Dan Simpson: Nice little storage facility, never had a problem here at all. I roll in, drop or pick up my trailer and leave. Pay the bill monthly and no issues or problems.
Sue Lynn: Absolutely terrible, we have had not just 1, not 2 but 3 catylitic converters sawed off our RV while in their supposedly secure lot. They take no responsibility. Might as well put a big red bow on it there, NOT SAFE. Moving to another place.
Cristian Teodoridis (CT): I just signed up for storage at this site and the entire experience was great. The office manager is friendly and helpful, the site looks very organized, RVs reasonably spaced out, everything looks clean. Also very reasonable prices. I definitely recommend Red Run Storage.

Wilhelm Peifer: Checked on several storage places in the vicinity. The operators of Open Storage Ed and son Jeremy impressed me with their congenial approach, and their pricing structure. Very nice people with whom to deal.

I called to see if they had an open space he said yes for 30 foot RVs for 6 month and a year I said I only need the 6 months that I store indoor for the winter, his response was, he was not interested in my business, said good luck sarcastically and hung up. I wasn't price shopping either, maybe he was offended when I asked how much?
Bernie St. John: The property is clean, the lots are level and the thoroughfares are well maintained. They have good security and the yard is available twenty four hours a day for card holding residents. That's great for early morning businesses and fishermen going out before dawn. The owner is one standup guy, honest and is concerned about his customers. And did I mention that the prices are very reasonable. I would give this storage yard six stars if there were so many.

Called Open Storage and they were closing in 20 minutes, however, stated they would wait for us to show up. Allowed to access the lot 24/7 which is super convenient, especially if returning late or early from a trip. Happy they had a spot for our RV! Super fair prices.

JAMES ROBINSON: The spot I chose the snow removal people left snow pile which didn’t allow me to pull my vehicle all the way back the response I got was sorry you’re gonna have to wait until the snow melts. The next day I went and shoveled it out myself. I did not want my 38 foot Winnebago to be sticking out in the main aisle. because there was a heavy amount of snow coming in a couple of days, and they were going to do it again..

She should me around the facility, and my new unit was spotless!!The prices are the lowest of any storage unit in Metro Detroit. I am very Satisfied.

No longer needing to store our belongings I was nervous about being charged since it was on next day automatically, but Gary was like we can stop it today so it won’t even go through …… some places say it’s on auto we don’t have enough time to stop it you will need to be reimbursed , so was very happy for that since us removing our belongings was so last minute and a spare of the moment situation…. Hours of being able to go in and out of your units are also great…. A place you can trust with your belongings and wonderful people running it !!!!

Amber LaCroix: Would never recommend getting a unit there, I had one for less than a year and rats got into my unit and destroyed sentimental belongings. The insurance agent doesn’t return calls and will not compensate you for any damages.
