C. J. (C.J.): Went to see the Spinners with a small group. The show was good, despite having to watch it on screens. You can't really see the stage if you're towards the back because it's a banquet hall. The setup really wasn't great.The seating was family style using the smallest tables I've ever seen. With ten seats to a table, facing forward, it was tight. The server Diana, was very nice and did her best, but it was packed, loud and the lighting was low.The limited menu is platters to share. Which was a little expensive and also difficult to eat because the tables were so small. My son and I split the Antipasto Platter and Penne Pasta 1/2 order, which was about $40. I think we were supposed to get bread, but didn't. The garlic and oil pasta was good, the Antipasto, not so much. Asked for some water and got bottles for $3 each.Doors opened at 7pm, show opener started around 8:15 or so. I tried to order a cannoli about 8:30-ish but the kitchen was closed?? 🤨 It's a banquet hall attached to a restaurant.It was an interesting experience. Not sure if I would repeat it.Also, parking was $5 to self park, $10 to valet, or you could park across 14 Mile near the Walmart and be shuttled back over.

Jarrod LiPuma: Went to a show here last night. Arrived pretty early, all of the self parking was full. They required valet parking and attempted to return hundreds of valet vehicles at the same time after the show ended. We had to wait way too long to get our vehicle back. No need for valet at a place this size, much less to force it on guests.

Hisham Marrogeei: I was there for a wedding party and the place is wonderful and beautiful, but the appetizers, salad, soup and dinner were all very salty food and the amount of salt should be reduced in food because most people have hypertension and the person who wants food is salty, so there is salt and put it on top of his food

Denise Ray: Very happy with the china rental for my son's wedding. They have a nice selection to choose from and everything was in good shape. Tracy was easy to work with, even when I called a few days prior to our event asking her to add a cocktail table. Delivery and pick up were prompt.

Lori Schroeder: Well I wish I could review them on their actual services, but they won't give me a chance to use them! I called them 2 weeks ago about getting an ice sculpture for my daughter's wedding. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. Email pictures of what I want and they will send me a quote. I sent the email within a few minutes. Waited several days and never heard back, so I followed up with another email. Waited 4 more days with no reply, so I called again on Friday. She apologized, saying the person who does ice sculptures was on vacation, but they would get back to me on Monday. It's now 2 days before her wedding and I'm still waiting...

Tonya: The owner is very rude and disrespectful. I was told it was my fault that they rented me a poor quality product. I called requested can light I was told no problem. However when I set them up at my event they were all different colors and some of the geols were completely burn through. I was told that it was my fault do to me ordering them last minute. I would have rather been told they couldn't accommodate me. My event was in Ohio I call the office to leave a message on Saturday to inform them of the issue. The owner was rude and spoke to me very disrespectfully. I may not be your million dollars customer. However I am a customer just the same. I have used Hotz in the past. Im sure I won't return.

S Spilker: I rented tents, tables, & chairs from Hotz for my sons graduation party. I never got too specific about what I wanted and was delighted with the tents when they arrived. I still have people commenting about how perfect my yard looked and how great the tents were. I would recommend Hotz to anyone!
Kim Stricker: Terrible! I ordered all of the linens, tables, glasses, flatware and chafing dishes through Hotz. They showed up to the reception an hour late with many of the items missing. I called the event coordinator to find out why and was greeted with an unprofessional, condescending attitude. I've coordinated many events and never ran into this type of customer disrespect. Being late and showing up with many missing items is UNACCEPTABLE!Apparently this isn't their first offense. Other cater friends warned me of their professionalism as well. There are many options to choose from when planning a wedding or event...... this should be one to steer clear of!Happy Planning!
Amy Constant: We chose HOTZ for our Wedding Ceremony because of their location and price.Due to lack of space and time (and my mental sanity) - I will just list what they did and did not do:-showed up 1 hour late-did not bring a dolly or chair cart to haul chairs-only brought a crew of 2 men instead of the contract-agreed-upon 4.-refused to carry the chairs "that far" even though they had been paid an extra $150 to do so-their 2 men carried ONE chair at a time!!!! while my MOTHER, MOTHER IN LAW, Aunts, and Uncles carried 4 at a time and set up ALL the chairs in their wedding clothes in order to get them up just 15 minutes before wedding.
