EVEN CUT MY CAKE. The "staff" if you can call them that were CLUELESS CHILDREN, the event planner was MIA most of the evening. My DJ had to ask them to start food....I had to get dressed for my wedding in the bathroom because the girl said the bridal suite was "too hot" but I wasn't told that until I arrived.... So ALL my female guests seen my dress before the ceremony when it was supposed to be a surprise.All and all it was a terrible experience and my memories of my wedding are not happy ones because of this place.

She spoke with a waitress to see what she could have from the buffet and the chef came out and advised her what was dairy free. Twenty minutes later, the waitress came to our table with a stirfry from the chef. She never asked for anything additional because she felt she had plenty to eat, but she was so thankful. They went above and beyond and left a great impression on us. Thank you to the staff of Gazebo!

The staff were rushing us to eat out food kept coming around asking are you done etc.The place is on the pricier end I would highly recommend a 2nd option when it comes to the main dish and dessert.Appetizers was Hummous and some bread that was a little hard.Main dish breaded chicken, green beans, rice, Wedding cake. Which i didn't receive cake they didn't hand it out at the tables like they did the food. I am sure there was plenty of food we got one serving of everything. Never received the Togo boxes we asked for the lady was mad we asked.Lastly the bar he had open bar which I feel was not worth it the drinks were water down including the regular juice like cranberry. They al so only had 2 liquor options for drinks. 1

Ms.Gina offers beautiful decorations and catering. Her and Ms.Naomi truly went over and beyond to make this day special for my Uncle 60th bday celebration. When my family walked in they were impressed and kept asking who decorated? lol I started to take the credit 😁 but I didnt. This was hard work and I needed to give credit to these ladies.They even had personalized decor which he was able to take home as a keepsake. The hall came with a speaker(great sound) and a mic. They did such an amazing job I was given money on the spot to reserve the hall for our next bday gathering. I will upload pictures soon as we get them back. Thank you guys so much for an awesome time at your venue.

E.A.P: Pros: The hall was very spacious and was complimented by nice ceiling draping.My experience: While doing a walk through, AG and myself discussed the details, pricing, etc. We agreed my timeframe would be from 12pm-5pm (event started at 1pm) At this time, I informed AG my planner stated she needed 2 hours to set up properly. He then explained there is a $75 per hour up charge. He volunteered by stating, he’d be there an hour before my event to get everything situated (lights on, tables, etc.) so my decorator could come during that time. I booked my baby shower almost two months prior to the event and paid my invoice by the due date. The day before my event, I didn’t get a confirmation call or text. I thought to reach out myself but from what is displayed online, they seemed to always book frequently so I figured, no need, because things will run seamlessly.The day of my event, my planner called me at 11:12am and explained the doors were locked. I immediately called AG a few times. Once I received a call back, I told him the situation. I don’t know if it was just me but his voice didn’t sound like he even had any recollection to even having an event scheduled. Anyhow, he said he’d be there in about 5 minutes. This then pushed back my decorator’s set up time. When I arrived, it was a tragedy! AG did inform me during the walk through, he doesn’t set up tables (understandable) but he didn’t even have them pulled out yet from the back. Guest were arriving and the planner and her team were still setting up. It was completely embarrassing.After the event, I briefly spook to AG andI mentioned to him about him, not being on time and he said, no, no, no remember I told you, there were no guarantees!? I was no, you NEVER said that. He said, yes I did! That was the icing on the cake! I was already having a high risk pregnancy due to preeclampsia. I actually went into labor 4 days later and this stressful situation didn’t help by any means. I then later was informed by my planner, AG didn’t arrived until almost 12pm.NEVER AGAIN!!!
