Germany Rumbley: I had my wedding reception here back in August 2019 when it was nothing less then perfect. Very affordable and the customer service was even better. I worked with sharon and she was the sweetest person I could ever meet. When she say me(the bride) struggling to decide on things and in tears because of planning a wedding was hard she was there every step of the way and willing to help me make my day perfect for me. I would definitely recommend going here and spending you money. Plus the food was amazing my guest couldn't stop talking about the food lol Thank you Decarlos for a wonderful wedding reception. If I could do it all over again I would!

Sonia Zafar: This venue is alright but it is located in a very unsafe, sketchy neighborhood. I attended a wedding here last weekend and my car got broken into within 2 hours of the event, and my vehicle acquired extensive damage. I was parked in the lot right in front of the building. When the police checked the cameras, it was found that they were not even facing the parking lots which is a huge red flag. If I were to hold an event I would want to make sure my guests and their vehicles are safe. If you do decide to book with them, make sure you hire security.

Moe Ayoub: There is bad customer service, then there is really bad customer service, then there is 50 feet of ****, then comes the customer service of this place.our experience: We met one of the owner's family members who manages the place, agreed on a price and date, they wrote all the numbers down, handed us the papers and agreed to let us think it over. In that meeting, we also agreed to pay an EXTRA 1000$ because we have less than 300 guests , and were reminded that "its not even worth it to light up the lights for less than 10K, but for you I'll let it pass". Mind you, the WHOLE place was lit before we got there while that manager was sitting there by herself in a small office.We call the next day to agree on a time to come pay the deposit. The same person (owner's sister or manager) informs us that she needs to increase the price AGAIN because "upper management" decided the price is too little AND we should change our date. The lady refused to say who "upper management" is so we don't reach out to them (which we know), deflected my questions and insisted its an anonymous private party. In addition, she was rude enough to say "we have no written contract with you so we are not really obliged to honor the price I gave you".I was glad another hall was able to accommodate us with GREATER respect and BETTER prices. Definitely steering family and friends away from this place and "management".

Salman Baig: Great banquet hall but not a wonderful staff. We had good first two meetings but the last for the final review and balance payment was very displeasing. Too much ego was in play and the lady was too arrogant. Customers come from different backgrounds and cultures and customer service is not just to serve better to a particular kind or group. Sometimes unrelated events at home or during commute or with others effect mood but it shouldn't be transparent to the customers.Few days before the event when everything is set with the invites and vendors, it is the helplessness of the customers as there is no option but to oblige and accept the arrogance.Paid extra for the microphone and the background music but could not use the background playlist as the system did not work. The microphones were also not 100% working and had to adjust and work around.The tea/coffee/drink at the soft bar was being served in foam cups (never discussed) which is not matching the elegant banquet hall.

Masarrath Sayeed: We had our daughter’s wedding function at this place and we were treated very rudely by the owner lady. She tricked us into thinking that she is giving us some discount but when the invitations were sent out and when we didn’t have an option of changing the venue. She misused our situation and over charged us, treated us rudely. We even paid for the music system, only to realize that it didn’t work on the day of the event and the floor manager was useless and rude. This place is beautiful but comes with fraud and mental torture

Linda Townsend: Bellagio Banquet and Conference Center is an awesome venue to host a wedding and reception. My 09/02/2022 wedding was outside, and the reception was held inside the large ballroom. The outdoor wedding setting with Bellagio’s pergola archway and drapery from Lama’s Florist was stunning. At Bellagio, you can host your wedding outdoors as we did, or choose indoor wedding which was our Plan B. Fortunately for us, the weather was great that day, but it was reassuring knowing that Plan B was available to us had the weather not cooperated.We had plated dinner, fresh cut fruits and pastries, bar service, and appetizers. We have had many of guests compliment the table and bar services. The staff was friendly and their attention to our guests were gracious and timely. We could not have asked for better food or bar service. Delicious is the word that best describes the food. Sam is the lead for the dinner service and onsite contact for the event. Sam was so easy to work with during our planning for the venue design and work so well with our Ultra Class Events’ wedding planner on the wedding day. Thanks to Sam and his staff, our wedding was truly a wonderful celebration.Shout out to Ghada, the venue owner. Ghada was customer focused and collaborated with us on our wedding details. Many thanks to Ghada and the entire Bellagio staff. Would I recommend Bellagio; absolutely.Special note to the brides to be - the bridal suite upstairs is awesome.Head table drapery from Lama’s FloristTable and venue decorations by Ultra Class Events.

The place is nice, huge and well equipped , plenty parking spots, nice decorum and clean restrooms ; 5 stars on that.Now coming to the worforce ; I attended a ceremony at this place. The staff here are extremely rude. I even saw couple of guests arguing with the staff because of their rude behavior. I am not sure whether the workforce belongs to the establishment or was outsourced ( I highly doubt about it being outsourced) . However, even the manager / supervisor from the establishment did not fall back when it comes to unprofessionalism. One of the guests complained to him about the staff and he just did not bother to acknowledge it. This place would not be on my list if I was look8ng for banquet halls.

I'm sure there was more to the story but the party stopped a lot throughout the night. Catering crew was kind of slow, I had plates stack on my table and my dishes remained in at my table even after dinner was done hours ago.

MARIA CHRYCZYK: Wonderful location. Had daughters baptism dinner here- had about 40 guests and the room was just the perfect size. Food was excellent- many choices to choose from. The chef was very accommodating as well as all of our guests arrived on time and we were able to bump the serve time up 15 min. Event coordinator, Kamil, was very helpful and professional. The server was amazing and polite. Restrooms were clean and stocked. Highly recommend!
